Great place to stop on a road trip. This is a midpoint for a long drive I take often and I always stop here. Great selection of food, drinks, and has other odds and ends. Restrooms have always been clean each stop. Cant ask for much else.

Nice facilities. Great selection of food to eat if needed some lunch. There was also a Cinnabon station within the store. Bathrooms were clean and you can tell people frequent there on a regular basis. There were also some kid toys if you needed to pick something up quickly as well as other souvenirs.

These guys were awesome. I was having a horrible day and this crew did everything to keep me smiling. Went out of their way to make sure I was ok, legal and just all around happy!!! I highly suggest this tire center. 5 stars all the way!!!! The young man who changed my tire.....I dont have words to describe him!! He was just awesome!!!

I usually stop here on my way out of and into Mississippi along with another gas station 15 miles before meridian. Good prices on gas ALL THE TIME.

As truck stops go,and Ive been in them all,pilot never lets me down,from there front staff, to there bathrooms and showers clean to very clean,it matters

Slow. I arrived and was told i was next in line. I went to the truck stop and came back a while later to find another truck in the bay being worked on. The repair didnt cost much, but it fell apart (hub leaking) a few miles down the road.

They have so much great options here. I got a fresh salad and it definitely tasted great! Bathrooms ate very clean. Truckers, if you need a shower, they have them here. They even disinfect after each use. They even have Cinnabon options. There is also a Subway attached to it. If you like fresh coffee, they have individual machines that your able to grind your own coffee. Definitely a great option to stop at!

Awesome place and employees I stopped in for gas and a drink.Ended up spending an hour there the ladies are Awesome food was great I got the wings and meatloaf and mashed potatoes they were great.I had to go back in and get another plate to take home.Definitely if i drive thru Meridian again I will stop here I stopped at another Flying J it was not the same as this one.Restrooms were clean place seemed to be spotless. Almost purchased Cinnabon as well.Awesome job ladies keep up good work give them a raise!!!!!!

Had Another issue at this pilot, that was handled horribly by the manager.I will admit that i was Infront of a fuel island longer than i should, 20 minutes. But not super excessive. The guy behind me, however, disagreed & even tho i told i was leaving, he followed me to my truck & started making threats, luckily i got in the truck, he told me he was gonna pull me out the truck. Told me he had a gun in the truck and went to get it. I locked myself in the truck cuz i figured i was better off where there is cameras. I called into the flying j. Couldnt get anybody, but i was told they had called the police, on me. I then saw the manager talking to the guy(& i wish i knew her name) i tried to get her to talk to me but she completely ignored me & walked away. So u talking to the guy whos threatening people with a gun & refuse to acknowledge the person who was threatened.So since they called the police, i had to wait till they got there.Ive said before how apparent it is that pilot & flying j do not care at all about the customers that make JUST THIS STORE $100,000 A DAY PROFIT

Clerck Monickia is a horrible person to deal with customers. We were having issues with our fuel card and decided to use a EFS check to fuel. Normaly when you use it to pump fuel they dont charge anything fot the use of the check, and she said that is impossible. I mentioned to her that all over the US they never charge anything if you use it for fuelling. Anyways, after she being extremely rude and cocky, I decided to use my personal card and then cash the check with the receipt of that fuel, she said the computer could not scan the receipt. Very unprofessionally she told to call corporate manager that was written behind card on Sunday or wait till Monday to complaint. If she is not well prepared for the job, why is She there adding stress to drivers??

All the employees are worthless and dont care for the person to person interactions, the prices are too high and are meant for better paid visitors (professional drivers) and it pushes the traveling and local visitors to buy from the Subway restaurant because its an affordable option. The Subway and DELI area are always a mess. There are actual roaches coming out of the walls and crawl on the coffee, soft drink, and slushie machines. The restrooms are never maintained and have graffiti and feces on the walls. Finally, the management is dismissive and give out corporate phone numbers to customer service hotlines that never resolve the issue, just to finish their interaction with any upset visitors.

Good place good people some things are a bit pricey but thats just about everware now

Insanely fast service! Full synthetic Oil change was done with lighting speed and great service! Highly recommended if anyone needs oil change asap.

They say they do washout but when you call the store they say no but when you go to shop they say yes. I get there close to closing power washer not working. Wish the dude in the phone told me that.

Stopped in for gas and restroom break. Store and restroom were exceptionally clean. Several cashiers working so no waiting to check out. Huge variety of bottle drinks and fountain drinks. Hot meals available that looked good bet we didnt eat.

The Pilot travel center is in meridian is very clean sanitized and very friendly staff..i 💘 love it there..

Very nice people who work here but very difficult to get parts needed for repairs when ordered out. Repair shop just opened again so they just need a chance to get things right.

Ttler Rice was great person and very knowledgeable and helped fix my truck fast.

Friendly service. Good showers. Large lot, 100 spaces (best to get parked before 6). Little pricey for hot dog buns (8 pak $3.50).
