Started with getting the truck to D&S to get serviced. Was told the truck didn’t show up from tow and was repeatedly told it was not at any of their facilities. After frantically calling the tow and insurance company as well as impound got a call saying they found it at another facility. (D&S has 2 locations in mentor). Got the truck back 20 days later paid the bill and got in. Started the truck and low tire pressure light was on and pressure sensor reading low on one of the tires. (I had all the tires replaced in addition to my insurance repairs at my cost). Called after I left and all technicians were gone for the weekend. Got home did a thorough inspection. Was told that they were going to wash it before I picked it up. Truck was covered in unwashed compound and clearly not washed. Front bumper and facia lines off by over 1” on each side (passenger and driver side comparison). Turned on headlights and alignment of lenses was off by 5”.Sadly unimpressed with the quality of work that was preformed on my truck from such a highly recommended company. Attention to details is important especially after being burned out with the insurance company. Most would say to take it back and get it right but being down a month without a vehicle for your family is tough. Any job big or small do it right or not at all.

Would not bring our cars anywhere else. People are awesome to work with. They are totally professional and yet caring about your situation. They do Amazing body work . Highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic repair job. Id argue that it looks better than before the scratch after fixing and buffing the entire side. Had a small dent they and it came out perfect too. The interior cleaning was a fantastic surprise. They also went out of their way to accommodate me picking the vehicle back up after hours and stayed in communication throughout. Best car repair experience Ive had and well be back for more if needed.

Truck not done on time bumper brackets were in Cleveland would not go get them made me wait a week or longer for back order parts after getting parts problem solved got my truck back in two days it looks really good nice and shiny lol all seams line up perfectly just have a small pull to right will come back next week am happy with the work

Great job on repairing my arm rest. I was given a very reasonable price and they were extremely efficient! The job took less than 15 minutes even though the dealership wanted to charge me $400 for labor!Furthermore, I found D&S extremely friendly and helpful. Cant recommend this shop at all after the experience Ive had so far over the past 2 weeks.Had a paint chip defect on the rear bumper of my 2020 kia soul which I took to get warrantied at the mentor kia dealer. They use this body shop for paint repairs I am told.My car was taken in and the paint defect was fixed I was told, came to get the car at the dealer, there was a finger print embedded in the new application of clear coat and a chip still missing on the area that was supposed to be fixed.Car was taken back and this time the whole bumper was supposedly repainted, came back again to get my car only to find another issue now with the new clear coat having severe orange peel in 2 areas.Car was taken back again to have this issue fixed, came today to pick my car up only to find that now my car has 3 new scratches on the body of the car right where the bumper attaches to the car body which appear to be caused from when the bumper was being put back on the car.I opted to not have my car taken back to this shop to have the new scratches that they caused be repaired as I no longer feel comfortable with this shop touching my car after requiring 3 times to repair a bumper and damaging another part of my car in the process. Will work with the dealer to go elsewhere.

D&S was utilized for repair of our vehicle under an insurance claim. The representative handled coordinating with our insurance and work was done exactly as specified. I would use them again without hesitation.

I love these guys! They gave me a quote and explained the estimated costs and the possibility of additional expenses if there was an unseen problem after they removed the bumper. The repairs were done on time, and at the quoted rate. (No unexpected charges.). When I picked up my car, it not only looked great, they had detailed the inside as well! It smelled so clean and fresh.

Sarah was so helpful and so nice. I need a remote start battery and they took care of it for me. And they did a wonderful job on my car.

Brandon and Sara where both great to deal with. They did a great job repairing the damage to my truck. They had it in and out in a few days on time like promised. We had a small hiccup with the calibration of some parking sensors but that was no fault of theirs and they went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. On 2/28 my Lincoln MKZ was rear ended and suffered great damage. D&S Automotive Collision was listed as a State Farm recommend facility. Car was dropped off on 3/3/2020 and left with Brandon. Since that time and until I picked it up 3/25/2020, I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs. Then I was told car is ready. When I arrived, I could not believe what I saw. It looked like a brand new vehicle! Not only that, but they did not have to order major parts, which would have gotten the car totalled by the insurance company. The repair work was the best I have ever seen! If I could Id love to show before/after photos here. Remarkable craftmenship! Very nice receptionist. Curtious and efficient. It took three days to repair my car and it looked great! You could not tell it had been damaged at all. They even washed it!
