This by far is the best GameStop I have been to. Twice now within the last month they have had two Nintendo Switch games available (and for cheap) that I could not find anywhere else. The prices were good and they also had drive-up/curb-side service available so I was able to purchase online and pickup outside the store. Highly recommend this location.

Went to GameStop today in Meriden to get some information on a good keyboard specifically for Overwatch and which I’m a Xbox one player trying to get into Competitive PC gaming so I have no knowledge on keyboards/Mouses and so fourth. A staff there gave me great options, personal opinions, and what is preferred in the PC gaming World. Gave me great knowledge on everything. Pros and Cons. His name is Erick, definitely request him for any help. He’s a great guy, nice, and overall professional at his job. A great person too, talked to me like he knew. Once again, I give that employee a huge shoutout. If you see this Erik, thank you! I appreciate it.

Great service in store but they never answer the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. Even called multiple times thru out the day. Never got an answer. Maybe they have a new number that’s not been edited online??

Terrible customer service sigh if I use my tax free card it would put them out of business like the other store in mall and refused to serve me. I was going to buy 5 Nintendo switches and 5 ps4s

After coming here for a decade, they FINALLY have a great group of employees. Year after year they hired people who knew NOTHING about video games and had personalities like a rock on the street. All of them are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. They keep the store well stocked, clean and organized. I actually enjoy coming to this location again.

First time experience at the store and its was great. David Ramos assistant manager has great customer service. I called ahead of time for the outlast trilogy. As we arrived he had the game on hold for us, even though I didnt ask so he was prepared for our arrival. Great experience.

Packed full of so many things. Staff is very friendly. A lot of unique things, reminds me more of a Newbury comics but without the music.

Walked in and found what we were looking for on our own while the “worker” talked on the phone about his class schedule. Went to the counter and waited less than two feet in front of him for five minutes while he didn’t even acknowledge our presence and continued to talk on the phone. We turned around and walked out. Game stop this the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Wednesday 13,2017, at 10:35.

Everyone at this location is very nice, theyre helpful, and the stock at the store is pretty great. I always go in there for one thing, and I end up leaving with several things I didnt know I needed in my life..

Food was good, nice selection but i cant get around 9.99 and 8.99 price for 6,7 snd 9 year olds. Clean good seating but 50 bucks for one adult and 3 kids it should be 6.99 at the most for under 10.

Man I come here a lot and they are good for getting games but when they give a faulty giftcard and scam me out of $50 by not refunding me I feel awfully betrayed.

I was sold a psn recite because they was all out of cards and the activation code was Faulty I Called selena she told me there was nothing she could do even though she soled it to me personally...
