I always have a good experience here. They do a good job and pretty quick. Highly suggest either making an appointment or going first thing at opening, otherwise you do get the classic waiting for a couple hours, but thats to be expected. Everyone is super friendly and they always keep the lobby clean. Keep up the good work guys and gals, my car and I appreciate it!

I went to discount  because I had a screw in one tire and it had a slow leak.  When I got there I called at 12:40.. the girl said there was 2 people in front of me and it would be an hour.  She knew I was in my car because i was sick and didnt want to be around the employees.   I told her i was going to run an errand and she said she would call and let me know when I was up next in line.I never received a call and came back after about an hour and I called the store to let them know I was waiting in my car.  I waited 50 more minutes and they took in 4 cars ahead of me so I called again.  Anthony said I was up next but when they pulled another car in I finally left.   1 hour 50 minutes I waited, sick with a sinus headace.  Poor customer service!

Each time I have visited this place, even if they didnt have the tires I needed at the time, they were very friendly. I tend to have some oddball tires at times as I have lots of old classic cars. Even so they were able to find something close. No matter how busy they are, they are very friendly and if something isnt 100% right customer service wise, they make it right. The only negative thing I could think of is oftentimes they are very busy so it may take a while to get serviced. However, the way they work as a team is impressive! Its like watching the inside of a complex clock, with each member making up the whole. Thank you, Discount Tire, for your professionalism and impressive customer service!

Quick, courteous service from Jared, the counterman. He explained the warranty and the additional road hazard insurance. There was no hard sell which I appreciated. Took it my car in for a tire repair. First time they didnt get it completely right. I left and by end of day my tire was flat again. Went back and they noticed a hole they didnt see before and replaced my tire for free because of the oversight. They didnt have to tell me about the missed hole nor did they need to replace my tire for free but they did both. Highly highly recommend.

(Props to him.)I didn’t hear any associates ask customers to wear masks as they helped multiple unmasked customers, contrary to the location’s signage.In April 2021, there is no way that the staff has not been trained by countless ads on how to wear a face covering properly. I’m hurt when I see employees show a flagrant disregard and disrespect towards the health of their fellow employees, their customers, and everyone else affected by their negligence in our community.Discount Tire did a good job with the tires, at a good price, and with very speedy service. But when employees demonstrate that they don’t care whether they infect customers with a highly contagious deadly disease that has infected 10% of Americans (30,700,000) and killed 2% of those infected (554,000), how are customers supposed to feel valued?

Love this store! I was always an Americas Tire Company customer when I lived in CA. Now that we are in Idaho I will only go to this Discount Tire. We bought a new set of tires of our Jeep Grand Cherokee and were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable experts before I even walked through the door. The inside of the store sparkled it was so clean. About 6 weeks later I ended up getting a screw in the middle of the tread of one tire and took it in. Once again, I was greeted before I got through the door, my Jeep was in a bay before I even sat down and it was fixed before I could finish reading the news on my phone. I wont go anywhere else.

As a 15 year Discount Tire customer (21 sets of tires and 9 sets of wheels) this experience really left a bitter taste. Mike, was super rude to my wife and I and tried overcharging is by $150 from what Kenneth originally quoted us over the phone. They not only refuse to sell us the tires at the quoted price which they matched the local Costco store but got really nasty towards us. I called Meridian location sense Ive done business with them many times to see if they can help resolve the issue, but they said that sense Boise location quoted that price and already ordered tires for you, you will have to finish the purchase with them. My previous 14 years of experience with Discount Tire are from Atlanta (southeast region) and my last 3 sets of tires were purchased from Idaho. Well this was my last set at Discount Tire. I will have to do my research to find a tire store that can appreciate my business better then Discount Tire. The guys at Discount Tire on Eagle Road really went over and beyond my expectations! I purchased new tires on a Friday afternoon. I asked if I could drop off my car the night before and leave it with them the next day. They said of course. I arrived with my car 10 minutes before they closed. The wait for a flat repair is getting longer and longer. The last time it took over 2 hours! There is no excuse for this, especially on a weekday in the early afternoon. I am now forced to purchase my tires elsewhere. If youre shorthanded and needing to hire help, pay your workers for crying out loud! I also believe that if youre there for a free rotation or repair they put you to the back of the line so they can give preferential treatment to new tire buyers.

I cant argue with the price. Their warranty option is amazing and absolutely essential. I have had to get several tires replaced due to bad seals or other issues, and the warranty has been my savior each time. Ive been coming to this store for years now but today I was very disappointed. I dropped off my car at 10:30 in the morning and I was told 2 hours. I called later at 1:00 and there were three other people in front and to come by at 2:15.I come in at 2:15 only to be told there are more people in front of me and it would be some time.Sorry Greg, I expected a lot more from you guys. Courtesy call to let them know things are running late, say hey heres a 10% coupon for your next tire..If I want this kind of service Ill just go to the Walmart store next to my house next time same price same service same quality.

The people here are incredibly informative and know what they are doing. While my initial experience was sour because I was there for 5+ hours, I was compensated and only had to pay for the tires themselves, not the install.There is a reason they have a lot of positive reviews and I waited so long; I highly recommend Discount Tire, especially this location.

I recently had a winter changeover completed on my Tesla at Discount Tire. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the service and more so with the follow-up visit I made to the store. It’s not uncommon for wheels to stick to the hub due to dissimilar metals. This can be resolved with a small amount of a anti-corrosion spray. Unfortunately the wheel studs, hub, rotor, caliper and wheel barrel were completely saturated, making for unsafe driving conditions. Upon my return visit the manager recognized a spray was used but did not recognize it was in excess or offer any resolution other than a car wash. A car wash has no capability to correct the issue and clearly my concern was not heard. After paying good money for winter changeover, I spent hours cleaning up an absolute mess. It’s a real shame this was not handled better. I’ll be looking for a new tire shop as a result.

I have been going to Discount Tire for the past 8 years and every single time I go I am never disappointed. Their staff is so friendly and so helpful. They take the time to explain things, they never try to up sell, they’re honest, and hard working. The wait may be long but it is definitely worth it because they do an amazing job. The manager is always super helpful and friendly too and he works just as hard as the rest of his crew. I will ALWAYS go to Discount Tire.

Would give 3.5 rather than 3 if possible. Spent a lot of money on new wheels and tires. They were good taking the time to go over options with me on that. That’s the reason this isn’t 2 stars.Had an appointment. Still took them more than 2 hours because they put the wrong tires on my new wheels. The manager waited until I brought it up to tell me. He didn’t offer any sort of discount or a bottle of water or anything for their mistake and causing me to miss a family function. He didn’t seem to care or want to make things right in my opinion. This was my experience, hopefully yours is better. Most of their reviews seem positive, they just didn’t do well in my case.

HONEST! I took my truck in to get a tire replaced. I had two other tire companies tell me they could NOT repair my tire that had a nail in it. They claimed it was too close to the edge. I was prepared to buy a new tire for $200! They inspected the tire, removed it from the rim, patched it and charged me zero dollars! I am so impressed with these guys. I was prepared to hand them money, I almost didnt even ask if they could fix it and yet they did, and for free. They definitely have my business for life.

Sales staff was nice, manager seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I set an appointment for a couple days later, showed up 10 minutes early to have them replace 4 tires. It took 2 hours! Gotta respect people’s time if you want good reviews.

Cant sing enough praises for Discount Tire. We had an irreparable puncture as stated by our dealership and were expecting to have to replace all tires on our 4x4, which still had 50% tread left. This couldve been an easy $600 job for Discount Tire but instead, not only did Discount Tire repair the tire (while working into the night after hours), they did it for free (Im guessing its because weve purchased tire warranties on other tires nearly 4 years ago)!!! The tire they repaired came with the car and didnt come from them! They know how to make their customers feel valued and I will be using Discount Tire for all of my future tire purchases!

I just had a tire fixed and my my tires balanced today. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I believe it was the manager that even helped me find my wheel lock in my car (admittedly I did not know it existed). My service was quick and complimentary which I was not expecting. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!!

I have used Les Schwab services for a long time until I started to notice lately that the lug nuts got over-tighten on my car. I always double check Lug Nuts with a good quality torque wrench, after the tire replacement, just to make sure. I decided to try out the Discount Tires service to replace tires on my track. Overall, I am really impressed with their service and their professionalism. They made sure the force or torque is being applied precisely to the specs. They actually used a torque wrench. Also, I got really good deal from them. They actually were able to beat Amazon, and Costco deals.

Discount tire on Eagle rd is the only place to get tires. The manager Greg Wood is a great guy, honest and easy to work with, and he has a built a team around him thats fantastic. I have been to Discount Tire locations across the Northwestern US and every time is a pleasure. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The team at the Meridian location is not exception. I have had flats repaired, purchased new tires, etc. and they are competitive in customer service and price.

Discount Tire is now my go-to for all of my vehicles. The prices are very competitive and I’ve always had great service at this location thanks to Greg (manager). We used to go to Costco but the rotations and balance were such a pain there. Here we schedule them and it is convenient and quick.

Called Discount tire so I could give them some money in exchange for service. I was greeted on the phone by a robot instead of a human, the robot said Hello valued customer, blah blah... After sitting on the phone for 10 minutes listening to the pre-recorded robot loop more times than I cared to count, I started to feel not so valued. So I hung up and gave my money to a competitor.

They took me in right before close when my tire was completely destroyed, ordered a new tire, and even got me hooked up with a loaner tire so I didn’t have to drive around on the spare while I waited for the new tire to get in. I have a 2019 f250 with aftermarket 10 ply tires that they wouldnt rotate because they said they werent compatible with the load rating of the truck. Told them it was fine and went elsewhere
