I have been to this Ace a dozen times now, and the staff has always been nice and willing to assist you. Great location!

Nice store with very kind and helpful staff! Not a huge store but they always have stuff the big box stores dont. My particular favorite is the hardware section with every kind and size of screw, nut, bolt, etc you could want!

Just talking about the paint department. Went to match paint and it seems like the guy had much better things to do than to help me. Acted aggravated with my questions. I told him before I left the color looked off to me but without even looking he said it was good. Foolishly I took it home and started painting, yup not a match. I would have gave a 1 star but they gave me a refund, no sorry or anything and was a bit argumentative but I got my money back. Went to menards spot on and much less expensive. Ill take the longer drive from now on.

I went looking for clip on mosquito repellent. The store is under new ownership and they carried that item last summer. I asked the cashier and she sent me to the exact aisle. She was very friendly as well.

There is always someone to help. You dont have to run around looking for them. Very knowledgeable.

Feels like home. You go into many of the big stores and see a bunch of stuff, but never feel comfortable being there. This place you do!! You want to see everything because you dont feel rushed or overwhelmed. Great people inside as well. Great communication with employees and are all very helpful.

Customer service, product availability and pricing is tops. Luv curbside pickup, I use Hahns more than 95% of the time I do any hardware store purchasing.

Super helpful staff! Went in for one little insignificant thing and the guy that came up to help me was the best. He was determined to find the product for me even if he had to order it for me. Ill be a new regular here.

Theres a lot of stuff jam packed in this little store. Aisle signs are pretty much useless & whatever youre looking for is probably in the last place youd expect. I dont know if Im intimidating or what, but employees dont seem interested in customer interaction. Overall, the store needs a LOT of organization work & maybe a little extra employee training

Good selection of products and good service. In store pick-up was mostly simple and quick, but my only suggestion for ACE is to add more obvious signage for where to pick up online orders.

This store has some of the best people to help you and very knowledgeable of anything youre asking are looking for they go out of their way to make sure you get the everything you need and what you want and youre satisfied when you leave they answer all your questions. Dave in the paint department extreme analogy will and can point you in the right direction of what you need and very helpful. Josh in the grilling department in the yard he is awesome too he can take care of anything you need from put negril together or give me some knowledge of some recipes. All of the staff there are excellent hands on willing and wanting to help you.

Great place for propane refills. Not only do their offer a full service experience (bring the bottles inside and they go and fill them while you wait), but their prices are competitive, and every third 20# bottle is 50% off! Definitely a good experience. Will use regularly.

Have been there 3 to 4 times. Yesterday we were in garden department at the Menomonee Falls location and the clerk was so friendly, however every time I check out there the employees are unfriendly and seem unhappy.
