Had them come out to fix my hot tub. Took him no time at all and only charged 110 bucks. I will definitely use them again.

Northcoast Spa is definitely a place that you can trust for great spa choices, fair prices and incredible service. Hands down, Mick provides friendly, honest and professional service. We purchased a hot tub from Mick at least 9 years ago and use the tub regularly all year round. Recently, I had a small leak and Mick resolved the issue quickly. You need to do business with this local business, you wont regret it.

While a good salesperson/consultant is important, almost more important is good service. These folks stand behind their products, and even came out to do a service call during a blizzard. I would buy from them again for sure.

The staff is really helpful and friendly, and they have a variety of hot tubs in several sizes and prices ranges. They also have chemicals for pools and hot tubs as well

We were given a free Sundance hot tub in July and said it worked except the heater probably needed replaced. Well there was more to it. The circulation pump wasnt coming on even after I replaced it and the flow switch. So I called and spoke with Mick to set up an appointment. But first he talked to me and said to try some different things to see If I could get the Flo error to stop flashing.Well none of those things worked and he came out this morning and after about 5-10 minutes of taking readings determined the circuit board was bad for that part of the system. However he was able to bypass that part of the circuit so the pump would run and the heater started working which will work for now.He is a really nice guy, knowledgeable and honest! I am sure if it was any other company they would have wanted to just replace the circuit board. That is where his 25 years of experience came in and he knew how to solve the problem. A+ rating from us!

Had a great relationship with Mitch, worked on our hot tub for over a decade. Unfortunately we had a small leak, was told it was found and repaired. Paid $293.00 for the repair only to find out it was still leaking. Called, left messages, still leaking with no response. Seeking small claims to get my money back.

Love North Coast. Always have supplies in stock for hot tubs, pools, heaters, jacuzzis. I have used them for 6 years and i visit them every spring.

Went to inquire about tubs and was met by a woman that was not very friendly. Didn’t feel like she took me serisouly. You would think that if they want $6000 for a tub they would at least be some what enthusiastic twards a new customer. She was very condescending and stand off ish. As if I was bothering her or inconveniencing her. They have a lot of Nordic tubs but not very many luxury tubs. The owner called me back which was nice but ended up going some where else to buy my tub.

Call for service kept turning off, Mick came out, found problem fast had to drain, he came back later that day, after drain,replaced pump, and filled it for me, knew I wasnt going to be there, because I had to go to work, very good guy!
