Cheyenne in the Meriden Mall location (CT) was wonderful, going beyond to contact tech assistance to get my application processed while they were experiencing credit processing issues. She was friendly and quick to assist me in setting up my phone, and patient while I tried to sync my information. She focused her attention on me, so that she could get me set up and continue helping other customers afterwards.She also informed me of discounts from my employer which I didnt even know were available! The other two employees seemed to be very helpful and friendly as well, and offered me assistance while I waited for the system to get back up, but I knew Cheyenne already had my info. Seems like theres a very good team at this store!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!If I could give zero stars, I would. In June 2021 I ended up switching from my previous carrier to AT&T FirstNet which is a service for first responders. I was talked into a bundle with 3 devices/lines that included a Galaxy s21 phone, smart watch, and tablet. The service didnt work well at my home so the store changed the Sim card, but it didnt help. I ended up returning all devices and canceled the plan before the 14 day grace period. They refunded the activation fee and waived the restocking fee. I left the store being told everything was all set and I owed nothing. From then until now, mid October its been nothing but issues that should have been resolved the day I returned the equipment. I kept getting a bill for $799 for the S21 phone I had already returned and canceled service on.  Ive had 2 calls with FirstNet that took an hour each, at least 3 calls to the AT&T store and 4 in person visits attempting to resolve this over the past few months. Every time I would speak with Chad (store manager) he would tell me he took care of it, but the issue persisted. I asked for documentation in writing from the store but Chad refused and instead told his colleague to re-print receipts showing the equipment was previously returned. Yesterday, I received 4 calls from a collection agency threatening to submit a negative report to credit bureaus if I didnt make a payment towards the phone I dont have. As of today FirstNet (after another hour long phone call) says they have manually adjusted the account and sent me an email. I would never ever recommend dealing with this company or store after the unnecessary drama and waste of time Ive had to deal with. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and if my credit is impacted because of their negligence and ignorance I will also be filing a law suit. There was no need for any of this to happen and be dragged out for 3 months.

I purchased a new phone and was unable to successfully set it up. I went to the ATT store in Meriden. Justin set up my phone, transferred the data, etc and cleaned my old phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Came in for an upgrade and was able to get much more. Now I have a new phone and know how to reset my passwords. Great location. Thanks Kevin

The team at ATT in the Meriden Mall was exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with.We started with Chad Hampton(manager) and also worked with Kyle Parker, Cheyenne Wallace, and Kat Gomez. They all assisted through the process and helped each other while setting up all of our new lines. They assisted me in maintaining the same monthly Bill from my previous provider where I had 2 phones. Here I have 2 phones, 2 Apple watches, and an IPad. I couldn’t believe the great teamwork and value.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Anthony was very helpful, not pushy at all. He did not try to up sale us at all. He listened to want we needed and help find a solution. I also appreciate that he was honest about all pricing and cost. For the first time I dont feel like ill get a bill in a month that is not what I expect.

Manager Kat is entirely full of herself, rude, and obnoxious and does not maintain a helpful attitude. I was in there for quite some time the other day and she was extremely unprofessional. The joke is I was asked to leave a review on google by her in a condescending tone. I left with issues unresolved and returned a day later. Chad assured me that my issues would be resolved and I believe it was Kyle who wound up taking care of me and he was a very sweet young man to say the least. The Chads & Kyles of the world are the bright spots of big companies like this and they gave me the sense that I’m doing business with a local mom and pop shop, in this case the one bad apple didn’t spoil the bunch. I would like to say thank you first and foremost for turning my overall negative experience into a positive one and making me feel like the issue I was having was important no matter how small it was.
