I went in with very little expectations about trading in my car for a vehicle with cheaper payments and better gas mileage. I see a couple negative reviews and honestly I dont get how, my experience here was beyond amazing and Mick was incredibly nice and very patient. This is by far the best dealership Ive come into contact with. I was stuck in a rut with my financial situation and the vehicle I was driving at the the time and Mick was incredibly patient and more than willing to help and get me into my new truck. He also replaced the battery and alternator while I was on my way there; WHAT A GUY! Would highly reccomend anyone in the area to work with Red Cedar!!

Mick seems to genuinely care about his customers and will do what he can to help them. I work at a shop that does inspections on his vehicles before he sells them and hell fix anything we find wrong. Because of that Ive purchased 2 vehicles from him and very happy with both and the effort he took in getting us financing. At one point my wife had locked the keys in her car with it running and our 2 young boys inside. Since he was closer than I was, he went and got the vehicle open for her. I cant say enough good things about him and his business.

Great place to buy a vehicle!!

I bought A PT cruiser and drove it all the way back to Minneapolis. When I got there the power steering went out. Red cedar automotive could’ve said tough, you’re out of luck it’s a used car and you bought it. But they didn’t they gave me $500 back. You can bet when I go shopping for another vehicle, I’ll be checking there first. You can’t put a price on amazing customer service.

Nice guys, but dishonest in vehicle pricing. They base vehicle price on Kelly blue book, but fail to enter in vehicle milage, thus over pricing vehicles by 2 to 3k. I challenged them on this, answer was mileage was not an important factor in pricing...yeah right.. mileage and condition is everything, you know it, I know it and they know it...do your own research.

Poor buying experience, lied about warranty then threw a fit and wouldnt answer calls when I had problems with the truck. Would not recommend doing business with them. Make sure they didnt spray foam and Bondo the rust spots if you buy from them.

Very bad buying experience. Initially when buying the car I met Andy, who was pretty nice. He told me my car needed an alignment, so I bought it then returned it the following days for said alignment. My check engine light came on and I was told it just needed a new gas cap. Got my car “fixed” and came back to get it. By this time I’m dealing with Mick, who Honestly is very rude and made me feel belittled. Upon leaving my car still would not drive straight. My fiancé called and said he was unbelievably rude. So I brought my car in and says to me ya I didn’t get what he was saying at all...okay? I proceeded to tell him the wheel wasn’t straight and and the car wouldn’t stay straight either. Let’s just say I was made to feel like I was wrong. So he paid for the so called alignment again. Where I was greeted by another rude person. Got my car back and the wheel was now straight. But you guessed it wouldn’t drive straight! Then winter is coming around (have had my car for like 5 months now). So I had a few days off work and left my car in a shut garage and reaked of gas so bad. And guess what a leak! When trying to contact them it honestly was like pulling teeth. Lastly when buying the car I checked all of it even the underneath for bad rust none to be seen. One day after owning it for a few months big spots of rust. Like the last guy said they must have sprayed mine too. I could make this review even longer with the other stuff that went wrong and how it took forever to get in touch with them. But i think you get the picture. Yes I got a used car, I get there can be problems. But mick could have done a way better job of handeling the situation! DONT GO THERE.
