Courteous, professional and promptly assisted both my husband and I. They did exactly what they said they could do. The replaced his lenses due to prescription change and helped me find frames. We waited approximately 1 hour for both pairs of glasses to be completed. Amazing we both left wearing our new glasses. Thanks for a brighter view of the world.

I just want to start off by saying that my experiences in the past with LensCrafters have been sub-par, to say the least. Now this time things were different. Not only was he knowledgeable about my glasses and recognized the problem, but he offered to fix it at no charge. So Im thinking to myself; wow this guy recognize the problem and now hes going to stand by the product ! Im buying a second pair of glasses. Theres nothing like great customer care.

I rarely “splurge” on glasses these days. Normally I order cheap pairs online because they are literally 1/2948492 the price. However, this time I decided to get a nice pair. Went in hoping to get “same day glasses”, but they didn’t have the lenses I wanted in store. I was hesitant to order them because I am a VERY impatient person and hate waiting on things. Well, the gentleman assured me they would only take a week while saying under his breath “it probably won’t even be a week”.. well, here I am, PAST a week and still no glasses. If he would have been up front on the time frame, I wouldn’t even be upset. But the fact that I should have gotten my order days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything makes me feel as though I was lied to just for a sale.Makes me think twice about going back *shrug*

Dr. Wrubel and staff are the Best ! They are very proficient and professional and very conscientious about their job ! I was also highly impressed with high tech tools at Dr Wrubels disposal. I’ve been to other eye care Doctors and there prescription facilities to fit your glasses. It’s not they they weren’t nice. They just didn’t explain options well. the insurance was explained and to me. They did not take the tome to find what you are looking for

Walking into the store, I was greeted by associate, Danyse(spelling), who just happened to be who I spoke with earlier.We had a great time finding my frames. Very professional assistance and I was treated with respect and not hurried in my visit. Total positive experience.

After my eye exam, I was randomly matched with Debbie to help me purchase a new pair of glasses. I am a tired, budget conscious mom of two boys. She assisted me with choosing not only one pair of prescription glasses but also a new pair prescription sunglasses. She was so extremely helpful, funny and down to earth. I had a budget in mind and she helped me use the in store sales to stay within my budget. She worked out several numbers for me all while exchanging fun stories of being in the mom trenches. Debbie went the extra mile and I could not have been any happier to have randomly been matched with her. She made my experience so enjoyable and I will definitely be coming back! (Hopefully when she is working.)

Slow slow slow I got glasses 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have them very unfortunate and ridiculous I was told 7-10 days and all they can tell me is it’s coming from where wish

Got neglected bad here. First the electronic eye scan didnt read that my eyes are different. Frames were all cheap or girly and ontop of that all that money I spent here I cant even where the glasses I got with getting horriblly dizzy. So even my prescription is wrong too. Thanks lens crafters

I was in the store on Monday 10/29 to order a new pair of glasses. I was told that the had to order the lenses and that they typically take between 3 and 7 days to arrive. I called back on Monday 11/5 and they had no idea when they would arrive hopefully buy wendesday. I called wensday to check and was told they would call me back in a few min. I ended up getting a call back at 730 almost 2.5 hours after my initial call. And was told they should be there Thursday 11/8. Called and noon and am waiting for a call back at 330. Poor communication and customer service.

This location employees rude salespeople for the customer front end. Only tier 1 progressive lens or higher was recommended for my fiancé. When we asked for standard bifocals, we were recommended to go to Walmart; as they might offer us a more affordable option($60) according to our first sales woman. The second sales woman selected, deselected and re selected everything on earth to try and create a pair of glasses that would meet our budget... the only problem is the fact she refused to change the lens type from progressive tier 1 to regular bifocals. We decided to go to jcpennies in the same mall as this experience is unexceptable.
