My friend and I absolutely love coming to see Keiko for cut & color. She does an outstanding job. I’ve been to stylists in the Chicago area and they don’t compare. 5/5 stars, we recommend!

Me and brother went in for a haircut and my mom doesnt know any of the right measurements and she said a 3 all around. I understand the stylist did her job but any other place said they recommended otherwise. Now onto my cut, I asked for a fade all round she barely did it and is barely noticeable after a shower at home. And at the top, I didnt know any other measurements either. And I showed her to with my fingers to cut a little bit and she said, Lets do it and find out. This clearly proves her lack of professionalism and her lack of skill. Instead of cutting a little bit off with scissors she went in with the trimmer and cut way way too much off. Now it looks like I got a buzz cut.Overall, dont go here if you dont know your measurements to what your hair should be cut at. Good luck if you go and get a haircut.

I would highly recommend this salon. Professional, friendly staff who takes the time to discuss your haircut needs and confirms that the ends are straight after the cut. I never felt rushed as I have in other discount salons. Hairdresser even used nice products in my hair as a finish. I will be back!

Went in for a haircut, and noticed they do relaxers. I have very curly hair, so when I’m letting it grow out long, I get it relaxed. Been doing it for years.Went in asked for the relaxer, and my stylist said she didn’t recommend it, BUT would still do it after the cut if I wanted to. (I didn’t like the idea because I already knew what I wanted, but agreed to be respectful)The other stylist there overheard and adamantly said they would not do it, and “I could not tell them what to do”. Then laughed at me for asking for it. Even got the client they were helping laughing at me too.I showed them pictures so they could see that I’m familiar with what I was asking for, and how it looks on me.It was a very infuriating and embarrassing situation to go through. I chose to stay quiet, mainly because my stylist had already started cutting my hair and i didn’t want to explode and leave with half a hair cut lol it’s the first and last time I visit this place.

Awesome communication with the barber and was very quick with their service. Very polite and asked if i had any concerns which I did not. Would highly reccomend coming here again!

They have pictures of different Cut Styles. You make your selection and they cut your hair exactly like the picture.

Besides being busy they were still able to squeeze me in for highlights and cut. Calling ahead helped. Staff were nice & worked very well as a team. Nice to see!

Valorie and the other girl were fantastic. My daughter and I got there about 45 minutes before they closed. Although they were about to close, they didnt rush. They took their time and did eyebrows and haircuts for both of us and even did a complimentary hair wash for me and did an amazing job. Most people would have rushed and maybe even had an attitude because we put them behind in closing.What they didnt know was my daughter was trying to get me out of the house for a little while because brother was taken off of a ventilator (due to covid and pneumonia) 2 hours before that. They will never know what their kindness and patience meant that day. I didnt catch the girls name that cut my daughters hair but I will be going back there from now on. Extremely disappointed in our experience here today. Asked for an A-Line Bob for my daughter and for her to get some pink peekaboos in the front of her hair. 3 hours and $101 later and the pink didnt even show up... But I still got charged for it. And how those two peekaboo blonde spots cost $70 makes no sense to me... There was barely any blonde put in. I dont mind paying for a good quality experience, but I felt taken advantage of and my daughters first coloringexperience was extremely disappointing.

The stylist christy did not seem like she knew what she was doing at all. Shouldn’t have to go back or show a stylist multiple spots she missed.

Irena and spelling could be wrong Adriana were very sweet. They welcomed my service pup Lincoln. Irena gives a great hair washing and she was extremely delightful. Im on a strict budget and she was very understanding and didnt treat me badly whatsoever.

I went to get a color couple weeks ago done by Krystal. She did incredible job matching the color and covering my grey. The prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The salon is always clean, neat, and organized. You can tell the owner and stylists all take pride in their work, because it shows.The atmosphere in there is always great. The toys for kids to play with in the waiting area and the hot towel after the haircut are both nice extra features.I drive 12 miles to this location to get my hair cut by Danielle. She is phenomenal, and an absolute perfectionist at her craft. Highly, highly recommend her. I haven’t gotten my hair cut by any of the other stylists, but they all seem very nice. I would give 10 stars if it let me.

I had the stylist Danielle, she was amazing. I absolutely love my cut and color. Her personality shines through, she sure handled all the customers and the phones and still tended to me. I just cant say enough, Im definitely going to be back.

Was in the Menomonee falls area for a work meeting. Decided to get a haircut before heading home. The ladies were very welcoming and did a great job on my haircut, if im ever in the area again ill surely come back.

When I went into Supercuts the salon was very clean and inviting, the ladies were also very pleasant. Irena also did an amazing job on my son hair.

I was in the shop today. I got one of the best cuts i ever had from Marvin. i will definitely be returning !

I have searched for a long time to find a place in Wisconsin that Id be happy with. If it wasnt for Danielle I would not have found one. I always get right in and the level of service is beyond phenomenal. She takes true pride in her work and it shows on many levels.Now that I have had the experience I will only be allowing her to touch my hair and beard. If she goes, so will I!

Randy’s behavior is good but the other staff service is THE WORST. First time I went for hair color and they did not color it properly and I had to go back and get that fixed and again I went for eyebrows waxing and they burned my skin. Very worst service. I’ll never go back and also tell all my friends not to. Yesterday I went for eyebrow waxing and today I’m posting it. Don’t even know whom to complaint that’s y posting here. I wanna put a pic of the scar but don’t know where I can. Hopefully someone reach me so that I can show it to them. It’s right on my face and it looks so disgusting. They did not even do the waxing properly. I had to come home and pluck it with the plucker again.

I had the worst haircut I have ever had by Krystal on Sat 6/22! I ended up having to go back the next day and have Heidi (who did a great job) completely fix my hair. I wanted shoulder length and it’s now ear length! Nightmare

Christina the new manger of this location was great. It was quick and efficient. I love my haircut. She created a cut that was very flattering and went well with my hair type! She made me feel comfortable and was fun and very knowledgeable.

Danielle was awesome. I took my 4 yr old son in for and haircut and the experience was more than pleasurable ! I told Danielle that I wasn’t sure of the style and wanted something short but not too short ( I didn’t have a clue ... just make him look good ). And she delivered. I arrived for a simple haircut and was told the wait would be minimal because they had 2 people cutting hair and only 2 other people in front of me. 1 hour later, still waiting for a haircut and 4 people went before they realized that I hadnt been taken care of yet.

Great haircut, I get my hair buzzed and cut very close. The stylist treated me with the same importantance and care as a regular cut. Hot towel and all. Also for simple buzz like mine they charge $10.

After Men’s Hairhouse turned me away because my after-work appearance was scaring their precious students, I lost hope in humanity. Even though at that moment I looked like a wild grizzly bear who got in a fight with a blender, I needed a barber to ply their craft and transform me back to a gentlemen for my steak house soirée at the exclusive Five O’Clock Club. Being so late and turned away with cash in hand from a place that has Men in their title, I was resigned to failure and drove to Costco to pick up a few things. But lo, the lord works in mysterious ways, and shining through the glimmering parking lot lights was the supernatural answer to my prayers...Supercuts! I was welcomed, seated and styled perfectly by Irena. She was my 5 star angel from heaven that shined so bright my 5 O’Clock appearance lit everyone’s heart. So, cheers to Irena with her light so bright she see’s the man not the bear and to Supercuts, may it shelter the hairy beast until it’s ready for the ball.

Terrible place. Went in for a quick haircut. I said finger length on top and just trim the sides with scissors.She ends up ignoring everything I say proceeded to buzz my hair and said it will look good with a fade. Shes the fade queen...Havent gotten this bad of a haircut since the military. Learn to listen to your patrons and not cut how you want to.*****Stay away from this place at all costs*****
