As you know, it is hard to come by anything new these days with materials shortages and shipping delays. So when my wife decided she wanted a new Honda PCX, I was unsure if we would be able to find one. I found that the first 2021 in the state popped up at Western Reserve Honda so I called up to place a deposit. I worked with Evan there and the process was easy. I made the deposit and waited for the unit to arrive. Well it was arriving at an inconvenient time for us and the dealer even worked out delivery to drop off/complete paperwork at my house. Could not have been easier. Maybe if the Trail 125s ever start showing up in higher quantities, I will pick one up from these guys.

Bought an ATV here and had an AWESOME experience. Jesse was super helpful, professional, and fun to work with. Scott who delivered the quad was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. All around an easy and enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this dealer.

This place is awesome! Bought my first brand new motorcycle here and I could not be happier with the service! In fact a few months after purchasing I discovered my battery was defective, and they took my bike in immediately and put in a new battery free of charge no questions asked. What an awesome dealership!

If your a first time buyer I would go some were else. I went to about 10 motorcycle dealership & ranked them all & this dealership was dead last in all of the categories except for one. I would check out T-Rex motosport which was number 3 on my list & also where I bought my bike. Or number 2 Harley Davidson. Or the best one out of all 10 Fairport Harbor motorcycles

They put on a great mini bike classic..free pizza..door prizes.. motorcycle games..and a group ride.. nothing like 20 Honda groms going down the road at once!

Over priced go to gattos in tarentum almost everything they have is 2 thousand cheaper at gattos and all there prices on there bikes that say sale the prices at gattos are cheaper than there on sale prices there scamming people

I cannot believe how much this place has turned itself around in the past 2 years. Michael and the rest of the staff are always friendly and the prices are very competitive. Not as large as some of the other stores in the area but definitely worth stopping at!

In response to gianghokyhiep above: I was a customer in purchasing a Valkyrie from the manager. This individual was walking around, barking orders, and interrupting the manager that was speaking with me. The manager did finally sayI have no time for you right now, and he left.I thought the manager showed great diplomacy and tact. I dont think I would have had I been in his shoes. This dealer has had a big turnaround from the previous folks who ran it. I looked everywhere, but got my best deal, and service from here. Read all the reviews, but make your own decision.

It was a last minute decision to give a call to Mike Fultz and a good hour drive out to meet.I’m glad I did! I shopped around my area within a 30 minute drive.All the other Honda ATV dealers In my back yard were less willing to work with a trade.Mike took the time on a late Saturday afternoon to guide me through any other options I had. This place is a joke. I was there looking at a goldwing went to go to the bank and called to let them know I was heading back. And the sales man Jesse told me some one was riding it one of there good customers. Then he tells me the fairing shakes and would not let me test ride it. Seemed like they made alot of bs up. I dont recommend this place.

Very helpful and well established Honda dealership, the folks there are always cheerful and they have a great inventory of Honda Motorcycles. Theyre right next to the Harley dealership so dont miss them. Eli in the service department always takes care of me.

They posted a price on their website for a new 2016 Honda Rebel. I called in before driving down there asking about the price. When I got their, the salesman slapped me with roughly a $1000 assembly fee. Then proceeded to bore me with bonus bucks, stupidity, and foolishness. I was unclear why he failed to mention these fees over the phone. I will never return to this place or recommend to friends or family.

Ive purchased an ATV and two motorcycles from WRH. I enjoy riding on OHV trails and recently was looking to purchase a new dirt bike. Mike Fultz suggested the perfect bike for my riding style.
