The staff at Classic performed a remarkable job for us, following a hit-and-run accident in a supermarket parking while we were traveling cross-country. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and very kind. They handled all the paperwork with our insurance company. With the pandemic and its supply chain issues, I am certain that Classic went beyond its competition to complete our substantial repair on a tight schedule. In fact, we switched to them only after experiencing sluggish responses from the original estimating shop. That was a fortunate decision. They are highly recommended.

I had developed rust bubbles on my 2020 jl in several spots. Although this is covered, the first time it was returned to me, they forgot to fix the rust on the left hinge, so it was returned to them. I received a call that it was done and had went to pick it up. After looking at the paint that does not match it will be going back for a 3rd time. It also still has 2 knicks above each rear hinge from them reinstalling. It took 2 weeks to obtain an estimate from them back in August, and I had only received 1 text message from this facility in the two weeks the jeep has been there.

The team at Classic Accident Repair was professional and courteous. They handled the difficulties we had with getting approval from Instacart for all the repairs with calm and patience. They patiently explained the difficulties of obtaining car parts during a pandemic. The car looks beautiful. They carefully cleaned the inside and outside before they returned it to me. I would recommend them.

My car was picked up Aug 16. My car sat at the repair shop until Oct no repairs etc. I was informed that it was some delay with receiving parts. I messaged and called at least once or twice a week. I had exhausted my time for having a car rental and was forced to use Uber and family members vehicles. I asked if they could assist with rental fees etc and it was no. Oct 20th I was told I could pick up my vehicle it was complete. Upon arrival was gave the keys and told every was fine. I paid for the service only to discover that everything wasn’t done per the agreement with them and insurance company. I had paint residue in places it shouldn’t and the noticeable dent was never addressed. The was also a noise that something wasn’t properly aligned when I voiced concern was quickly dismissed by front manager stating “it was throughly assessed and everything is fine” gave me keys for me to leave. It was when I demanded them to have someone ride with me so they could hear the noise I was hearing. The mechanic said he heard the concern as well. Fast forward Nov 3 same noise is present and awaiting the lead person to return.

I waited to drop off my Jeep because they said they were behind. It was there for almost a month. I understand that you have safety guidelines to go by. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed when I saw it! It appeared as though it wasnt even cleaned after you did some work. The roof rails were black & now have paint or idk on them. I noticed a black fingerprint right away and pointed it out. I was told they would reorder and contact me. Ive heard nothing. I called 9/15 and was told I would hear back. My contact was gone for the day. I sent a text 9/23. Today I receive a text they were happy to service my vehicle and link to provide comment!! How about a phone call telling me you ordered & have its a thumbprint from when we installed or followup with the spot on my hood the size of a quarter that is paint cracked. My mistake that I thought you were associated with the Classic dealerships who do quality work.

I had a terrible day when I backed into a short cement pole and it was raining. I had a lot to do and I was a mess. Amber was calm and took my info and it was so smooth she calmed me down with no effort (it seems). From there Amber, Julie, Eric and the rest of the staff were amazing. They remembered small things about my little journey that made me smile. The customer service, professionalism and care is unmatched in the auto service industry. Good job team. Got my baby back and she is all good.

AWESOME PLACE!!! So I hit a dresser drawer that was laying on the freeway in my new 2021 BMW M240i. Literally had just 600 miles on the odometer. The drawer was laying upside down and the wood bottom went through the lower corner grill and punctured the auxiliary radiator. I needed an entire new bumper too since the drawer ripped mine apart. I randomly went to this place because they were right by where this happened, and the place looked nice from driving past it during other trips. I left the car there because I couldnt drive it (spraying out coolant) and I researched the shop that night. The reviews looked good, but not knowing squat about the place or the people, I just assumed Id get ripped off because most companies these days seem dishonest. Furthermore, being a BMW certified repair center, I was ready to see some sky high quote for a 2021 car, and then try to negotiate a more reasonable repair cost. Boy was I wrong! I couldnt believe how reasonable the repair estimate was. I came prepared knowing the exact cost of the most expensive part (the entire bumper), and their price was exact to the penny. I immediately authorized the repair. During the repair process, they proactively contacted me several times just to let me know the progress. When the car was done, it looked like new again! The gaps between the panels were symmetric and proper. They also matched the special order Mineral Grey Metallic paint color perfectly!!! If I ever need any body work for any of my cars ever again I will not go anywhere else but here! What a great experience.

DO NOT USE THEM! Worst experience ever. They did not even look at our vehicle until a week after they had us bring it in. We incurred rental charges during that time. We were called by them numerous times with inaccurate information claiming that our insurance policy did not cover our repair which was completely false. They refused to email photos to our insurance company, State Farm, and refused to let our insurance adjustor on their property. When picking up the vehicle we were again told the same lie that our insurance had a clause that did not cover repairs even though we were 100% covered.

This team is 10 of 10. Dont go anywhere else. My truck is 100% back to new after a front end accident. They communicate well and often. Great service.

Avoid at all costs!!! Is zero stars an option?? About a half star?? They had my car one month !!! My rental car from insurance ran out... The only positive thing is body shop paid for additional 8 days in rental... I believe my car still needs a front alignment... I found the individual assigned to work my car very evasive when I had questions... Finally a manager took over and was my contact... The body shop is NOT associated with any Classic car dealerships... My insurance agent said I made mistake believing body shop is tied to Dealerships... Frustrating, trying, stressful, anger invoking, God I wish I could of more adjectives to use... Just stay away from there...

The repair to my vehicle was good, but customer service was very poor. I had to take my vehicle to the center twice for an estimate, because they couldnt find the paperwork. The second time they even lost the photos again, and I had to take pictures and send to insurance company. Was told I could go pick up my car by ship and insurance company. I returned rental car, and was taken to shop and dropped off. Got to shop only to be told I couldnt get my car because they didnt have paperwork from insurance company. I called insurance company they had emailed the information but shop agent couldnt find. It seems like the office staff doesnt know what is going on. On all four times I was in the office I viewed several employees not wearing their masks. Very unprofessional.

I drove way across town because of the professional approach that Classic Collision has.They brought my vehicle in, did a preliminary evaluation, and then started disassembly to better understand the extent of the damage. They dealt with my insurance companys adjusters in a fair manner.

So I never write bad reviews but I am so disappointed in the service or lack of service from this classic. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate for damage to my car. I was told I didnt need an appointment and to just walk in so that was what I did. When I showed up they didnt have anyone available so the girl up front took photos of the damage and said someone would email me the estimate. This was a month ago. I have called twice since then to check on the estimate. Classic just apologizes and says they will have someone write up the estimate and email me but still nothing. Big waste of time.

Quality of work and customer service is incredible, they make you feel like family!

They told me it would take a week to finish my car. We are now on 16 days and they still have my car. I know they are using it because I’m getting door alerts on my phone. Every day I call I get another excuse. I am also paying out of pocket for a rental that they suggested. I would’ve found a better deal on a rental or used a coupon if I knew it was going to take an additional 10 days.

WE had our 2019 Encore in for collision repair due to an accident with a deer. Our insurance Co. Allstate Ins., and Classic took over 33 days to make restitution and repairs. We were lied to on every occasion from both sides. The follow up and attention to detail was sorely lacking on both sides. We were outright lied to by Classic which delayed our being able to pick up our car, this also caused us to be responsible for three days of car rental from Enterprise. Classic needs to upgrade its center and hire people that are more responsible and know how to follow up and follow instructions. Very dissatisfied!

01 May 2018 Service date.Everything I can ask from a Accident Repair Center!!! I found the best experience with Classic Accident Repair. Not only did I get the best service... the people were friendly and accommodated my hecktic schedule. Pam & Marty were my main point of contact, but I am sure there were more people involved!Multiple repairs and cleaning completed at Classic Toyota. David Alicea and Andy from Toyota Service coordinated with Classic Accident Repair to get it all done in two days. In fact, they were not able to complete the dent repair on day one, so they called to discuss the options.Since the repair couldnt be completed on day one, they brought my Sienna Van back to my home on a flat bed truck and picked it up the next morning. When the vehicle was finished on day 2 they delivered it to my house. The dent repair was completed without having to replace the door panels. They looked great. AND I didnt have to make an insurance claim because the price was reasonably inexpensive. (Under $200... unheard of) They were looking out for the customer and I appreciate it. I recommend them and would use their service again. (But hopefully not soon. HA!) Thank you everyone at Classic Accident Repair for leading the way in service and skill. Go CAVS!

Took my car to have body work done on the outside. Perfectly driveable vehicle, 2 days later, i get a call that my car is totalled and they had taken it apart, wont put it together unless paid for. Insurance rep says Classic is one of the most expensive in the area. Never going to Classic anything. My friends at work joked that the car is going to be on the lot for sale within a week. New to the area, wish i knew better

The Staff was very friendly, helpfully and professorial. They removed a dent from my car door and you cant even tell where it was. I had few people try to find where the dent was and nobody could. The repair only took about 45 minutes. Thank you very much. Ill be back if I need any other repairs.

Terrific job on my car (as always)!! Great job with pro-active follow up calls to keep me advised of the progress. Car looked brand new when I picked it up. All buffed out and detailed (inside and out). Work involved only the front bumper, but they found some chips from stones on a rear door and touched those up also.Those extra touches mean a lot to a customer!

So I went in and they were as usual eager to help satisfy my car repair needs and of course handle the insurance claim. I’m so comfortable with this group, the staff has been there for a long time and remembered me by name. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable with the process and keep you updated. There is one little thing that I will go back for and I know they will take great care of helping me out. I would highly recommend classic accident repair center!

My car was recently repaired by Classic Accident Repair Center. Afterbeginning the repair, more hidden damage was discovered. Theysubmitted a revised estimate to my insurance company and receivedapproval. The work was excellent and thorough. The car looks greatand they even cleaned the inside. I would say the inside work wasequivalent to a thorough detailing. I did not expect this and wassurprised and pleased. We have used the Classic Accident Repair Center for deer/car accident on my wifes car and a log that somehow ran into the back window of my car. In both cases the service and quality of work was excellent. So when we had a need to do some quick repairs on our vehicles they were the first place we thought of going . The work was done quickly and with quality and it certaintly exceeded our expectations.

I was rear-ended and they repaired my vehicle. The staff was polite, helpful and they had a rental waiting for me when I arrived. They were really good about keeping in contact with me to let me know how things were progressing. When I got my car back, the repair was impeccable. They also cleaned the inside of my car, which was great because I have my dog in my car with me a lot, so there was quite a bit of dog hair in there. They even vacuumed his little doggy car seat. They were awesome! I hope that I dont have any more accidents, but if I do, I would 100% use them again.

My vehicle was only a few months old when I had the repairs, and when I picked it up from the repair center, it looked just as new from when I first bought the car. This place has great customer service and the repair was excellent.

I am highly dissatisfied with Classic Accident Repair Center.Someone rear ended me in November so I made an appointment with them to have my car brought in so they could fix a few scratches on the bumper. It was very minimal damage, but it had to be fixed.I brought my car in on a Friday. They told me on the same day they would call me and give me a status update of when it was to be complete. They never called. On Saturday, I called and told them I was never contacted. They then said it would be ready on Monday. When Monday came around, I received no call, so I called them. They explained that while working on the car, they accidentally broke a flimsy piece of the car and had to order in a new piece. Why would no one call me to tell me this? Why did I have to call. They then said it would not be done until Wednesday and transferred me to a rental car company. They did not offer to pay for my rental car, so I had to tell them that they were. Very bad customer service. Now it is Thursday, and they never called. So I called again and they told me it would be ready by tomorrow, Friday. It took an entire week to replace a bumper, and they could not call me once.Very unprofessional, very bad at keeping in contact, and obviously not very timely.

The entire staff from the shop manager, Marty to Rebecca at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive. They kept us informed, worked with us on a rental car when it went over the limits of our policy. The work they did was excellent, our truck was returned to us looking brand new. They detailed the truck inside and out which was also a nice touch. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone.

This was my first auto accident in more than 30 years. My new BMW was severely damaged as my fault and I felt awful about it. I had never used Classic before. They called me faithfully every few days to update me on progress and costs. They allowed me to talk to the installer a few times. They get how stressful it is, and that customer care, I greatly appreciated. When I became concerned that my insurance company was going to require an after market replacement hood Classic advocated on my behalf. The car was delivered on time and to me in better condition than before the accident. It was washed and vacuumed. I was treated with respect throughout and have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you’re skin tone is anything other than white don’t come here. If you care about your car and being treated with respect and dignity don’t come here. If you’re young and own a nice car don’t come here because they will just treat you like a spoiled brat. I had to return 3 separate times because every-time they caused more damage or didn’t repair it at all. First time I went to pick up my car it wasn’t even touched! Look like you guys just gave it a buff and a tap of the hammer, second time they oversprayed my car there was white paint all in the door jams and on the rubber seals and last but not least the final time I got my car back with an airbag light, a traction control error light and none of my window switches worked! You guys don’t bother to check your work or anything and yet you happily took my insurance company’s money, if you truly car about your car and about the basic principles of mutual respect please save your time and find somewhere else because this place is a joke.

Classic took amazing care of both me and my car. They called every other day to update me on Milli (my car), and yes they even called her that when they called me to update me. I was beyond pleased with their professionalism and expertise.

Excellent from the time I stepped into the building. Went right out to my car, explained the steps needed to complete the repair, set me up with a rental, spoke to my insurance agent, ordered the parts, installed the parts, called me when ordering, upon arrival of parts, and approximate completion date. All this and I had my car back in less than than a week. On top of that they must have buffed out the entire car as it never looked this good.

The best customer service imaginable and incredible quality of workmanship. My Lexus was recently damaged in a parking lot accident and I was concerned Id never get it to look right again. It has a 3-step pearl finish which is very hard to repair but they fixed my car to perfection and you could never tell it was ever painted.
