Called for a quote on oil change and fuel filter. Fuel filter is easily accessible in the engine bay and takes maybe 3 minutes to change out. They wanted to charge me 120$ labor for the fuel filter ALONE. Obviously I’m sitting at express oil change right now getting the same service for less than half the price.Same oil, same filters, only difference is that I’m not getting robbed 😂

We damaged a tire on a road trip. They got us in quickly, good price, and friendly service. Even let our dogs hangout inside. Would recommend.

Amazing, after Enterprise left us with a flat tire on a rental we paid 1,100 dollars for, steamed at a gas station for over 3 hours we finally made it to Firestone and the manager was so great. He helped us n got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Great service

I know that I am goung to spell her name incorrectly, Teadrea and Chad were were Amazing.Before I left Atlanta on Monday, I had my front right Tie Rod repalced, at the Tires Plus on Cascade, and I got an alignment. Om my way back to Atlanta from Jackson, my ride was not smooth. I stopped at Firestone at 5:55p, to have my tire checked out.Chad came into the lobby to get me to show me that the tech, John, at the Cascade Tire Plus failed to secure my tire and tighten the bolt. My tire was actually shaking.He secured my tire, as it should have been and made my car safe to drive back home.Trust and Believe, Johns Supervisor and I will have a heart to heart, God willing, as soon as I get back to Atlanta.Thank you, Miss T. and Mr. Chad. ❤

I was traveling through and had a vehicle issue. I got towed there and Mike and his crew took care of my issue and i was back on the road the next day. everyone was so nice and accommodating and the service was top notch.

I have never gone out of my way to write a bad review for a company, but my experience at this firestone was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had as a customer.I made a appointment on Tuesday afternoon to have four new tires installed onto my wifes new car, at 11:00 AM on that Saturday. I sked how long the appointment would take, to try and find out if my wife and I should take two cars, to get some things done while we wait or just the one. I was assured that it would take no longer than 45 minutes and so my wife and I figured that we would just take the one car, we live far from firestone and wanted to save gas.I called Saturday morning to confirm the appointment and double check on how long it would take, which I was assured that it would be no longer than an hour an d a half. hoping for the best (when we shouldve expected to worst) my wife and I went and dropped our car off and proceeded to wait. We went on a walk and waited two hours before returning to firestone to see that the car hadnt even been moved. I went in and talk to the guy behind the counter who was very rude, and told me that its basically like a doctors office, sometimes you just have to wait your turn. I asked what the point was in making an appointment if my timeslot was not going to be honored to which he replied well get to it when we can. We finally got a call at 2:20, almost three and a half hours after our appointment that the car was finally ready.To top it all off, when I pulled into my driveway, my car notified me that the tire pressure was low, they were all inflated to 30psi or below, which is below the 35 minimum recommended on firestones own website.I will never go to or recommend a firestone again. As I said before, I have never written a review for a company before, and especially wouldnt typically go out of my way to write a negative one. This was one of the worst experiences that I have had with a company.

Brought my car in for an inspection only to be told I need to take it to a muffler shop. No more on what was found so what exactly did I pay for? Only notes were ones that I typed in online when I made the appointment. When you crank the car you can tell that it’s clogged. To top it off the guy answering the phones is always in a very bad mood. The worst attitude ever!

Do not come here in the morning at Open time expecting to pick up your vehicle. Got a call last night from a tech stating that my car would be ready at Open (0700). So when I showed up imagine my surprise on seeing absolutely no one there!! It is New Years Eve, HOWEVER there is a specific sign on the door that states that on New Years Eve Firestone will be closed at 5, it did not mention the hours at all. Plus if I get a call from someone saying be here at 0700 I expect you to be open period.

Pulled up firestone site in meridian on prime well P265/70R16..showed these tires at 81.99 each out the door price would be 465.95..i went in to get a appt to get them installed.. lady at the desk said they didnt have them..I told her it was on that stores website..asked her to order them and was told they had none in the Warehouse. What? Then asked if I wanted the ones for 190.00 or 200.00 a piece...this was nothing but a bait and hook!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Faster than i expected, there were alot of people ahead of me and they were still reasonable. Fair prices on tires amd oil change.

Came to store at 623 pm on Friday. I was going to leave car for Sat. I told him I had a tire leak and company car. The guy behind desk says no way he can get it in as has 12 work orders and 3 techs. I understand a huge job but a tire leak and turned down my business. They do not want to deal with a fleet car as have to call and get approval. I assure you someone else in Meridian will.I will never be back.

My son was traveling in from TN. He had car trouble on the way down. He called them on Friday right before they closed and they told him to bring it to their shop and leave it overnight. We did and they had his car fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon. Being a Friday night I doubted that anyone could get his car fixed before Monday but Firestone did. I am very grateful to Firestone for their help, for their great service and for their can do attitude. The whole experience with them was overall excellent. Thank you Firestone.

I am a very difficult person to please when it comes to my vehicles. I am extremely satisfied with the service from Firestone Meridian. They have an awesome manager and professional staff that get the job right the first time.

My son brought his vehicle in for a rotation and alignment. Once he got the vehicle back numerous lights came up on the dash, I contacted the store manager and brought the vehicle back the next morning. He was very thorough in explaining what was going on and why this lights were on. He was very professional as well as polite. A very knowledgeable and just all around good dude!! Would definitely recommend to others. Also community oriented company which is also a plus!!

I should have made note of the guys name (maybe Jason?), but we were passing through on the way to New Orleans on a Saturday in August when we had a problem with the undercarriage of our van that resulted in a loud noise at interstate speeds. We called various places including Toyota who said we may be there waiting for hours. The plastic had ripped loose and he said he could tie it down but it would likely come loose again. He removed it completely for us right away. We were there for 15 minutes and I assumed a charge, but he said not to worry about it. We made it on time for our dinner reservation a few hours later- a big deal.

I was very satisfied with the service I got. I had a flat tire and they found a nail and were able to do a plug to fix the hole. They were a good price and friendly service.

Had an appointment. But that doesn’t matter. They are very nice and polite however they are slow and do not get in a rush at all. 2 tires and oil change. Still waiting a an hour after my appointment and still hasn’t started it yet. Will never be back.

I had a tire change and a front right wheel bearing replaced, but it took from 10am until 3pm to get it done with me waiting. They were very accommodating and discount my bill because I had to wait. I will go back and I recommend them to you for tires and other repairs.

The service here is great - car technology is constantly changing and its difficult to keep up with everything on your vehicle, but there guys at the front counter have always been great at explaining in as much detail as I would like about any question I have.

I have been going to firestone for about 13 years. The service sucks! Firestone is not the same no more. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 We ended buying new parts for our car, they put it on, car still was not right, so we had to go elsewhere and they Knew what was the problem.. Firestone will have you spending money and nothing is wrong with your car. I stop to get air in two of my tires, my tire light was on he claim he put air in the tire but the tire light was still on and I told him, he said it will go off when you driving, I’m not a dummy. Didn’t he suppose to check the tire pressure, and other procedure. They don’t care for your safety. It’s certain firestone workers that take their job serious and the others don’t care.. All they want is my and everybody money and will charge you too much money and your car is not repaired. Firestone will not get my business no more. They need to check some of the mechanic. They got a lot of learning to do. Firestone yall need to do better!!!!!!!! I am highly upset!!

Great customer service. Helped with everything I needed. The only thing is I had my truck back there for quite a while (1 hour 30) & as I looked around in the shop I see the mechanics sitting around. Coming through the office telling jokes. Seems the wait time is quite long here from what other customers said.

3rd time I took my car there and theyve tried to get me. Theyre real close to my house is the reason Ive gave them so many trys. Trust me, stay away. This time they told me I needed new strut assemblies plus something else. Over $1000 and tried to persuade me to get the 6 month interest free financing by applying for their card. I left there and drove it to eastgate tire in marion. A belt had broke in one of my tires, causing it to swell and all I needed was a new tire on the passenger front. Last 2 times I went there it was a similar experience. They always come out with a long list of things that need to be done & try to persuade you to get their card and take advantage of their interest free financing. The financing is a nice option but you better be aware that all that theyre trying to get you to do is not even neccessary 90 percent of the time. If you just want an honest simple diagnosis, stay away from here. Eastgate tire in marion seems to be honest people to deal with. 2nd time theyve did me right.

I beleive they sold me my calipers when they really did not need replacing because I allowed them to test drive it to hear the noise I was referring to therefore Im hip to the tricks of riding my breaks and then showing me how hot they are because you were riding them to help dramatize the need to replace calipers that were according to them sticking and oh yeah they even tried to sell me brakes and rotors to claiming they were wore down EXCEPT when I told them I still had the receipt in my car where that was all just replaced 1 week prior and because I just replaced my breaks and rotors one week prior and with a good mechanic and told them I would contact him right then and that he would have told me the calipers needed replacing too..I dont mind anyone making a sale but not when its at the expense of others who are trying to make it just like these men I really did feel like I was bamboozled and I fell for this because they were very helpful and accommodating my first 3 visits and had gained my trust through this smoozing cant beleive I fell for this ughhhhhhhhh..it was afterwards when I spoke to others and my mechanic who was just too busy to see me this day and I had to go to Firestone and oh yeah they want to replace my shocks and strutts for a whopping $100000 on my used Honda accord....really????

I recently had new tires put on my 2011 RX-8 R3, which has expensive ($1,250 per wheel from Mazda) 19 wheels that are easy to scratch. The installer of the previous set of tires (another company in town) scratched all 4 wheels, so I had some trepidation going into the install. Beforehand, I asked that the technician exercise care and tell me if they would be unable to perform the installation without causing damage to the wheels. I was pleased with the results. Though it took a while (Id rather him take longer and be careful), there was no noticeable damage from the mounting and Im happy with the results.This experience adds to past ones with this shop. They have always been professional and done quality work.

Theyre slow and always try and sell you something you dont need and its expensive. Be careful not to fall for the you need to change your transmission fluid and air filter trick too!

They do good but because Im a female they always try to sell me unnecessary stuff for my car? Idk. Really annoying. But they always do what I want them to do and just call my dad to check and make sure I dont need something before I give them the ok to do stuff. Example: i put wiper blades on my car maybe a month ago and when i asked them to do an oil change, they said i needed new ones. I didnt need new ones. I just got new ones. (But on that I have common sense) its stuff like you need to clean you exhaust out? That I dont know about but that usnt completely necessary on a car that barely has mileage.

Got fast service and a good price on a trailer tire when we were passing through from out of town.

While traveling across country in my Jeep Wrangler, I stopped home here in Meridian to visit family and I thought Id go ahead and change my tires before I got to Texas. They ordered the wrong size tires but due to my time constraints I was going to be able to stay home for more than 3 days. I agreed to take the bigger size only issue was they didnt order a new spare tire which I would want in the event of an emergency. At that time my spare tire had never hit the road before so I naturally wanted a discounted tire, a swap, or a free tire. I was told by one of the employees that I could sell the new tire to a local shop and that would help with the cost, Jeep was packed with all of my personal goods so I couldnt haul my other tires ( no one would take less than a full set of tires) so they expected me to buy another $500 tire that I wouldnt have needed if they had gotten the correct size to begin with. I contacted higher management about the issue and was told Id be contacted within 1-2 days (mind my time issue), I was never contacted because the store manager had closed out my ticket and stated that the issue was fixed. I contacted higher management again about the issue and was contacted 3 days later but by then I had left the state on my way to Texas. After about 2 weeks I was contacted in Colorado finally hearing back from the corporate office that I would indeed get my spare tire. My biggest issue here was the lack in custom service and I will not be returning to the Firestone in Meridian.

I have been to many Firestone locations in the US. This is the 1st one i have ever called who couldnt look up a part and repair as needed. According to James. Part PV424 cannot be looked up. It is a 20.00 part.Nope i need a diagnostics test for 99.99. No, i needed part PV424 replaced. Part 20 labor 1hr most 60. 100 dollar job. Nope. James cant do that. I had the pleasure of someone trying to weasel me out of 2x the cost like a dumb conman would.I will never go to this location again. I would like to post an update. So the part I was looking for was easily found and a regular problem with my model of vehicle and was replaced for a total cost of $129. And not by Firestone because apparently they cant look up part numbers. At least the guy who just graduated from high school at AutoZone can do it for me though. Waste of space and a waste of your money youre paying at least 30% more to get any work done at this location than anywhere else in Meridian. And they do shoddy work. Like the battery I had replaced a couple of months before I tried to get this job done where they did not secure my battery lines back to my vehicle and my battery lines drifted over and got worn in and damaged by my belts.

The wait is way to long here. Took them a week to get the right parts for my car after lying to me saying they got them. Also, every time i get my car back from firestone something is wrong or something comes up missing. I call back trying to get the friendly service they give before they get money from you telling them about what all is going on and they are disrespectful and rude interrupting me while Im explaining the problems Im having. I was missing 3 lug nuts on one of my wheels and I let it slide I went and got some more. Come back again something else is missing and I cant let anything slide again especially with the attitude management gave me. For now on Im fixing my car myself, and someone else will be getting my business if I pay for my car to be fixed again. Zero stars if you asked me.👎🖓
