Great products! Love the staff here, the assistant and store manager helped me every step of the way for my project. They made sure I left with everything I needed and had such a thorough knowledge and friendly manner. They even remembered me when I came here to paint another room! It was busy when I came and all the other customers seemed to really enjoy the staff as well. Great environment to shop.

My contractors and I have been buying paint from this store for years. It was great until this last year when it changed managment. Now, it NEVER has what you want. If you order paint, youre lucky if you ever get it. I placed an order. I waited over a week to find out that the manager never bothered to get it into the store. They knew how to take the order because my order was in the file. They just didnt know how to fill the order. Nice location but incompetent beyond belief. At this rate, they wont last long in Mequon.

This place is absolutely amazing the especially the Management and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going for a couple years.They always get me what I need without any problems! Recommend this location to everyone, you never leave unsatisfied. Even when there was this really rude unreasonable women lady yelling at the staff calling them incompetent over the phone, I felt bad because that is definitely not the case.

I have had a commercial account with them for 12 years and I will be closing it today. I will never buy a Sherwin Williams product ever again. The employees have no knowledge about the products and are quite rude. I would recommend going across the street to Hallman Lindsey. It is a much better quality of paint, its made in Wisconsin, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.I went to get a little sample of a color I needed for a restoration project I was working on in conjunction with a coating company from Florida. I went in with thier lead trainer/consultant. We decided on a color and they were making up a small sample. We inquired about what grade or type of paint was in the little sample jar they were about to make because it is important for our process. They tell us that it ISNT REAL PAINT! We said that we need to have a sample of the real paint because we have to perform several different tests first before we apply it to the areas that we are restoring. They said that none of thier samples are real paint and you have to paint over it. We said ok then we would need to get a quart then because we have to have real paint for our tests. Suddenly she started holding up her arms like she was at gunpoint and loudly declared, I am not comfortable selling you paint. At first I thought it was some stupid millennial protest joke. But she said no, I don’t feel comfortable selling a restoration contractor paint. Went across the street to Hallman Lindsey and totally different experience. Never spending another penny with Sherwin Williams. Pulling my commercial account after 14 years there.

Sherman Williams paint store in Mequon was very helpful and polite and I received my paint in a reasonable time

The staff here knows what they are doing. I have been here a few times and this time i took the small table i was working on with me and they tried 3 stains on it so i could see what they would look like and buy the right one the first time. Very helpful.
