I was at the shop on May 14th 2020 at 5:15 pm. The heavy set girl working this night was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. She did not want to be bothered and was in company of her boyfriend. Very very unprofessional. I spent alot of money at this shop to be treated like garbage. This evening I spent 250.00. I dont know if i will go back. You would think the store would need all the money it could get after being shut down for 2 months. She is definately not a asset to this store and does not care about this store either. Not at all customer friendly poor customer service this visit all around horrible.

I purchased a bottle of Green Leaf 1000mg Hemp Oil isolate from the location on Mentor Avenue on December 24th 2019. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my partner, however when we opened the bottle we knew something was horribly wrong. The hemp oil was a cloudy milky color with an awful odor. I took one for the team and put half a dropper on my tongue. The hemp oil tasted like spoiled milk, and was so foul that not even mouthwash could get the taste out of my mouth. Online research confirmed that the hemp oil was indeed spoiled. I attempted to return the product the day after Christmas for a replacement, the two women working were very nice and confirmed that the hemp oil did indeed look and smell awful. However, after a phone call to the store manager, I was told because the seal was broken there was nothing they could do for me. I was then encouraged to contact the manufacturer of the product. I don’t understand how as the consumer I was supposed to know the product was spoiled without breaking the seal? There is no expiration date or anything of that nature printed on the bottle anywhere. So now as it stand, I have been charged $50+ for a product I cannot use, and cannot be exchanged. I will attempt to contact Green Leaf today, and hope they are able to do more for me. But needless to say, I will not be taking my business to Twisted Headz anytime soon.

Dont mention you have a medical card and your looking for a good medicating apparatus. Really felt like I was being discriminated against sir you cant talk like that in here otherwise we cant sell you this. Will not be shopping here anymore.I came in to buy a CBD oil tincture that I can take sublingually and the clerk referred me to a product that is meant for vaping.I bought it not realizing this and so I brought it back to exchange for something meant for ingesting.After being yelled at by the clerk and told NO RETURNS IM CALLING THE OWNER, they admitted they just tell people their vape liquids are edible and sell them as such.Vape liquid contains glycol (antifreeze from your car). You can eat it, but it is not very healthy and can cause many health problems when you eat it for long periods of time. Especially when it is concentrated. Most people who take CBD oil do so for its health benefits, so this is somewhat counterintuitive.The brand of the vape liquid they sold me offers a like-product meant to be EATEN, for the same price on their site. Made with coconut and hemp seed oil. Why not just offer that instead? Would that make too much sense?The clerk said the owner knew this and still sells the vape liquid as edible anyways. Sounds like a real stand up person.This isnt the first time I have had an issue with their staff, and owner who they apparently have on speed dial for every time they have an issue with a customer.Good luck keeping your doors open with your backwards business methodology. There are plenty of other head shops to take my business.

Not To Bad For Kratom

I purchased a water pipe slide from them last night for 25 dollars. I get home it doesn’t fit which is fine. I go in the next day with sticker attached and no damage or anything and all I needed was the next size down for the same price. They refused. Told me they do zero refunds. There fake pee is 25dollars and Eastlake has the same stuff for 5 bucks the same brand an all. I wasted 25 dollars and now have a glass slide that does nothing.

Very uncooperative girl name Tiffany. I will never return back again. I felt discriminated against.

I wish I could give less then a star. Worst experience ever at any head shop I ever been too. Selling broken pen batteries literally go back in the next day like is broken it won’t charge at all I get told. Theirs nothing they can do. Even though it was broken out of carton. Absolutely trash service. The guy literally pulled out a weed cartridge to check my battery to find out it’s doing exactly what I say it was. Dudes hitting it in the store smh. All I asked for was an new one or a swap out on a new one that was more I offered to pay the difference and everything got told no even thought that sold me a broken one. Now they can have their review of a life time and know their trash I’ll never go back the place across the street that sells vapes. Gave me 10% of because she tested it for me and agreed that that was bs. So for all and any of your vape need go across the street and for everything els puff and stuff. The worst part is my friend said don’t go their they sell trash. And I still went. Good bye twisted heads you will be out of business soon with this kinda service!

Very very unimpressed with this store dose a child own it bc its never same pricing they have to call some times just to see what to charge witch changes and I wish chronic was accrose the street bc they had it all at half the price and where nice and sal the owner would always give u free stuf for being a good customer and they would always make the price low as possible about half the price of twisted heads and twisted heads did everything they could to knock chronic out
