My husband and I love this particular Starbucks location (Heisley & RT 20) and our favorite barista is Kat! We like our beverages without any sweeteners because we get all the sweetness at the window with her! Kat’s enthusiasm every time we’ve been there never waivers! We just love her!

Irritated to see their Google hours to say theyre open but upon arriving there is a sign stating new adjusted hours. No excuses, its unprofessional. (I arrived at 7:20am Sat 05/22/21)

I love this location as it is my daily go-to. Today I was excited to get another of the new brown sugar oat milk drink but when I received it I knew it just looked wrong. I drove off and took a sip and choked on what felt like a mouth full of cinnamon. Complaining is 100% not my thing but it was just too much to not to. When I got home I called and was super calm and just waiting for a “oh the lid came off lol” type of deal but instead it was just a really defensive “I made that drink, that’s how it’s made” just really rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve had it 3 other times and if this really is the correct way of making it... it’s a no for me :/

First time stopping here since the move. Service was great, line went fast and drinks were exactly as order! Super friendly service too!!!

Drove 20 minutes to receive an old coffee that was ice cold! I do not appreciate being given someone’s mistake that sat until it was ice cold! Worst Starbucks

The staff was so nice and welcoming, they all said hi and good morning acknowledging my presence when I walked into the establishment. The cashier was so nice and had such a good vibe to just talk to her for a little bit. Everyone inside was amazing and the atmosphere was very friendly and warm. 100% would recommend going to this Starbucks to experience their incredible customer service, they truly made the rest of my day.

Its Starbucks. What else is there to say except mcdonalds is almost as good and a LOT cheaper. Lol

The staff at this location is absolutely fantastic. While I have great service here every time I come there were two recent interactions that were just above and beyond. I pre ordered a sandwich today and it took longer than I thought to get there and my sandwich was cold when I went to pick it up. They proactively told me they were making me a new fresh sandwich. I was very appreciative and that was very considerate and thoughtful. The other was a few months back where I ordered my daughters a non caffeinated drink but they were out of the one I ordered. I was not sure what to replace it with so the guy at the drive through window let my daughters know what else there was and was so patient while they were deciding. They ended up being thrilled with what he suggested for them. Im on the customer service side of things as well and just wanted to make sure you knew that your team members here are so wonderful and they deserve some recognition!

You would think they would be more worried about getting there orders filled instead of Making sure somome didn’t walk through the door without a mask on. Thought it was Starbucks not the mask police

Why people pay $5 for ice in your coffee vs no ice is cheaper. Making buco bucks. & We still buy it.

Love this starbucks and their awesome workers! I had the pleasure of going through this past friday and being served by Jack. He was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The only downside is the line that at times backs up into mentor ave or wraps around the building/parking lot :( But you wont find a starbucks without a line! Great tea and great service!

My husband and I went in for a quick coffee on 3/14 and as always had a great order experience and the coffee was perfect. Then a belligerent customer was starting to become a nuisance. I was beyond impressed with the Starbucks employee who handled this customer. I felt compelled to intervene as the customer began using foul language towards the employee. I will say again how well the employee handled herself. As a leader in an organization and a mother, I couldn’t help but notice her calm demeanor, professionalism, and attention to customer experience. I will be back often because of the constant great service but also because of what I witnessed out of this one incredible employee. I didn’t catch her name, but the employee who handled the belligerent customer arguing about the use of $100 bills is who I am talking about. Beyond impressed and we will return because of her.

I have been going to this location for years now and I have to say, it’s one of the best Starbucks locations around. Every employee is so friendly and call you by name. When I have an early morning, Mark and Michelle sing to me through the drive through and give me a great start to my day:) When I win the lottery, I will shower this place with the best tips they have ever seen!

Mark is very welcoming, wishing me Happy Birthday, as he gave me my free birthday peppermint mocha with almond milk and whipped cream. Ara made my coffee, hot and rich, just the way I like it. Such a pleasant experience at 5:30 in the morning. Great way to start the day!

Condescending remarks and sarcastic have a nice day for not wearing a mask are really not needed when picking up my mobile order. Not sure why the baristas believe they are now mask police but without knowing someones health conditions or reasons for not wearing a mask, it would be best if the baristas stuck to serving people their coffee.

Paid full price for half a cup of coffee, not over exaggerating, like, there was almost no coffee. It was busy but still.. like how did they even think that was ok? Mind blown right now. When i say half the coffee, i mean it seems like they made one, then split by putting the other half in the other cup..

I am consistently disappointed here. i hate to say this about a place i love but i have received the wrong sandwich multiple times through the drive thru, my drinks have never once been consistent and i throw away a lot of money coming here and constantly receiving food/drinks that are incorrect. today i told the barista at the window that my drink was missing something and she just gave me a dirty look.never said a word to me and went on with her job. i am tired of looking forward to my morning coffee and being disappointed every time.

It seems to always constantly be busy. I only go there for my daughters other than that its ok. Not a fan of Starbucks!!

Good coffee and usually pretty friendly of staff and as quick as they can be given how busy it is. Just double check your bank statement when using a card. I got double charged and cant find the store phone number anywhere online.

Always excellent service here. Management is amazing. They have only made a mistake with my drink once, and were happy to correct it!

Note that most of the previous reviews are for the old location. The new location has a drive-thru, which is certainly an improvement, but the inside of the store is not even close to being as warm and inviting as the old location. It seems that the planners didn’t want you to stick around to enjoy your Starbucks. The service has been fine, but it’s too bad that it’s not a place that you want to hang out.

Friendly 5-star staff and tasty drinks made efficiently and correctly, what else do you want from a coffee place? Minus one star (to whoever picked the location) for it being so terribly cramped while waiting for drinks when there is more than even 3 orders.

I have been to over a dozen Starbucks, this is by far the best one Ive ever been to! The drinks are always spot on; espresso drinks always taste way better here than from any other Starbucks; cant say enough good things about the staff. This is the place I go to get my morning started on the right foot; always a pleasure!

As I was ordering through the drive thru, the worker noticed my small Pomeranian on my lap who was leaning out the window as I ordered. When I got to the window to pay, she had a “pup cup” already waiting for my dog-and he LOVED it!! Now everytime we go there, they give him his pup cup and never even charge me for it!

Truly love this Starbucks. Everyone is so nice, it’s kept clean, and the service is great. I go here all the time to do homework or to pick up a drink. They accept the Starbucks Mobile App which is extremely convenient as well. So excited for the new building with a drive through!!

5:20 am and nobody at work again. Why say your open at 5 when your not. This isn’t the first time. Tired of going to a place that’s supposed to be open just to have to go somewhere else for coffee and sandwich.

Ive been to countless Starbucks locations, as Im sure most of us have, so I dont normally think to leave a review. In this case, I needed to give this location a five star, because the staff made my day. The service at this particular spot is exceptional! I stayed to have my coffee and do some work, and I heard the staff giving other customers the same awesome experience. Very personable and caring people.

Sometimes it seems that the staff at this place dont want you to be here. The music is too loud, the air conditioning is always too cold, and its like pulling teeth to get these comfort levels changed. I wish there was another coffee shop nearby that was more conducive to studying and enjoying a cup of coffee.

I truly love this place. The baristas are incredibly nice and always make an effort to remember my name and make a conversation. My order is usually correct, and when its not, they correct it promptly and kindly. Seating can be cramped during busy times, but I take this as evidence that this Starbucks is excellent.
