This was the BEST car purchase experience I have ever had. Before I even went into the dealership, they had everything figured out, all I had to do was sign. Chris went the extra mile for us and drove our newly purchased truck to our house so we could empty out our trade in, helped us empty out our trade in (and it was a messy work van), drove the trade in back to the dealership and he did all of this on his day off! I am so impressed by this type of customer service that it cannot go unnoticed. Jamie in finance was excellent as well, had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. Literally, they took care of everything the day before our purchase that we didnt have to do anything except leave with our new truck. This is one dealership I will refer anyone to I can. The staff here is exceptional and you rarely find this type of customer service anymore. Thank you Chris and Jamie!
Every time I have to deal with this place my impression gets worse. At 17k miles, my brand new vw tiguan was leaking coolant. The light came on, I topped it off and brought it in. I was told there was no leak and it was common for vw to burn through coolant. Was told to expect to top it off every 5k miles by Terry. Here I am at 30k miles and there is coolant everywhere. Its a very noticeable leak. Called to have it brought in and Paul tells me Ive doubled my miles and anything couldve started since then. Except Ive gone through GALLONS of coolant, which Terry claimed was normal. Paul was very short and rude while I tried to schedule the appointment. He cut me off repeatedly while I tried to find the info he needed. Ive already lost my free first oil change here due to incompetence, and now all of the money I spent on coolant as well as my time.
Jeremy Laidler was very helpful & professional in every aspect of me in purchasing my Chevy Trail Boss truck. He answered all my questions and the transaction was well executed! Delivery of vehicle went as planned.
Jeremy was very helpful in making our trade-in experience effortless. He literally drove the extra mile just to make this trade happen, and his expertise was incredibly appreciated.
Maintenance department totally tried to pull the rug over my head. Claimed my rear main seal was leaking (a very expensive repair as you need to remove the entire motor to access it). Little did they know, I had my rear main seal replaced last year, so I know the leak it does and I park on white cement, in the same place, everyday... Very disappointed because I love my Volkswagen
Great team to work with. Exceeded my expectations and made the entire process simple. Easiest purchase ever.
First, the purchasing experience was great. Did most everything remotely and came in to sign paperwork and drive off the lot.My issue is what has happened after. VW issued a stop sale on the model that I purchased. After experiencing the issue (car stalling unexpectedly while driving) I called the service department to gain some advice on what to do. Was told that the service manager would get back to me within 15 mins....well, its been weeks with no call back. Also, emailed the gentleman who sold me the vehicle and he ignored me as well. Contacted VW Customer Care and was subsequently told that she reached out to the dealership and was told that they spoke with me, offered me a service appointment and I declined...outright lie. No one ever contacted me. Clearly only concerned about making the sale. Not taking care of the customers and getting repeat business.
Jeremy Laidler, I would like to thank you for the best experience, of my car purchase and your customer service was outstanding.
Jeremy Laidler was great to deal with.
We had an absolutely poor experience with the service department. From poor inaccurate communication to them mailing us something postage due, it was a very disappointing experience. Reached out to the service manager a week ago and not even a response.
We recently moved here from out of state and have always serviced are VWs at the dealership. Went to Menomonee Falls VW and walked out extremely upset after Terry at the service desk didnt seem to want to help us. Asked if he would be able to find the maintenance plan we purchased when we purchased the vehicle, and he said he could in ten minutes if we wanted to wait. I asked about scheduling the service, and he said the next available would be a week from next Wednesday. When I asked him why he just told the customer he was speaking to on the phone he could bring his vehicle in for the same service any time today, he said, I dont know what you are talking about. Guess I need to find a VW dealership that wants return customers.~ The same requests were accommodated at the VW dealership on Silver Springs with in 5 minutes of us entering the service area. Would definitely say good customer service is worth driving a little further.
We had a great experience purchasing our first new vehicle with the help of Jameson at VW Menomonee Falls. Jameson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle options. Unlike other car dealerships in the area, the team was not pushy and felt like they truly had our best interest in mind. Will definitely be back for future vehicles!
Really poor service department. After the first visit they turned on the cars immobilizer And de/programmed my keys. I made another appointment because my car was worse after I took it to them. They called 15 minutes before that next appointment and canceled and reset it up for another date. I got charged $175 to program one key to lock and unlock the doors. This took them two different visits three hours the first visit and 5 hours the second visit. After my first experience at the dealership I asked that they give me an update after they found out approximately how long it would take on my second visit. I arrived at 8:30 AM they gave me an update at 1 PM to tell me it might be another hour and a half. Again this is just a program a key remote
I have a vehicle leased here and I’m having trouble with it and I was told they didn’t have an available appointment for 6 days. I understand but I haven’t received a single ounce of help as to what I can do for the time being. I went with a lease because I was told that things would be taken care of right away or a rental car would be given while the car was in their care. I haven’t received a call back from the few voicemails I have left and I currently cannot drive my car.
It was quick and easy and Jeremy was great to work with.
Just bought a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta R-Line.Never owned a Volkswagen before, but the experience I had here was so easy and accommodating. Everyone worked as a team and really took my interests into account.Would highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership over the other ones I have visited.
My experience went beyond my expectations.I had done thorough research and was looking for a car in my budget and capabilities. Instead of a car that I could live with, I found a car that I love.
I brought my GTI to this dealership for a clanking noise coming from the rear, passenger-side wheel well. I suspected the problem was that the brake dust shield had come loose. After poking at the shield with my finger a couple times, my suspicion of the loose shield was confirmed. I relayed this information to the service department, emphasizing that I would not need a diagnosis. I just wanted the part replaced. The original estimate to have this done was $150. An hour and 45 minutes after dropping the car off, the service department informed me that the part was not in stock, and the new estimate was $250. I declined this offer, as I can do this myself for cheaper. When I returned to pick the car up, I was presented with a $75 bill for having a technician confirm my suspicion. Not only was this service not worth $75 (as it took me 10 seconds and a dirty finger to come to the same conclusion), I did not ask for a diagnosis on the problem. Overall, a waste of time and money. I will not be returning to this dealership.
Had a great car-buying experience. Jamison McNally made everything fast, relaxed, and straight-forward and he was nice to my kids! We highly recommend him! Actually everyone there was friendly and helpful. Made the whole experience very enjoyable.
Tried to buy a car, but I was unsuccessful. Corey the sales guy neglected to respond to me twice in regard to the availability of the car I wanted. It was still posted on the web site, so I drove out to buy it. I was at the dealership for 20 minutes and I was not engaged by any sales people in that time. I found the subject car with a sold tag on it. Disappointed with the experience. In all fairness, they seemed to be understaffed for the amount of potential customers roaming around during my visit.
Was very impressed with the sales experience. Not your traditional dealership. Staffed was very helpful.
Bill Perez was a fantastic salesperson! Attentive, but not pushy. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and genuine. Couldnt have had a better experience, and Bill Perez was huge part of that. We buy new cars maybe once every dozen years or more, so we were apprehensive, but Bill Perez made the buying experience smooth and pain free! Very satisfied with the car and the process!
Purchased a new 2020 VW Passat from Corey Hill all online and had it delivered. Corey provided detailed emails and texts with fast communication and friendly presence. Price was super and pressure to buy was low..a great sales executive. Was my second purchase this year, thank you Corey.
No one came out to help seems like if they dont have desire to help customers
Had, and continue to have a great experience with VW Menomonee Falls. I worked with Bill Perez who made the purchase process seamless and extremely fast. Since purchasing my vehicle Bill has reached out to make sure I had no questions/issues and to ensure I loved my new car.
Great communication and follow-up confirmation for service appointment with VW Menomonee Falls & my service advisor Ana Davis.Got my car in & out w/in ~1.5 hours on date scheduled for a situation covered via VW warranty for my 19 Alltrack. Nice, modern, clean facility and waiting area. Employees attentive and adhering to Covid-19 mask wearing throughout the facility/when interacting with customers/walking throughout. Couldnt have gone any better. Thank you!
I recently just bought a used jetta from here. Amazing service, Jamison made it a very smooth and quick process for me! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The car is still running in amazing condition!
Extremely dissatisfied:I purchased my certified preowned Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealership in 2018. I brought it in for service in October of 2020 for a starter issue, and just got it back on March 20th. Here is what I endured over the next 5 MONTHS: poor customer service, frustration, and no compensation for my inconvenience. Not once did the service department call me with an update. After a month with no resolution, the manager Paul Schmidt, finally took on my case. Trying to reach him was impossible and the receptionists were useless. I was always transferred to his voicemail, when the receptionist could clearly see if the manager was in, just by swiveling their chair or walking ten feet to the service area. Even after calling numerous times in a row, I was always just transferred and was told “Sorry ma’am I’m not sure what you want me to do, he clearly isn’t in”. Once I left a voice message, it took 1-2 days for a call back, never on the same day. Not to mention I was always told they were “close to finding the ultimate failure of the vehicle”. I didn’t have my car for almost half of a year and no one at VW seemed to care. The service department and Paul have provided the worst customer service related to a vehicle that I’ve ever experienced.
As always I keep saying I will never come back to this service center and I end up there due to proximity. Every experience with them was bad. Left a message for Mike Kennedy their GM and never got a return call. Stay away if possible.
Bill Perez was great to work with when buying my Tiguan earlier this year. Him and Kyle made an effort to have all of the financing ready to go to help minimize my time there, making it easy to work around my work schedule.
Best cars for the money, friendly, helpful staff!
Only rating the service department but I would NOT recommend this service department to anyone. They had my car for nearly a month to repair something that failed again. The service fees are higher here than nearly any other dealer in the area. The service manager is dismissive of client concerns.Recently requested a simple repair and was told the shop would need my car for 24 to 48 hours, and would not give an estimate for cost. The issue stated was there when they originally had the car for over a month but they dismissed the concern and did not make the repair. I decided to take my car to Boucher VW of Franklin WI who repaired the issue, replaced extra filters, and washed the car in 2 HOURS!! The issue in question was also covered completely by an existing warranty so there is no reason for it to not be corrected previously when IA already had the car. Please, if anyone needs VW service, make the drive to Boucher VW in Franklin instead and you will NOT be disappointed!!Very disappointed in this service department, they have no concern for customer loyalty and I no longer trust them with my business.
I couldnt be happier with how things went with my vehicle purchase.
Bill Perez and the Team at Volkswagen Menomonee Falls were the BEST. I dreaded having to buy a car but they made the process stress free and enjoyable. I cant thank Bill enough for the care and compassion he showed me. I love my new Cross Sport! Thank you!
Friendly staff. Definitely could tell it was a Monday. Enthusiasm a little lacking.
Bill was extremely helpful, straightforward, and worked in a time sensitive manner. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend working with Bill.
Probably somewhat my fault, but I didnt get the car I thought I was getting. I should have been more diligent investigating the sales persons knowledge level. I took the car home, realized it wasnt what I wanted, emailed the sales person immediately. No response. Emailed again the next day, again no response. So I drove back to the dealership to was find andhim. He simply told me nothing could be done and I was stuck with the car I dont want for the next 39 months. On top of all of that, the passenger window switch doesnt work! So now Im told I need to take time off of work to bring in a brand new car for repair! Very unhappy with my entire experience. I will NOT be a repeat customer. Once my lease is up Ill be returning this car and running away from this dealer.
Brought our VW sportwagen TDI in for its second service, first time at this location. They said it would take about an hour. They then recommended the cabin filter and fuel filter replacement which we did. Over two and a half hours and 400 plus dollars later we got our car back. They left the wrapping and label along with all the debris from replacing the cabin filter in the passenger side footwell of the car. Not only did it take over twice as long as stated, they couldnt even clean up after themselves. Left the car a mess!!!!!!12.16.20 In response to Volkswagen Menomonee Falls response, its been over a week and no one has reached out or contacted me. No surprise since their service department lacked any service to begin with.
I will never take my car there again.Went in for rear brakes and a road noise. They fixed the brakes fine. The road noise is another story. They said my tires were chopped and that was the problem. I questioned them but trusted they knew what they were saying... After a new set of tires, I drive away with the road noise unchanged. Now Ive thrown good money at tires I didnt need.Never again will I enter that building!UPDATE(3 weeks later)Owner never contacted me. They have my name and service records. I guess they expect me to expend extra work to contact them?
Josh is a great tech! mark was kind and fast. ive worked in the auto and diesel industry and these guys are doing it right. clean shop, organized techs and customer priority. pricing seems fair 🤷♂️
We drove all the way from southwest MI because of the excellent service and selection here! The process was smooth and efficient. So pleased with the whole team there!
I am changing my review to 5 stars as it was previous 1 star. The new manager there Kyle reached out to me and made the situation more than correct for me. I spoke with countless managers a few months ago and they did not want to help me at all. Glad this place seems to be under new management and headed in the right direction.
I used to bring my VW Sport here all the time prior to management change that took place approx 1-2 years ago. It was a place that I once trusted the people and the work that was done. However, that feeling is definitely nonexistence and I will not be going back. I had my car towed in because of a check engine light and a few other issues was told that it would cost 150 to diagnose the problem. When we went to pick up the car he initially told me it was 250 dollars (they divided the time spent to diagnose the code which was a lie because the guy said that they check engine light did not come on for them) and the remainder to identify what the issue was with the heat not working. Then I was told it was the heater core $300 for parts and 700 for labor! Which my husband fixed for 100! He purchased the heater core from Autozone and watched a few videos and now we have heat at a fraction of the cost. Also they wanted to keep the overnight to see if the check engine light would come on with it sitting for a while which I was fine. However I did not get a call back and I had to call them on the 3rd day. Service rep didnt seam knowledgeable . i could probably go on for ever but I will leave it as I am not satisfied at all. Mind you, this is my second visit with the new ownership, where the other experience was not desirable either but this took me over the top.
Terrible experience with sales manager and internet service personnel. Drove 1.5 hours to take delivery of vehicle only to find a damaged vehicle that they had told me had been repaired (blamed the new kid detailing the cars). Was promised they would deliver repaired vehicle in two days- turns out they sold it to someone else, but I had to call the general manager in Milwaukee (nice guy) to find this out as VW Menomonee refused to respond to my emails asking about the vehicle. Beware and do not trust their word or professionalism.
Menomone Falls is the best VW dealership in Wisconsin for a fair and honest deal. I bought my Passat over the internet and I worked with caring people like Lena, Kyle, and Chris. I would highly recommend this professional group.
We were connected with this dealership through the Costco auto program which has specific guidelines for communication and pricing. The expectation is a 24 hour response so when I hadnt heard anything in 2 days I contacted them. The sales person told me they hadnt received a notification so I gave him our confirmation number. It took another two days for them to get back to me with pricing. When I asked about the delay, I was only told they were busy. The price they quoted me was not based on the Costco pricing guidelines and the sales person told me that the car wasnt in the program. He also informed me that this was a desirable car and they werent really willing to deal much on it.A few days later I got a call from the Costco auto program to see how my experience was. They were able to confirm that the car is in the program and that the pricing should be based on their guidelines. A short time later I got a call from the sales person saying they had received a customer complaint. The implication was that I had initiated a complaint about them. The salesperson reiterated to me that the car wasnt listed in their program and that they werent willing to deal more on it. I wasnt sure about the purpose of the call since they werent changing anything. My impression is they wanted me to feel badly about the complaint. We have just purchased the same car from another dealership for a much more competitive price. We have no intention to bring it to the Ernie von Schledorn for service or to purchase any future cars from them.
Corey guy is the best with awesome hair. The only car salesman I would ever buy a car from because he made me feel as if we’re family we’re both in this together and I have full control of what we will be doing. Made me feel very comfortable with his soft voice and his honesty was it’s something that I’ve never had before. See you soon Corey.
Was a walk in with my car to have a locking lug nut removed. The service manager was very accommodating to get me in quickly and at a very reasonable price.
Don’t do it! Purchased new 17 Passat less than two months ago. Day two it was in the shop for a brake issue. Was told something got stuck to the rotor.A week or so later in the shop again for a loud CONSTANT rattle in the door panel. They said it was coming from behind the radio and they replaced a part. Rattle not fixed. I know it’s a cheaper car but there should not be constant rattles after less than 1000 miles.I brought it back into the shop last week. I had the rattle issue, as well as a lumbar adjuster not working (has never worked), and some electronics issue (radio shuts off randomly, car turned itself off once after being started and parking sensors coming on randomly while driving. They fixed the lumbar issue but before I even left the parking lot I could tell the rattle wasn’t taken care of. Also on the drive home on the interstate the parking sensors were going off when a car cut in front of me. Keep in mind this car has 2500 miles on it.I must say Matt in service has been good with communication and they have given me loaners on two occasions. My main complaint comes from Gabe in sales and the sales managers. I’ve emailed both and my emails go ignored or they get forwarded to service. Never has anyone from sales contacted me. I was interested in trading it in but they don’t care. They don’t stand behind their product at all. They sure were quick to reply when I was wanting to buy a car though! Also my paperwork was messed up multiple times on day of purchase. They sold me the wrong car and also had my trade in amount lower than what was agreed upon. Just an aggravating experience in general. I usually deal with Toyota and have never had any issues. My business will be going back to them ASAP.I had service contact me today making sure everything was fixed. I said it was not. She said bring it on in. I don’t have time to continue bringing it in. It’s rather ridiculous.
Good service department with knowledgeable and friendly staff and mechanics. As far as sales, dont have any examples yet. Its a transition period. If the sales team is as good as the service department I would recommend visiting them.
Worse Care Buying Experience Ever....This has got to be the worse car buying experience I ever had. The Sales person was quiet and distant throughout the whole transaction, which left me and my wife in the dark with what was happening. We did ask a few times for updates to where we were in the financing process, but they simply just took my driver’s license and told me that they will get me when the finance representative will be ready for me. That took a good two hours of us sitting, and throughout the whole time waiting, the sales representative only checked on us once. The next day, I looked over the paperwork and realized that they switched the wrong plate number to my car, did not add my wife to the title, and titled it at the wrong address. Again, we were left in the dark for almost two hours waiting and no one ever went through the paperwork to confirm that everything was correct before we signed. Yes, I should have looked over the paperwork more closely, but they kept us waiting so long that they were already at closing time by the time we met with the finance representative. So, the signing of the paper work was rushed through. When I called the sales representative to tell her that the information on the title was not correct, she had the nerve to tell me that if I would have bought the car the day before when I first saw the car, she would have more time with me. Apparently she was too busy to help me the day that I did buy the car (the sales representative was only helping one other customer and the dealership was almost empty). They did update the plate number, but they were not willing to update the title with my wife’s name or address. The sales representative simply stated that they are not able to do that (with no explanation why).Again, the worse car buying experience ever!CV
Go see Scott Holpfer!!!! I just purchased a new Atlas (my 3rd VW). Scott is wonderful...personable, enjoyable to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and fun! Its been a great experience and I look forward to going back to visit him for all my service needs.
Easy to work with and not pushy. Our salesman Chris is an old-school car guy who was helpful and attentive via email and phone as we narrowed things down. The finance/extended warranty process was a little more of the stereotypical car dealership experience, but they have to do it, so you have to cut them some slack. This dealership was recommended by my VW mechanic, and I would second the recommendation.
After spending 2,400 dollars u would think they would wash your car after they service it didnt happen.
Great experience. Tony went over all the options and the selected SUV in detail. Everything went very smooth. We have been mentioning the great experience to friends and family.
Horrendous experience. Terrible customer service with little to no communication, always felt as though my work wasnt a priority. Would advise against this dealership/service center.
I was able to get my vehicle in within a few days and they had it complete the same day as drop off.The service advisor was a great help and gave all the information I needed. My car is running smoother than ever.
No haggling back and forth. We were treated well and our time was valued. Easiest car buying experience ever. We had an excellent experience and service our first time, we came back and will continue to return.
I brought my wife’s VW Jetta TDI in because the heat wasn’t working. I called Monday, they got me in Tuesday and they found it to be a bad heater core. Within the next 24 hours (Wednesday) they had it ready for us to take home! Crazy good service. I called three other VW dealerships on Monday that told me they couldn’t look at it for at least two weeks. Highly recommend!
Its an okay dealership depending on what youre looking for. Just dont expect them to fix anything on a used vehicle if they feel your already getting a good deal.
So my dad bought a car here like 4-5years ago for my brother and we go here for every single service and oil changes. And exactly last year we had a problem where the right side of the heater would throw out cool air during the winter and my brother paid like $700 to get it fixed there, come this year same problem and I take it in today and the guy is like “AlRigHt sO we don’t what the problem is it could be that it could be this I’m gonna have to charge you for a diagnosis test $140” I’m like whatchu mean diagnosis test it’s the same problem like last year. He wasn’t even willing to work with me, he was just spitting out “140 I neEd mY 140 DiaGnoSIs tEsT”. I ain’t paying 140 for you to unscrew couple of screws and flash your flashlight to see which wire is loose or what’s rusty at least give me a reasonable price like $50 I would’ve happily paid 50 but noooo. Won’t be coming back man you lost a good customer
James in VW Service was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend!
I tried calling multiple times on a Saturday before parts and service closed. I was put on hold for the parts dept for over 30 min with the person at the parts counter repeatedly picking up the phone and then putting me back on hold. I finally was frustrated enough to call service, and there was no one there to answer there either. Finally after visiting in person I was told that since the IA assimilation from being Ernie von Schledorn they no longer will perform the service I needed for my VW, and I will never be visiting again. Ive had similar experiences with MINI and I have lost faith in this auto group entirely. Good riddance.
Went in for GM parts. I drive by on 41 everyday and thought the VW dealership was gone because I see nothing on that end of the grounds. My nephew even looked for a new dealer because it looked closed.
Similar to another woman reviewer, today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I can remember. The manager, Eric, did not want to honor a customized-to-my-cars make, model, and VIN coupon that was emailed to me a few days ago. He told me that International VW did not authorize the email and that hes been arguing with International GMC (same address in Menomonee Falls as International VW) to stop sending out these emails. I said that was between him and International GMC, and I should not, as the consumer, even be aware theres an issue - much less be confronted about it and asked to pay a higher price. Eric told me the price offer on the coupon did not cover his cost. Eventually, he agreed to honor the coupon this one and only time. Then, he came back with fine print circled and told he there would be an extra charge due to synthetic oil. Seriously. It was absolutely awful. After today, I likely wont return, even though I bought my vehicle new here.
Love my new car, but this was the worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. Will never shop here again, and would not recommend to anyone else. Personally I would rather drive halfway across the country rather than shop here again. EXTREMLY disapointed!
Ernie Von Schledorns service team went above and beyond in resolving my needs during my visit. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating which made my experience very enjoyable. Service representatives are honest and dont pressure or suggest unneeded repairs unlike other service centers. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else but EVS for all my service needs. Great job!
First service on my new (old stock) 2016 VW Touareg TDIJames Fox was my tech advisor, very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is courteous, the waiting facility is clean, furnished with comfortable seats, fresh coffee, and WiFi.My wait time was about 1h 15mn (about average).*Waiting for issue to be resolved****will update upon resolution***My issue was fixed, I dealt with Eric Walker (manager), very knowledgeable in all aspects of the service department. All work was performed to satisfaction.Looking forward to the new building.
I bought a VW Passat this past March. It was my first car buying experience and they were truly very helpful. I am not happy however, with the experience I am now having almost 5 months after purchasing my car. I bought my car during the $1,000 cash back offer and was told that I would receive it within 6-8 weeks. I am still waiting to see that money. I have reached out to the dealership and salesperson multiple times in the past few months and have been lucky to even get one response.
These guys are awesome. They got me in right away for service. Theyre so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend buy a vehicle here and continuing service here.
I always feel welcome and my car is well taking care of. Thank you James.
Amateur hour, do yourself a favor and go out to Brookfield. Cheaper and they actually care.
Had an appointment and had to have my truck indoors or running because of onboard equipment They took it in rt away and let me kno before they pulled it out that it will be outside in a few minutes Perfect could not ask for more As far as the service goes A1
I love that Corey guy.
We leased our GLI Jetta from them. Nice people and willing to work with you
The entire team was very straight forward and incredibly patient. I have never had a more relaxing experience buying a vehicle, this is the standard of how the experience should be! Jill included every detail so I drove off the lot knowing everything about my car, what a great experience!!
Didnt seem eager to help me find the best way of ruling out any problems with my brake system. Didnt feel welcome.
Whoah - the Customer Service from Kyle and ALL associates was outstanding. Even on the day of picking up our vehicle, I was helped by several people to understand my vehicle and set up my bluetooth etc.
Tried calling their parts department was on hold for 30min befor it hung up on me tried again same thing then I tried service and after 30min yet again hung up on this was all on drive out there because evs cut vw keys got there and international autos bought then out and everything then made sense poor customer service poor customer experience which lines up with what international autos other dealerships are all about
Express Service works great. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. Check for service coupons on the EVS website
Service Department as a total is terrible. People are rude, disrespectful, and will lie to you. To top it off their work is sloppy and often times incomplete. What good would it do to complain, so your car can get worse treatment? I think not.
16 VW GSW.Quick, In and Out.Ryan was quick and available to answer:-any questions-help recover the Bear (long kids story)-very knowledgeable about the product and how to setup any tech/phones to work with the tech center.-very knowledgeable about the features of the car, and very patient to explain and demonstrate them!
The person at the service desk was extremely courteous and kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening.
Best VW dealer in the USA
The service dept is exceptional in knowledge, friendly and personable. I completely trust the workmanship and I would get another VW for that reason alone. As long as our mechanic works there we will own a VW.
Friendly staff. Nice waiting area, when having work done on your car.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My service and rental were handled very efficiently.
Received excellent, timely service at a fair price.
Kristen does a wonderful and professional job of explaining my repair needs, options available and, most importantly, doing so in a pleasant and friendly manner that makes me confident that my interests are the priority.
My favorite VW store!
I had a positive experience at Ernie Von Schledorn VW. The salespeople were knowledgable and I was happy with the price (after doing a little negotiating). They did not have a car in the color that I wanted, but ordered one that arrived in a few days. The sales manager also made sure that the VW accessories that I had ordered were promptly installed.
Oil change and tire rotation. As well as estimate written. They were amazing! Im definatly going to go back. And less than a day later they called me at home to make sure all my needs were met. Love my VW family!
Ask for Dino in service he will go above and beyond for you!
Since moving to the Milwaukee area, i was looking for a place to have my VW Jetta serviced. When I ran into an issue with my car (check engine light), I tried my luck with this dealership. Glad I went. Kristen was exceptional in her customer service skills and she went out of her way to explain the issues and even had the mechanic show me the problems so I knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Only issue was the high cost but given their level of service and using genuine VW parts, it was well worth the cost.
Service department is great. Ability to book online is a big timesaver.
I cannot say enough good things about my dealership experience here! Jill did a great job of helping me find just the car I had been looking for! Their showroom is clean, well lit, and very nicely laid out, and being able to pull the car inside to look at it (especially at night) is excellent! Nic in the finance department was also incredibly helpful! I had been to a number of different dealerships prior to EVS VW, and none compared to EVS! If youre looking for a car, I would definitely recommend you check them out! I came from over an hour away, and it was totally worth it!!
