Haven’t been responding to my emails, been lied to, and I got hung up on when I needed help by amy rusner. More specially, told to “get out of her hair”. This has been ongoing for almost a month now and the part is readily available. And this is how they treat a past employee, I can’t imagine how they treat the general public. I purchased the Captiva hot tub and had it installed this past January 2021 and literally four months later it has a major water leak and I’m still trying to get things fixed and I’ve been told it’s gonna take weeks to schedule even though the parts are readily available by the manufacturer. Terrible customer service.

If you are able to drive to Mentor or North Olmsted and bypass the Wickliffe store. Their staff at both of these stores is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Sorry Wickliffe but cant say the same for you. I would hope that the owner would visit you guys more often to see the interaction that you all have between customer and employee.

We recently bought the Pinnacle Pool 18×33×54 from Mentor Ave Litehouse.We had called around, I talked to a competitor that has a store in Wickliffe near another Litehouse. They were very rude, unhelpful and misrepresented their merchandise, on top of talking about other pool places badly.I called Litehouse on Mentor AveAl the manager answered, was extremely helpful and welcomed us to come in and look around. When we did Jake a young salesman came right up and greeted us.He was helpful, honest and kind.Needless to say they have a customer for life because of how Jake treated us, as much as how awesome their pools are, seriously... the pool has a life time warranty. The other sales guys that were there were all welcoming.GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!!Really restored our faith that the good guys are out there also! Thank you!!

Sold me the wrong chemicals that I asked for. And refuses to refund my money back to me. When their receipt doesn’t say anything about not accepting returns for pool chemicals.

They are expensive and never have what we need in stock.

If you have an in ground pool they dont have much too offer.

After a rocky start to my pool experience ( due to the covid shortages on everything) I had my pool installed and was ready to fire up the heater and pump. The pump was leaking 😩. I called Eric, the manager and he checked in inventory and had none in stock. He then went to another location, picked up the new one, drive it to my house, I repeat- drove it to my house, took the defective one off and replaced it himself. Everything was working within 2 hours of my call to him. In my recent experiences customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore!! Eric is a manager that is honest and goes way above and beyond for his customers!

Awesome food and exceptional service

It was very busy, but the staff was helpful and doing the best they could to take care of customers in a timely manner. Prices are high but pool stuff is expensive anyway.

Litehouse sales people is nice and friendly. Wish I could say the same about the installation. Three guys show up to install my pool. They told my husband we will have to pay extra for our ground being uneven. We said that is fine. Then he said we will have to pay extra because they had to remove a couple of roots. Roots I could have easily clipped and moved myself in minutes while they set up and it would have saved me money. After they were all done they said it would be $200 extra. I was offering my credit card, they said no it is cash or check. Nowhere did they state ever to us that payment was cash or check, I do not have checks and I rarely if ever carry money on me. One guy left early, so the other guys still here called and told him what was going on. While on the phone he gave an attitude and said it seems like my husband doesnt have the money to pay. He did, just not by cash or check. He had a credit card ready. The installer then said we are lucky he wasnt charging my husband to follow him to the bank to get out money. These guys were extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased my pool in March. They delivered it to me in April, it took them until June to install it and then I had this experience with them. Horrible customer service. When he told us there would be an extra charge for my uneven land, he could have then mentioned they only take check or cash, so I could have been better prepared. He apparently just wants to charge his customers for every thing and any thing. Oh, but I was kind enough to give him tissue for his running nose he had due to allergies. Maybe I should have charged him for that!

Bought a hot tub from Chris Phillips there. Al I can say is that I usually dont like salesmen but he is completely professional and does everything in his power to help you. Cannot reccomend him enough .

Can someone please tell me when my pool is going to be installed? I bought my pool in march. Gave you $2500.00 cash. Well Fargo financing the balance. I have already made payments to Wells Fargo. Between me and my wife we have made a total of 6 phone calls to this store and 4 phone calls and multiple emails to the installers. Lack of responses on both party’s. Bought my pool in March and never expected this to happen. Was promised it would be installed by my birthday in may. Please help me.

Staff and management are inattentive, dont follow up, and really seem not to care much about helping customers. Was promised a follow up call several times, never got it, and every time I called to check, no one had any idea that anyone had said they would even check on anything. Not to mention ridiculous prices.

We are furious with the install process. The installers have not been returning our calls. We were told by the store manager at Lighthouse that due to rain they were installing 21 days out from purchase. That wasnt great, but we said okay. Well we finally got an install email this morning and wont get our pool installed until August. It will be 49 days. Unacceptable. The pool wont even have time to heat up before we have to close it.Now Im looking at comments below and this is clearly an ongoing issue. Someone bought their pool in March and still didnt have it installed in July....so much for 21 days out.

Went there for bubble lights and also left with a hot tub. Logan was the litehouse employee, very very knowledgeable person,she went above and beyond answering questions. Would recommend to everyone wanting answers on hot tubs

I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and attentiveness given to me by the staff. Ive been able to constantly communicate directly with my salesmen with questions or concerns with no hesitation from him to help.

Spent over 5,000.00 last May on an above ground pool and installation from litehouse pools in Mentor. Only used the pool a couple months before I closed it. Opened it this spring and I have a crater in the bottom of my liner ! Called litehouse and they wont do a thing to correct it. They tell me there is only a 90 day warranty on installation, and when I called the Litehouse installation dept their response was thats Ohio weather for you . Absolutely horrible Service . They dont stand behind their products or installations

Went to the store May 28. Had a horrible experience. I went there for a quote on a 33 foot pool qith the works and some parts for the pool I currently own. I waited for over 20 minutes to get waited on for help. And didnt receive any positive answers and was blown off until I told them I was intrested in a quote. The sales person flipped open the book said it would be $9600 closed the book and walked away. Never was I told what comes with what type of equipment etc. Im sorry but if Im dropping that kind of money I dont wont to be blown off as a customer and treated poorly. Let alone would i want to go back for parts.They made my choice very easy on not purchasing ANYTHING else from there again. Never will i set foot back in there.

Terrible customer service, will not warranty anything. Stay away from this place. Bought a pool sweeper and it lasted 2 months, wont take it back and you have to wait on Pro Pools which will get you one in 2-3 weeks. Terrible company!!!! Terrible products
