My fiancé and I recently went to vision works as new patients and the doctor was supper fast and efficient. The lady helping us pick out are frames ( Kayce ) was super knowledgeable and helpful and all around very friendly . Even my 6 year old got a pair of smart screen glasses at are next appointment . All around a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I bought my glasses at Visionworks earlier this month. The person who helped me was patient and kind. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick the perfect glasses for me. They made me feel like they were my personal shopper. I will definitely come back.

I purchased a pair of glasses from V.W. & they are the worst pair of glasses Ive ever owned.Paid over $700. for them, yes, insurance paid most.Took them back & was literally told that nothing was wrong w/ them.You know how those things go, whether their right or WRONG, they get you out of there as quick as possible. Thats sales position.NEVER AGAIN, EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL 0RICE, IT WILL.BE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My last 3 pairs of glasses were purchased here...this last pair I dropped, frame cracked, no warranty!! $99. Frames my cost to fix...bummer right? Nope they fixed them for $20. !! Now that’s Customer Service! Thank you Visionworks at Great Lakes Mall!

Charlie was very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. You can definitely trust his opinion when it comes to choosing the right frames! He offered to help me explore different options. He was a pleasure to work with!!!! My entire experience at Visionworks was great, all of the staff were nice as well. Dr. Q. was great.

Im very upset not at the service I received but with the lab. I paid over $600 for my glasses for the them to be made wrong and me having to drive back to Mentor to take them back to be sent out. I get a call that they are in but the store has changed their hours and now close an hour earlier and I dont get off until 6 pm. So twice Im inconvenienced. I felt the manager could have said since we messed up I will stay until 6:30 so that you can get your glasses. I shouldt have to be without my glasses or miss work on the count of someone else error.Im very upset and disappointed at this point nowhere am I being compensated for an error of someone else:(

I called and they said they take Care source. Apparently only the exam takes caresource. Not to actually get my glasses which is a HUGE part. Maybe they should say that instead of being money hungry

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying glasses. I felt like a genuine customer and didnt get that NEXT feeling. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ive gone to high end places as well as the budget house brands and Visionworks is the only company to get my glasses perfect on the first round and quicker than expected. The Vision Tech was personable and very nice. A totally different experience I had at the Beachwood office. I should have gone to Mentor for the exam and glasses.

The eye doctor was very prompt and polite. Liz was very helpful and found the pair of glasses I was looking for. She also adjusted them for me when I picked them up. I was very impressed with my first visit and will go back again.

Dr. Q and his staff are wonderful. The facility is clean and very welcoming. Wait times are minimal and staff are very pleasant to deal with.

My nosepiece has completely snapped off on my Nike frames. I went to the Visionworks in Mentor, OH just to find out that my frames were discontinued. This company gave me the newer version of the frames for free which would have cost me $250.00! I am moved beyond words for the kindness of Liz and her team at this amazing Visionworks location

My most recent purchase today for both regular glasses with progressive reading bifocal and transition lenses and sunglasses was exceptional. Associate Rosa helped me pick out attractive yet affordable frames. She explained lens options thoroughly as I have a strong prescription and benefited from thin lens technology. The manager reviewed the order and frame fit as she has done in the past and gave me a very competitive price for both sets of glasses. I am very pleased with the time and attention directed toward my concerns and satisfaction.

Ridiculous, My glasses are broken and I need a new pair asap, this is the only place on my insurance that can make them same day but they told me that they will not make me glasses due to my prescription being too old, my glasses work perfectly fine if they werent broken and with working two full time jobs I dont have a full day to get my eyes dilated and examed and try to find a ride to and from the location, all I wanted was a pair of glasses so I can safely go about my daily life but they think that driving with half broken glasses is safer than just making me glasses with my three year old prescription, could I use an exam ? yes . But the fact that its mandatory and they straight refuse to make me glasses for my own eyes because of the date on my prescription is the dumbest thing ive ever heard. Thank god for glassesusa online, its where I got my last pair, wanted something that wasnt cheaply made but I guess another 40$ is my only option. When i do finally get an exam I will not be going to a Vision works to get glasses and will tell everyone I know who wears glasses to avoid them like the plague do to their customer service and pretentious women answering the phone who thinks shes better than you while shes working and a glasses store in the mall.

Just left Visionworks and was in desperate need of a nose pad that went missing on my glasses. WENDY was so kind!... and could see the indent in my nose from the bare metal digging into my skin. I am a woman of color and I was discriminated against, on two separate occasions the manager was rude to me and the staff does not welcome you. Then he gave me a free lens kit, I believe because he knew he was rude, before I said anything they acted like I was not even there. I had to get corporate involved, I am unsure if it will go further than this as of right now.
