Extremely unhappy! I got service and a phone through you guys a few days ago. I rarely get 5g and my calls ALWAYS drop. Im always getting an exclamation mark next to the service bars. I decided I was going to the store to address my concerns only to find out they arent open. Not even a sign on the door. Not happy...

Its 1pm on Fathers day. I drove here from Spooner Wisconsin. It says open from Noon until 6pm today. But no one here. Not a good way to run a business. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Says there open 12 to 6pm on sundays. Its 12 and theres no sign of life.

I am not happy the store hours in Menomonie say 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and nobody is at the store today.

Customer service was great when we got our phones, and they were very tech savvy regarding the products and phone OS issues in general. After the initial sale is when we began to have issues. The storefront will say open, but the door is locked with no will return sign in place, and when weve tried to reach them by phone, there is no answer for hours at a time and they have no voice mail to leave a message on.

Zero stars. Drove ove hour to my local metropcs aaaaaaaaand the store was closed while it SHOULD HAVE been open. NOT HAPPY.

Not good when you go to pay your bill and no one is there when it clearly states that they are open!! Need better management of the store. Customers shouldnt have to work around their schedule it should be open when it says its open. Also could use more then one person working at a time.

Ive been a customer with MetroPCS for almost a year now. The service I received at the Menomonie store was superb. They went above and beyond while trying to upgrade my family of phones. Despite the issues and setbacks, Bobbi fought with their systems for HOURS trying to make sure I had an amazing experience. I would happily take my business back to Menomonie again.

The store was nearly empty of merchandise and the lighting was poor. The worker was allegedly the manager, as he said, and was not approachable or helpful. No greeting or conversation, he stayed behind the counter playing on his phone. Poor service and competition, and he put down other no-contract companies.

Drove over 40 miles to my nearest MetroPCS only to find the store closed during what should be operating business hours - not happy with this location at all!!!

The store is hardly ever open for business. The Hmong representative was clueless when I asked her a specific question a phone. I dont think the phone number listed is the actual phone number to the business.
