Bought my first pc from Ben and i am absolutely in love with it. It was a prebuilt that was on the floor and it has exceeded every expectation i had coming from a ps4 pro. It was plug and play as soon as i got home. I highly recommend everyone go thru Ben if they need anything pc or gaming related.

I took my computer in because it was running very slow and had other issues. They did a great job fixing the computer. Now the computer runs really fast and it doesnt freeze up anymore after Im on the internet.

I was having issues with my custom PC and the fact that it would not turn on. I gave them a call and the person over the phone was extremely helpful and pointed me on the right direction on how to fix my PC! Thank you and I will be using this location for computer parts and repair going forward!

Worked with Ben on a quick turnaround graphics workstation. He was knowledgeable and able to quickly speak to my level without being condescending. Result was a very nice desktop tower at a reasonable price.

Even though we have PC repair places closer to our home, we drive out of our way to see Ben at the Menomonee Falls location. He is helpful and knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure we understand what hes doing and why.

They have always been great with helping me with any equipment issues. Most recently, store manager, Ben, went above and beyond to help with an urgent situation with a pc needed for work. Highly recommend!

My advice is to try to get a firm estimate on your service. They made it sound like it was a simple procedure. When we got our bill it was 2 1/2 times as much.

Staff has always been willing to discuss solutions. Very busy place, at times, but they still manage to assist pretty well.

Clean store and friendly environment. Had a semi obscure part that I needed and the salesman Luke was very knowledgeable and more than happy to chit chat about computers with me.

I like the store. They are good help with picking parts, and you can bring your computer to have it looked at to see if you did anything wrong while building it. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star is they are not the best with troubleshooting, and fixing the problem the first time. I had to bring my computer back several times, for the same problem.

I am so glad I purchased my computer from Milwaukee PC in Menomonee Falls, Wi. They set up the computer for me, and were available for any questions I had. They just dont sell computers....they are there for you when needed. You cant put a price on that kind of service.
