Got me in, next day service. Was supposed to be done at home but due to rain was able to change to “in house” at Defender. They were flexible and able to do the repair. Exceptional Service!

This company was professional from the moment I spoke to Marlene and Rich, to the moment the technician arrived and drove away. I actually had 2 windshields replaced but I needed 2 separate service calls at my home. I called at 8:30 the day of, got my time window, and sure enough there they were, both times. Professional manner, excellent replacement...both look great and Im thankful for such great service. I would highly recommend Defender. I like to give credit where credit is due!

Was looking for an alternative place to go for window replacement from what I was currently using. They replaced my windshield and recalibrate the lane mitigation. Within that week I traveled down to Florida and the lane mitigation was completely off. Instead of in the middle of the lane, it wanted to take me halfway in the next lane. Also told me that I was too far to the left side when it was taking me to the right side. Obviously not calibrated properly. But when I explained to them what was going on they told me I shouldnt be eating a bowl of soup while driving anyways. Not only being sarcastic but they told me they calibrated when they didnt. Lane mitigation is not an auto pilot it is there to make sure you dont drift into the next lane, specially on long a journeys. I wenthere because they used the dealer part. Disappointed with them. Lane mitigation would have been useful on a long trip.

( for reference I had a starbust chip the size of a dime.)Let me first start off by saying that I did not have an appointment. Basically I was a walk in. Immediately when I pulled up I jumped for joy because this business is associated with an auto body shop. Which made me feel very comfortable about the work being done correctly. I was greeted by the receptionist and advised her I didnt have an appointment but was willing to come back. Explained to her I needed an estimate and repair. After waiting for about 5mins a very polite gentleman came to greet me and we went out to look at my car. I was told it was repairable but I may need a new windshield if the windshield cracked while being repaired. Was told to wait while they figured some things out. Another gentleman came to get me and he was actually the repair tech. We went over some things and he gave me an estimate which I was really pleased with. In total it cost me $85.00 to repair my chipped windshield. The tech was amazing and you can barely notice it. I tried taking a picture to post but you cant see it. You can tell he took his time and he really cared about my vehicle. I was going to go to Safelite but they want $155.00 and Glass Doctor want $129.00. They were the cheapest by far and the quality of the work is great. I most definitely will be back if this ever happens again. This is my first experience with having a chipped windshield and Im glad I went to a local shop and not a national chain.

Lou, was my mechanic. He came to my home which made it very convenient. He was friendly/courteous, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient and thorough. He performed a service in a timely manner and appeared to make choices about my repair needs in my best interest I felt. My experience with Lou helped my decision that going forward all my auto glass needs will be handled by him and this company.

The tech was great and friendly, however when I went to pay the price was different from what the lady quoted me on the phone, when I called she said there was no quote... odd because who calls and makes an appointment for a repair without asking how much it will be.. not to mention when I called to schedule it I gave her my name and she said “ oh they put it under your first name only” . I had Defender auto glass (mentor Ohio) come out to fix my cracked front windshield. (2011 Ford Escape) let’s start with the phone call. I called (lovely person named Deb, perhaps?) and got an estimate. It was $100 cheaper than another glass company with a catchy jingle. I figured there would be a hidden fee to have them come to my house, but figured it would still be less than the other place. (There was not!) The quoted price was exactly the price I paid.They gave me a time window (no pun Intended) of two hours. We all know what that means: 11am -1pm means I’ll get a call at 12:58 saying they will be there in an hour. Not with defender. At least not with me. The phone rang at 10:50, saying he was ten minutes out! It took him twelve minutes, but who is counting.The installer (who, I’m ashamed to admit, I cannot remember his name) was friendly and fast. He explained the procedure and what to expect, and got down to business. Including set up and clean up, the job took about an hour. He went over my invoice, took payment, and went on to the next place.He even managed to save my work parking sticker, which I was unable to peel off myself! So glad the other company was not able to fit my schedule, or I would have overspent, and God only knows if their installation tech would have been as prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Five/five stars well earned. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!

This was the only company that didn’t seem to rip me off price wise for a new windshield. Will defiantly use them again if needed in the future. Only thing that surprised me was I didn’t receive a call or anything when they were getting close to my place. I just happened to be in the living room when they pulled up.

My car was vandalized. I needed a window that had been broken replaced. Their price was about 20% lower than everybody elses, and on top of that, they came to me. I never had to leave the parking lot. The guy who did the work was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond. He did an awesome job with fixing the window and cleaning out the shattered glass that was all over the place, which I wasnt expecting him to do. Thats low prices, mobile service, and service with a smile. Highly recommended.

I was waiting and they told me it would be a few hours because they also had to calibrate the windshield. Not a problem...I had a book.But, after 2 hours, it was done already.The gentleman explained what they did, I paid and off I went!They were very easy to work with since they work directly with State Farm Insurance. I called on Monday and it was done on Friday.I would definitely recommend them.

The technician was knowledgeable about his craft. He was polite, respectful and courteous. He had pride in the job. One critique...too much adhesive in top left corner of the windshield. Afraid that the molding doesnt sit flat and water will puddle up and not drain properly thus causing rust down the road. Otherwise, he did a great job.

My back window got smashed by a falling branch in a windstorm and i was so scared it was going to cost a lot to get it fixed, but the quote i got here was more than reasonable. I was nervous about the chip in my window. Other companies were giving me quotes over $200 for a chip. I found Defender Auto Glass on Google and it was the best experience a customer could have. They were polite, kind and understood that as a customer, my time is valuable. They got the job done, but with a couple hiccups. I filled out the online application saying what window I needed repaired, but in their email with the quote, they quoted a different window. I called and told them what happened and quickly got my real quote over the phone. And then when they came to me to repair the window, the repairman said that he was told my car was a sedan, when it is actually a hatchback. I got lucky that they use the same type of window and it was still able to be fixed. The people are nice and are quick to fix problems, but it was a little annoying that there were any problems in the first place.

Defender Auto glass came out to replace the windshield on one of my Kenworth semi trucks today. The installer was very professional and did a great job. The price that I was quoted for the job was very reasonable. I will most certainly be using Defender Auto Glass again.

They show up without the correct tools to do the job.yes they replaced my back window, but didnt reinstall my rear wipper ot the door moldings.they didnt have a $2.99 tool ro remove the wiper blade from the motor shafti will never use them again, and i informed my insurance company to think hard about giving them any more buisness

My rear window broke on my truck I called defender Auto Glass and they gave me the lowest price so I thought why not I was kinda thinking it was gonna be a cheap fix with the glass everywhere and the tape on the truck but when they brought it out they vacuumed the whole truck replaced the window perfectly removed all the tape on the truck. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone I know and they give amaizing services

The associate was real nice and clean with the install ..the associate was prompt with the install ..only thing the associate lost a nut that belonged to my driverside wiper....he looked for it but couldnt find it ...he told me the situation. I had the nut replaced and so far no issues ...

My windshield needed to get replaced after a rock went through it and cracked it Response to my online inquiry was almost immediate. Got set up for an appointment right away. The technician arrived on time and finished with in the estimated time. My only reason for the four star rating is because I was told that the technician would call an hour before arrival and I never received A confirmed time on my appointment.
