Great customer service 👏🏽

Hey...lets close at 6pm... not 5:55pm. I hate that. I knew what i wanted got to the door on a Sunday b4 6pm...and they were restocking and didnt let me in.

Sales clerk kept telling me prices of the products and redirecting me to sale items, as if I couldnt afford anything not on sale. SMH..WHEN WILL THEY LEARN OUR, PS- MONEY IS GREEN TOO...

This location is definitely one of my favorites! It’s ALWAYS clean and organized, however I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😢 that Bath & Body Works decided to Discontinue freshwater in the men’s collection and keep ocean, like seriously?! Who the heck made this awful decision?! Totally could have done without ocean! It’s such a basic scent and smells cheap honestly. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I need answers! I spend wayyy too much money in this place to Have to lose out on all the great fragrances I love lbvs!

I came in a few weeks ago during the after Christmas sale and was stocking up on some items. I had a very pleasant experience at the checkout lane. I wanted to use my mail-in coupon as well as the email I received. Of course (forgot to read the rules) so I tried using both at the same time and found out that I couldnt. I was greeted by Desiree with a warm smile and she helped me to get the most out of using them. l never write reviews but the customer service she provided was exceptional so of course she deserves the recognition. She was so helpful and AWESOME! Please give her a raise!

I would give them ten stars if I could. I believe today was the first day open since the pandemic. Security guard at the front door was so welcoming and friendly. He truly made my day. All the employees were so friendly and happy. They had a great selection of hand sanitizers, and I was so thankful!

Every section has a smell that draws you closer with a variety of choices for men and women, family and special friends. I visit only once a year for my seasonal favorites and the free gift bags & ribbons add that special touch.

I like this location a lot. Very helpful. And have what I want in stock. Make sure to sign up for their ail for coupons. Theres always a deal and you can stack the coupons to save even more!

Went for the candle sale and everything was well organized. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything I went for. Thanks ladies!

Super organized and not too smelly like some can be where you cant even smell what youre trying. Great overall.

My daughter and I stopped in for some Christmas gifts. Loaded up our basket then a kind sales lady informed me that there was a huge candle sale the following day(none of my guy friends told me). I looked at all my candles(6), and from $24 each to $8, I said Ok, thank you. Came back Sat night and grabbed even more gifts while my daughter enjoyed testing the products like a 7 year old should. The store was packed yet the staff was very helpful and polite.Thank you for such a fun experience!

Poor customer service. There was only one lady working the morning I went in, and although there was very few people there, she acted as though everything was a burden and like she was just too overwhelmed to bother being nice to anyone. Product selection was good and otherwise there wasnt anything wrong. Im sure if literally anyone else was working, all would have been fine.

This store was probably one of the most organized stores I walked into. I came in during the semi annual sale and everything was in its proper place. I’m sure it took a long time to set everything up like that and it just take an insane amount of maintainence work but the store looks so good!

Awesome customer service!!!! I went in with only a few minutes to spare before I hit the highway headed to racine for a friends birthday celebration and got inside and they were awesome Chris & Lexi!!! 1st thing I picked up I absolutely loved for my friend and they wrapped it in a pretty bag and put ribbon on it they were so nice and helpful I will be back here for me great job ladies.

It has wonderful choice of hand creams, candles, cologne for both men and women almost anything you want for bath and body works check it out.

The staff at this location are always so helpful. They recently remodeled and the store has a lot more inventory.

Went in today to inquire about the retired scents they are bringing back and the lady working was quite rude and informed me that they would not be in until the beginning of June and I SHOULD have read that on the internet. Well EXCUSE me!! If I had seen it on the internet, I would not be inquiring about it now would I?! Furthermore, isnt that your job, arent you customer service? Dont like your job, quit! I was very polite in asking you, I think I deserve the same respect back! Will go to another Bath & Body Works where they are happy to assist their customers!
