The property manager, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the process simple. The facility is clean and easy to move in and out with one’s vehicle. I am happy that I chose Storage Rentals of America.

Stay away from this place. Originally this place was a CubeSmart and I have multiple units with them at multiple locations with ZERO issues. Since SROA took over they decided to jack my rates and start charging me insurance on top of it even though I already have a $4M policy for our storage. They refused to credit me back the money. They also have since jacked up the rates yet again and want 20% of your monthly fee even though they have your stolen money they refuse to give back.UPADTE: The manager Mike called me this morning and tried to bribe me to take this review down. Thought that taking $50 off my rental fees would somehow buy my loyalty after they took just under $300 in insurance fees they refuse to give back.

The property manager at SROA in Meriden, CT is the absolute best. His name is Mike and I must say this man is so kind and very helpful to his customers! He’s always ready to assist anyone that needs help. He’s very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend his location to anyone needing a great storage facility to house their valuables for any length of time. It’s a very clean and secure site. 5 stars to SROA in Meriden, Connecticut!

It was easy to rent very clean had a thank you card also checking out they dont prorate the charge but they were kind enough to reverse the charges as I was out at the beginning of the month thanks to Ashley and Elizabeth and the manager as well

This is a clean storage rental very safe area that has both climate control and non-climate control. Easy pay online access and also online contact-free virtual contract. Only down-side is the fee may go up every 6 to 12 months.

Reserved a storage unit online got a confirmation that i was all set, i went to the storage facility in Meriden to visually see how big my unit was, when i arrived i spoke to an employee that informed me that my reservation was given to someone else he tried to help me but after speaking to his supervisor i was informed that i would have to pay $100 dollars more a month for the only unit they have left. The employee did try his best but at the end i had no unit no replacement no other option there.

So far so good. March 1st 2019 we went and got ourselves a storage unit. The girl there that helped us was very nice and even funny! The storage unit size was perfect for us and the hours are great for gate access. So far, I am satisfied with the service and the unit.

Miss the family that owned this facility. When big Corporations take over a business..you become a number that they do not consider letting know when their storage place has no lock on it then they let you know when you have only 48/ hrs before they want more money for a lock. Sad!

It’s newly renovated and very clean and tidy. Gate access in/out. Looks like units are very dry and have excellent drainage.
