We were served by Kayla. She was extremely pleasant. She made friendly conversation with my girlfriend and I… she asked us about our day, our plans for the night etc. Not to mention how fast our drinks were made as well. By far the best service we’ve had here

Love the environment! Especially around the holiday time, Now the staff are friendly but they yelled at people including me for being too loud! Now I understand that but it wasnt really the greatest approach to do so, Now i hate the entrance to the place as the location of Starbucks is terrible. As even myself has almost wrecked trying to get past starbucks on my commute. The worst is vehicles come flying up into the parking lot making it almost life threatening to kids walking from school trying to get coffee. Now i love the free water because they have the best tasting water ive had! After all the only concerns to really have is the drive through, id tend to believe that they could have organized the layout better!

Food is barely warm and hard sometimes ice coffee barely has ice in it but very polite staff

This place use to be the best but now they make my drinks wrong too often and when I went back yesterday to have my drink $9.14 drink made correctly the barista flailed her arms at me and yelled WHAT???!!!! when I tried explaining what was wrong with the drink. I wasnt rude AT ALL until she did that!!! Even after all that she still got my drink wrong again!!! DUNKIN DONUTS it is!!!! Never thought Id say this but DUNKIN customer service and products are better than Starbucks!!!

This Starbucks should be rated much higher than it is. The made me a great toffee nut non fat latte and greeted with a smile! Did I mention the place is nice and clean!

They’re constantly closed during hours that they should be open. They’ll randomly close at 2 PM one day or just not be open on a Saturday for some reason, things like that. It seems like more than half the time I stop there I have to turn around because I’m greeted with a chalkboard stand saying they’re closed. It’s been going on for more than a year now. What’s the deal?

My interaction was fantastic. The gentleman recommended a very tasty drink during my drive thru visit even with a full line. I really appreciated it, as I was ordering for my wife and dont really know much lol

They dont do too well with the secret menu drinks but other than that, good location. Each time I go I get the same drink off the secret menu, basically a caramel Frappuccino with hazlenut syrup and chips. Pretty simple. Never seem to get it right lol.

This place does not have adequate supplies. I never get stopper on my lids most of the time.My coffee becomes a mess when I reach work. Drive through has only one lane and its very busy. If you are running late and want to grab a coffee this is not a recommended drive through. You will loose 12 to 15 mins easily.

Coffee was too strong and too much cream. Also werent even hot coffee.

Barista was beautiful and the drink was delicious.

The baristas at Starbucks always have the best attitudes and theyve never messed up my drink orders.I dont go very often because its a bit pricey, but every now and then I treat myself to a Frappuccino and its always worth it.

I used to really love this location but recently the customer service has been subpar. I always do a mobile order ahead of time and when I walk in I usually am not greeted by staff or asked for my name for up to 5 minutes. Usually my drink is already made and sitting by the drive-through window. But I still have to wait several minutes before anyone realises I am there to pick up my drink.

Staff was understaffed and closing early. They told all the cars stuck in line they would not serve them rather than putting out cones after the last car in line.

This place always has such amazing customer service. They’ve never messed up my order and always serve me with a smile. I actually drive a little further to get to this store because I know I don’t have to worry about anything. 10/10!!

Worst customer service at a Starbucks location. They served 6 cars through drive thru before bothering to fix my coffee...with an attitude an an excuses of understaffing, although there were 4 baristas and only one other patron in the lobby, and no others waiting in line.Entitled powder puffs.

I really like this Starbucks because i have been to many Starbucks and this one is convenient because it is right by many areas and i ordered a camel macchiato (totally recommend it) and it tasted better than most Starbucks

Staff seemed friendly enough and the beverages ordered were done well and in a timely fashion. Not a big space so at the time we came (around 3PM) it was packed with middle school kids and other patrons. Staff did a good job getting things done considering.

Its a Starbucks... At this point you probably know if you like them or not so Ill rate on the service. The staff were very quick and friendly and didnt mess up my drink so Id recommend stopping here for a coffee.

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for the last year and a half, typically every morning Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday. My visit are great, most know my name and my order: cold brew and bacon egg bites (great addition). Everyone is upbeat majority of the morning crew know my name now as well! I want to give a shoutout to Dena especially, she goes out of her way to greet me, make sure my order is correct, and to say Have a good day! Service with a smile!!! Kudos!

Really nice staff! They have doggy treats for customers with dogs who come thru drive thru. Drinks were made quickly and correctly.

Worst Starbucks ever. I’ve came on two separate occasions at normal hours and they say their open. Every other Starbucks is! And they aren’t and they don’t even have a sign at the drive thru

Great coffee shop. A little slow during rush hour but overall great experience.

This Starbucks is a great store but maybe needs to work on the image they portray to the costumer. The last time I was here I did see a manager get rather upset at an employee and then the manager served me while complaining about the employee. As you can guess, it felt slightly awkward. Oh, they also messed up my order so they gave me extra coffee to make up for it. ;-)

Great customer service- at last in the drive-thru. Jackie was welcoming and didnt seem annoyed to be working. Not the experience I have had at the last 2 locations. Hopefully my next visit was a good as this. If so this will definitely be my new starbucks location!!

I love this Starbucks, the drinks are made perfectly and very efficiently. The people are so friendly and so many of them remember me by name, I go there every day. They also remember what I order. Its the only place I visit every day.

Decent coffee. Decent service. Remade my drink after I accidentally ordered a sugary drink for my diabetic friend. The lack of comfortable chairs and the ambient noise level makes this a solid four star joint.

Was here this morning getting my mom a coffee for mother’s day. Waited 15min in the drive thru for the vanilla latte. Realized once I got home they gave me a plain black coffee.

Closed during rush time/peak dinner times. Business done well (sarcasm).

Coffee is good but overpriced and they are pretty much always busy. Just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes (and this was after I ordered) to get my PSL. If I wouldnt have been trapped between a concrete wall and a building I would have pulled out of line. 15 minutes is too long from the time you order to get your coffee. I really only go in Fall for the pumpkin spice latte. It is AMAZING!

The service was friendly and most tables were available inside. Coffee was delicious and served promptly. Breakfast food was all pre-packaged and they open it in front of you. On the bright side, at least they dont try to pretend its fresh.

Once upon a time, this was a good location. Staff were great, quality was there. The last several months this location has plummeted to the point where I would almost rather drive out of my way for other coffee. Such incidents include - staff illegally parking and refusing to move their car so a patron could get out, staff mopping the floor with bleach while customers were eating and drinking, long wait times for beverages, and several wildly inappropriate conversations amongst the staff.

The manager Jessie is a gem. The entire staff is amazing and keep me always coming back for more! Thank You!

Why 1 star...let me explain....I get coffee and a sandwich about every second or third Friday between 9am and 11am via mobile order. This place is the closest to my home, and very convenient....so I thought.About 4 months ago this all started...all orders were placed before walking out my door, which is 5+ minutes away.Order 1 - Sandwich was not ready. Could be just a standard mistake, happens all the time in food service. No big dealOrder 3 - Coffee not ready. Irritation showed on my face (I was in a hurry). Apologies from barista.Order 4 - Order not ready. Barista asked for my name (huh?) and said she would make sure I got a free coffee next time. It did not happen (she was not there).Order 6 - Again, sandwich not ready. Spoke with manager who apologized, offered to refund my order, but I was in a hurry - this is why I mobile order.Order 8 - Coffee ready, but not sandwich. Somebody said they did not see ticket.Order 11 - Order not ready. Spoke with manager and explained problem. She said machine was not in a convenient place (after what I said, that was the response?!). Told manager I would not be returning due to poor customer service, and that I would leave this review.As one who has worked in the food industry, and also noting the high turnover at the store, I wanted to give plenty of time for them to fix the problem. But they did not.

Incredibly slow service. We ordered two drinks, no one else was waiting for their orders, and there were five people behind the counter. It took them 10 minutes to put them together...

Parking is awful. Staff takes up all/most of the parking spaces (12 + 2 handicap). There were three customers including me and no open parking. Slow service. Cold latte. Sad face. Unfortunately, this is normal for this poorly run location.

The absolute worst service and management I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. Vowed to quit Starbucks all together after repeatedly getting wrong orders. They need to close down the place and just start over.

The staff is always polite and friendly. Drive through takes a little while but whenever I go inside they screw up my order. They either forget one or more of my drinks or make them wrong.

Had the displeasure of stopping by the Starbucks in Menomonee Falls. There is no parking and people are blocking the ways to get in. Eventually I managed to find get a spot. The facilities were disgusting with urine on the floor in front of the toilet in one bathroom and no toilet paper in the other restroom. I went to the front desk to request TP. The worker behind the counter went to the back room to retrieve some and never came back out. Instead, the staff ran around trying to find the woman who ordered tea. This is a small Starbucks. The woman had obviously left out of frustration as did I - without ordering my latte or using the facilities.

Had to wait another 10 minutes due to them saying they never received my mobile order. When I first walked in and they asked who I was the manager said something about thats the one you are remaking. 10 minutes go by and the same lady askes what I need and I restate it and she says that they never received it and adked if I was sure if I ordered it and was at the right place. I went to my car and brought my phone in and showed it to her. This isnt the first time I have had an issue. I went in before to pick up a mobile order and the store was dead. I stood there while the three kids were paying no attention to me. When they finally decided to notice me they asked what I wanted and when I said it was a mobile order they looked at each other as if trying to decide if someone should do something. About 2 minutes of this and then one reluctantly got the order, which had been placed now over 20 minutes ago, and spent about 5 minutes making a simple iced latte. The ONLY reason I go to this location is because it is on my way to work. Id sooner go to the one on HWY Q in Germantown!

Not once have I gotten through the drive through here in less than 15 minutes. They are ALWAYS incredibly slow.

This place is going downhill. I was in the drive thru at approximately 10:30am and ordered Impossible Breakfast sandwich and they said they were out of them. Now what frustrates me is this happened last weekend too, nothing new. Im getting tired of this, order more and get more customers. Its not hard.
