Surprisingly Disappointing 😞I met a small group of friends at this location and was initially impressed with the decor & cleanliness. However that was largely overshadowed by the fact that when I order a Chicken Salad sandwich without the bread I was told by two employees that was NOT POSSIBLE. Are you kidding me? I cant order just the chicken salad? So disappointed at the inflexibility of the staff. I will not visit any locations because this is unacceptable for customers in my opinion. It was a simple & easy request that was not granted.

First time visiting this location. I tried the blended white mocha. Will be back to sit down and enjoy the trendy atmosphere ☕

Very disappointed. Customer service was very much lacking. I came in around 9:45 this morning, and the girl behind the counter said nothing. So I just started ordering, and she rolled her eyes the entire time. Youd think she was working tirelessly, even though theres about 6 people here. 🙄 The server (girl in green sweater, glasses, and jeans) wasnt much better. She mumbled something, and set down the sandwich that Id ordered. I waited 6-7 minutes for a cold sandwich. .COLD. Breakfast sandwich. DEFINITELY NOT worth the amount I paid for it. The drink was actually pretty good. But not worth the morning I had with these two individuals. Will not be back, Ill try my hand at another location.

Nice place to get a cup of coffee. The dirty chai tea I had tasted different than I’ve had at other places, but in a good way. Must have been the spices. The bacon and egg sandwich I had was very good as well.I worked on my laptop upstairs for a few hours and it was a pleasant experience. I did not feel rushed or crowded.Only complaint is the prices don’t seem inline with other coffee shops. They’re a little pricier than most I’ve been to in the area. And that’s why I had to lower the rating.Overall I’d recommend this place.

Were closed today due to a power outage, but normally a lovely place to enjoy excellent coffee and baked goods. The outdoor balcony has a great view of the busy street below! Love the ambience here.

Best lattes in the Falls for sure. Im obsessed with a specialty latte(banana bread latte!) that was on their winter menu and they still make it for me even though its no longer listed on the the menu. Also im usually in at a busy time in the morning and they do a great job moving the line quickly.

One of my favorite coffee places around! There bacon breakfast sandwich is amazing! I wish they were closer this would be my go to every morning! I had a Chai tea latte with my sandwich and chose to dine in utilizing there free wifi.My laptop connected right away and I was able to get the work I had done while enjoying my breakfast and coffee.100% would recommend and in will be back in the future.

Nice place to have coffee but the staff is very unfriendly. I know there are many young girls working there that would rather be on their social media but how about a hi or a smile. Or are we just suppose to deal with rude servers AND give them a tip. Also, instead of repeatedly wiping down tables no one sits at why not the outdoor tables upstairs that are wet from dew every morning this time of year.

A neat place to go for coffee and treats alone or with a friend. Love the space and lots of room.

Fiddleheads never fails to impress me. The coffee has incredible flavor and the staff is always so friendly and personable. This location is one of my favorites! I especially love the upstairs patio in summer! Im making this my new go-to coffee shop!

One of my favorite places to sit and study!

I’ve been here two times. First time I ordered caramel s’mores, but in menu didn’t say that it’s iced coffee, anyway it was so good, but too sweet. Also I ordered bagel with cream cheese. Was Okay. Second time I ordered latte with banana syrup. This just regular latte made my day, it was one of the best in my life! Also I ordered Prosciutto Melt, if owner read this, you have to change your prosciutto supplier, taste not good. The cheapest prosciutto in Walmart taste better and more real then yours. This is so good coffee place, but not for food.P.S. thank you for sides of lemon for all customers, I don’t think I saw this before anywhere 😉

I sometimes stop here for a treat while out for a long walk. They have delicious hot chocolate and good smoothies. They also have great precautions in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I feel safe when I go there.

The atmosphere is super comfy and but modern. I didnt get the baristas name but she was really nice and willing to give suggestions of her recent favorites.

Woohoo a coffe roaster that knows how to brew a good, strong, tasty cup of coffee!! When we travel to new locations we always seek a local roaster if possible, but unfortunately many do not know their craft well. This place knows coffee! The bakery looks great too, fun seasonal flavors as well as good ole standbys. And while we just ran in to grab and go, if we were local wed be back often to visit and stay awhile, very nice atmosphere.

If your looking for good-chill vibes and a good cup of coffee this is your place! Also tons of amazing ethereal baristas!😄❤️

Nice place, spacious interior, with outdoor seating available. Associates were friendly, and service was quick. And they have vegan options, one burrito, the chili(soup of the day), and oat and almond milk for substitutions. The chili was excellent, not alot of salt and well seasoned. And the oat milk was sweet enough by itself that I didnt feel I needed to add sugar to the cafe au lait. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

After posting a lower review on a different site, I am upping my rating to 5 stars after management addressed my feedback. In the 2 months since posting on Yelp, I have been back every week and am very pleased.They lowered the music volume, and, set up a survey kiosk for a period of time so patrons could give some immediate feedback. Great job Fiddleheads! One weekday tip: it often gets a tad busier in later afternoon when North Middle School lets out, so plan accordingly. Great place. My favorite.

Good coffee at a good price! I really enjoy the atmosphere here and its not far from my house so I can walk there and chill. My one complaint is that I ordered a cinnamon roll here and it was the most stale and dry cinnamon roll Ive ever had. I would kind of expect a coffee shop to have fresh pastries and its that experience was rather disappointing. Otherwise, this is a great place to stop and grab some coffee with a friend.

Staff is just the best! Always recommending new drinks to try, greeting everyone and anyone who come in. Many know their customers by name! Consistently go above and beyond to bring us the best coffee and service!

Good coffee overall, but the those seasonal drinks hit me hard. I had a banana cream pie blended drink. The barista told me to have them add extra banana flavoring......and man on man. It was theeeeeeeee sweetest drink Ive ever had in my life. It was so sweet I couldnt drink it.

Took my family here after Sunday Mass. This place is impressive. Whomever reconditioned/remodeled did an excellent job. True craftsmanship. A bit pricey for a granola bar, but we loved them and not worth knocking off a star. Great place!

I visited on Sunday morning around 10 and it was a great experience. They have ample food and beverage options. The oat chai latte I got was probably one of the best I’ve had. The whole place is super cute, they have ample seating across multiple rooms, plus an upstairs patio that allows dogs. They also have free dog treats. I would definitely visit again. The service was also fast and friendly.

The coffees are fantastic! I like the atmosphere of the place, its very contemporary!Sandwiches are great, too! Id recommend the turkey pesto. It has a fair bit of crunch to it with the sweetness of the tomato offsetting the salty goodness of the pesto.

Fiddleheads is a great place for coffee on the go or coffee with a friend! It has a great look inside and the smell of coffee creates a welcoming environment. There is a lot of seating available and your order always comes quickly. Great place!

Great experience! Will be going back again. I had the mango ice tea and chocolate chip pumpkin muffin. Both were delish! The muffin was super moist and the tea was refreshing. I cant wait to go back and try more of their menu. Staff was super welcoming, funny and kind. Great place so happy they decided to come to Menomonee Falls.

I want to like fiddlesticks but i don’t.I’ve tried it 4 different times since they have opened and it’s just getting worse. First, it’s rather expensive for what you get. Second, they don’t know how to brew a good cup of coffee. Maybe that’s not their objective because they have tons of sugary sweet drinks but I am in it for the coffee. Usually, it is bitter and acidic. They have no heavy whipping cream or sugar free almond milk and when i’m directed to the half and half the pitcher is empty. Finally, it is not a place to get work done. The music is so loud you can’t hear your own media through personal headphones. I asked the staff to turn down the music and they have said they have no control.

It was my first visit, but it was a good one. I had a smoothie and it was delicious. A bit sweet, but not too much so. The atmosphere inside is really quite nice and more spacious than it looks from the outside.

Our regular coffee shop!! found this roaster (in Thiensville) on our adventures to find a place to live in the Milwaukee area. Talked with the owner who is a very nice man. We were thrilled that we had this Fiddleheads in Menomonee Falls, although it is so good we would make the trek to Thiensville to get coffee if we didn’t have one here. Bakery items are delicious also!!

Awesome new coffee place. They have ample seating indoor and outdoor. The location is great. There is no drive thru service which may discourage some, but doesnt bother me because you have many places to sit, not just your standard table and chairs but a few couches as well. I love the decor and how they restored the old building. Prices are comparable to Starbucks, so a bit on the pricier side. Definitely try the Hawaiian Christmas coffee!

Atmosphere is great. However the balcony space is not maintained well. All the tables and chairs were wet from an over night rain. We were there 2 hours before anyone came to clean them off. And the bagel I had was horrible and dry.

Really good coffee and food, I got the Buttercup Latte and a ham and cheese bagel. They were both delicious. its a great place to work if you need quiet or to work in a group.

I try to shop local but the marketing is deceptive.BOGO SIGN says 50% all bags. What it really means is Buy One Get One bag at 50% off. Honest marketing would say all bags BOGO 50%.And who sells a coffee cup with the Phrase hand wash recommended. Hand wash ONLY. It is not recommended it is required. The logo was destroyed in the dishwasher.No more products just buying a cup of coffee in the future.

I love their white chocolate mocha and chai tea latte. They also serve cold brew here. Actual cold brew. They have small snacks and other items. Mainly sweet breakfast items and cookies. Their focus is on the coffee.

Really cool building nestled in downtown with really good coffee. Pricing does reflect the quality of the coffee however.

There is parking and entrance in back great muffins, coffee and tea served with smile. First time there not my last. Wonderful.💝

TLDR; Bad coffee, free WiFi, teens run the place.So my first impressions of Fiddleheads was that it was going to be a quaint remodel of an historic Menomonee Falls landmark. In reality, once you enter in, there is zero character retained in the new design and its lacking in proper acoustics. The hollowed out wood frame is very loud and not a place to get comfortable with a good coffee and Spotify playlist or podcast. I went here on a Thursday night, it was very slow and there were two high schoolers working the counter. I ordered a cappuccino and only waited a few minutes. The coffee was so bitter, it took me a second to swallow. It was about 50% coffee and 50% froth, at this point I wanted more froth than coffee. I feel like the staff needs better training on how to craft a good cappuccino. Im just not impressed. I will most likely continue to go to Latitude cafe in Germantown.
