Predatory sales tactics, only stocks most expensive flagship devices, only spec they know is the price, motto is misinformation to push what they have! Nothing but fluff comes out of their mouth. A good sales person would know literally any spec on a device.

We had a great experience with Dustin. We had to order our watch since they didnt have them in store. We were supposed to receive a call when it came in. A week later I looked up my shipping and it arrived a few days beforehand and we never heard anything. So we popped in. The guy was working with someone so we just sat down and waited. He didnt even acknowledge us. Well an hour and a half later were still just sitting here because we want to be handed something and leave.

Our first time working with Verizon in Menomonie. We usually go to Hudson. But we were BEYOND pleased with Verizon Menomonie today. A very personal experience. We had to wait a bit (to be expected on a Saturday). Staff took SUCH good care of us. Elijah was amazing. Thanked my wife and I for being first responders. Talked to our kids a lot. Cant say enough good things about Elijah. We will definitely be back. His personality and customer service was beyond any expectations!He went over ALL options to adjust our plan to fit our needs technically and budget-wise before we signed anything. He took his time explaining all of our options, and we even walked out with an additional child line/phone for our daughter with little impact to our bill.He deserves a raise. As a small business owner (my side gig) and an IT executive at my day job, he is the prime example of how I want my employees to treat customers. He should be training others in the company how to work with customers! Well worth the wait in this smaller store!

I recently switched carries and went through BeMobile for my Verizon service. The overall service was okay. They are always short staffed and the wait to get service is very long. My biggest complaint is that we were told we could get a car charger or a wireless charger with the purchase of the new phone and the charger would not cost us anything. However, we were charged around $65 for the wireless charger and we did notice the charge until a week later. Trying to return the charger was challenging as there was always a very long wait to see someone so on the 3rd attempt to return the chargers, we were out of the 14 day return policy. They would not accept the return of the charger even though it was still sealed in the original packaging. Very disappointed in my experience with them.

The worst service weve ever experienced. If we could give zero stars we would. The guy was very pushy and when we asked to have a minute to talk about what one we might want to get he hovered over us and every minute asked if we had a decision. He didnt want to answer our questions and kept pushing us to the most expensive phone.This is not a corporate Verizon and clearly doesnt have the standards that Verizon is always known for. We will never come to this Verizon again.

My phone broke yesterday. BeMobile helped me thru the whole replacement process and I was told the new phone would be here tomorrow. It just got here! Less than one day and they were SO helpful!

The service was extremely slow and they have you wait for no reason and give you wrong information. My dad passed away and as a courtesy was bringing them his death certificate to close his account. The lady was rude and would not help in anyway in Menomonie. She assured me to go to Eau Claire office and they would take care of it. I drove all the way to Eau Claire and they can’t help either. She said Menomonie is known for giving wrong information. I walked out extremely frustrated and know why I don’t have my service through them.
