We picked up something in our tire and made it to Les Schwab. They were courteous, quick and professional. They didnt even charge us! Definitely recommend!
Love the service with a smile. Always helpful and they greet you at your car when not super busy. Always more than happy to check air in the tires and fit a rotation in when they can. I buy all my tires here just for the warranty and service they offer

I don’t know if I could go back to any Les Schwab. Okay, I drove my car there because someone jump started my car, and needless to say it worked again when they pulled it inside their shop. So, I took my car in because of a dead battery, they replaced it and gave me a new one, charged me $179+, and then they said the car is not working because I need a starter!!!! WHAT.. So they ended up just pushed it out of their shop, and left me there with no recommendation, or asking me if they can get some options to a towing company. So the thing that got me upset, that they closed the building, because I was that 4pm customer because they’d closed at 5pm without anyone to ask me if I need any help, charged me a whooping $180, that’s money out of my pocket for a dead car. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS, so I was stranded in front of their parking lot scrambled to get a towing truck, and find out a mechanic and so forth. I should have listen to my friend that’s Les Schwab is such a huge chain, they forgot to care about the little things and people’s concerns, they think about the money money money and no compassion. I will never go back to Les Schwab!!
Les Schwab is great they always manage to take care of everything to do with tires rims brakes rotors, and fixing my flats.
The guy at the front desk(Heavy set gentleman scruffy short beard. No name tag) Could care less about his customers his attitude was basically I have scheduled clientele today so you dont keep matter because youre a a walk in, that was the attitude that I got today

Honestly the best customer service! They are always so friendly and willing to help you out if you’re in a rush. My husband had an issue with his truck squealing and we got it fixed up quick, it happened to be a rock in the brakes. We’ve been here at this leschwab before this happened and they’ve always been so helpful. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.
Ive been a Les Schwab stalwart for decades, the only one in my family who continued to patronize them. But today ended all that. I went in for a tire sensor error, was told I had to replace all of the sensors, a $300+ bill. When I came to pay, after asking more about the procedure, I learned they have a scanner which can identify which sensor is bad. Theoretically, if one sensor was bad, they could identify that one sensor and replace that one sensor. But apparently that wouldnt have been as profitable for them. So instead of respecting me and my resources, they didnt offer to scan, but insisted I must replace all of them. Im taking my business forever more to a business that will respect me and insist on not replacing what is not broken.

So after 30 years of being a Schwab customer I am sad to say I will never go back. I just had the worst experience. My son took his car in for his 2pm appointment, was supposed to be two hours Max for a rotation, balance and alignment check. They were supposed to call if alignment was needed to ok it. At 5:15 still no call. We call and they are just getting it in. Son gets a call at 5:55 or so and they say it needs alignment and breaks with no plans to complete the work. I call them and ask about the alignment and they proceed to tell me they would need to keep it overnight or schedule another appointment. Wait what?????? You have had the car for four hours I say. I hear a list of excuses and point out we are all in the same Covid boat as they are and that they should not schedule “appointments” if they cannot complete the work and maintain a good level of service. Needless to say, I picked up the car and will forever be going somewhere else. This wasn’t the first time in recent years I have had issues but it was the worst. I don’t know if they felt they could justify this with a kids car and did not associate with my 30 year account or what, but really that almost makes it worse......

I wish I could give 5 stars because i really like their tire warranty...but the price for my 4 new tires was $100 over what I was quoted online, and they didnt put the white letters out like I asked them to...a fail in my opinion

Ive never been here before, was driving by with my tire pressure light on so I decided to stop by and get it looked at. Lady at front desk was super friendly and told me to pull up in one of their spaces, guy who checked my tires was super professional, checked them all and left them right on what theyre supposed to be, went back inside to pay and guy at front desk said there was no charge and was very friendly and professional as well. I AM DEFINETLY COMING BACK HERE FOR ANY OF MY CAR NEEDS, THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS, YOU ALL ARE A GREAT TEAM!!

Noticed I had a 1/2 bolt in my tire and was losing pressure, walked into Les Schwab and 20 minutes later drove away with a repaired tire and no charge. These guys know how to run a business, even with ole Les gone they get it! Thanks for everything and I WILL be back for new tires when I need them!

Made an online appointment to have our snow tires mounted and put on the car. Not only did it only take them 15 minutes to complete the work, but there was no charge for the service. I have always been a fan of Les Schwab I general, but this really cemented my loyalty

Never going back, they do not know how to give a honest/Accurate quote I have been in multiple times for front end work on multiple vehicles and every single time it was way over the quote they gave me do not recommend to anyone this is not an honest business
Took way too long to replace 1 tire on my car.. Sat there for hours after just getting off a double at work.. There were hardly any customers there at all and plenty of employees that there is no reasons my visit should have lasted so long. But the price for the new tire and little bit of labor was fair..

Ive been buying tires from Les Schwab for years. Way back to the days when Les Schwab was still alive and gave out free beef when you bought a new set of tires. He had created in his business a sense of community and repeat business just based on awesome customer service. Sadly those days are gone. A week ago on November 14th, 2020 I purchased a whole set of tires for my personal vehicle for 450.00. Four days later, I would realize my autistic son would need all new tires for his car. Worried about his safety in driving I creatively had to purchase him new tires. Im a single mom taking care of my autistic son. I make 12.00 an hour at my job so money can be tight, I understand, my problem and no one elses. I used two different credit cards, my debit card and a friend lent me 60.00 all for the purpose of buying another set of tires in the same week. Im not complaining about how I had to purchase these but what amazed me was when I was at the counter one of the workers was talking to someone on the phone and said, I will waive the siping fees (60.00) cause your dad is a good client. Funny cause thats the service I remember getting in the past. I was always so impressed by their hospitality and customer service but what I got today in customer service, you can get at Discount Tires. One year I had them put my snow tires on and they waived the fee for having to mount them onto my wheels. That was so generous and awesome. So yes I had to put myself in debt and borrow money to get a second set of tires in one week for my son. No problem. BUT when a Les Schwab employee is on the phone right next to me and tells someone that he will waive a 60.00 siping fee, I was disappointed. When I got the bill it was more than I expected because I wasnt told of the 30.00 fee for TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM REBUILD KIT. It was just a very stressful and disappointing experience after always being so loyal to them for years.

Called to set up an appointment and was informed that i could just go to the website to set it up. I asked if he would set it up for me since I already had him on the phone and he begrudgingly did so for the next day. I show up 10 minutes early to find out that I didnt have an appointment. Apparently it doesnt set up the work order for them if they schedule it themselves over the phone. He informed me that they dont set up appointments over the phone anymore and next time to just use the website. But they were quick to get me in anyway. So now they get started on my alignment (roughly $100) and they broke the rear drivers side rod. They did warn me that this might happen before they tried but after breaking it I was informed that the price of work I wanted done had just tripled adding a $200 rod and an extra $20 if I wanted my car worked on the next day instead of waiting 2 or 3 more days. Im sick of this happening EVERY time I take my car anywhere to get worked on so you can imagine my skepticism about the situation. 3 stars for now and I will adjust the rating and finish the story tomorrow after I pick up my car

Even though I had an appointment as they suggested I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before they got to my car. Several people came in with no appointment and got immediate service. I was ready to ask for my keys and come back another day when the young man went to my car. All I needed was a simple brake check. As a satisfied customer of Les Schwab for over 50 years theI have always been very satisfied with the service here. I know they were very busy that day but just a word to me that I had not been forgotten would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Ordered studded tires for my Pilot/Escort vehicle on Monday, October 21, 2019. Tuesday, October 22,morning 2019 at 7:50am I arrived for the install. When the doors opened at 8:00am they pulled my car in and took the tires and wheels off and were ready to install my new studded tires. Well come to find out they delivered 17 tires and I need 16. Well now they have to run to the Meridian store to get the correct ones. For the mishap, Travis the assistant manager offered to sipe my regular tires for free as a courtesy for the mishap and for the long wait. New studded tires look great. Thanks to Travis and Zak for the professional service.
Only 2 people inside when I arrived. Took 1/2 hour but they found a nail in the left rear tire which was showing a slow leak to the tire pressure monitoring of my car. Fixed at no charge. Also told me my tires were still good and did not need replacement at this time. Good stuff!
Basically, it is construction season and my tire gathered up all the screws in Meridian, Idaho. So, all good for everyone else. As for me, I had to come in twice because of tire pressure. Both times have been such a wonderful experience, I will NEVER go to another Les Schwab, and it will always be this store! The guys are super friendly and really take care of all your cars needs. BRANDON was awesome this second time around! He met me in the parking lot, told him what needed to maybe be fixed, and he checked my whole entire car, AGAIN! Just such an awesome experience! I even left my phone in my car, not thinking, and he actually plugged in my charger to my phone! WHO DOES THAT! Such great service! Need your car fixed? This is the place! You wont regret it!
They generally do a really good job and will service simple things for free. It makes it a great place to go to when you just need things checked out. They verified the alignment for free last time I was there and its been really helpful about things. Sometimes they get really busy and it can take a while. Make sure you have someone drop you off so you dont have to wait there at the ship all day.
I noticed a flat tire that was punctured by a screw and drove to this location in the middle of the afternoon to get my tire repaired. Service was speedy and staff was polite! They checked out the other tires too which was great because I hadnt realized my front tires had just about no tread. Will be getting new tires here in time for winter!
My experience was very pleasant. It was my first time. The staff were ver6 friendly and they didnt even charge me. I went into get a hole patched on my tire. They patched it and told me what caused it and then they said you are good to go. I said I dont owe you anything and they said nope all good. I was quite surprised. Very happy with them so far.

Woke up to a flat and couldnt keep it aired up. Took it in and even though they were busy, they took care of my tire for free (just needed a little patch!). I had to wait a little bit, but they didnt put me off, even though they knew they werent going to be charging me. Made what could have been a bad day seem like a good one!

I got a flat tire yesterday after all tire shops had already closed so this morning I went to Les Schwab to get the tire patched on my way to work. I showed up 5 min before they opened and the mechanic, I believe his name was Skylar, came to my car door a minute before opening to help me. He asked me how long I had before I needed to leave for work, I told him 20 minutes and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I got a quote for all season tires for my other vehicle and the service representative and the mechanic were both awesome! There was no charge to patch my tire because they were able to fix it! I’ve never heard of not getting charged before. I will be back soon for new tires on my other vehicle and for future oil changes! Thanks for the quick and professional customer service!

I went in this morning to get oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. I was told the wait was 45 minutes, so I asked if I could make a reservation for early next week. He said sure and preceded to tell me how to make the reservation online. I asked him if he could just make the reservation for me while I was there. He looked around and said yes, he could but it was too time consuming. There was no one else waiting in line and he was standing in front of a computer with my account already pulled up. Great customer service, NOT!! If thats how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how they would have treated my car. I wont be back to that shop or any other Les Schwab. I went down the street and got what I needed and was in and out in 20 minutes.
The guys at this location were very friendly. The shop was a bit busy but I got in and out within 30 minutes. Had them check my tire for leaks (had none) but with a new valve stem its holding air great. Definitely coming back in the future!
I was recently was recently in need of some repairs to my car (drove on a flat tire) As soon as I called the team at Les Schwab, they sent Ruben out to where my car was to help get the damaged rim off of my car. In the 100+ degree heat Ruben got under my car with a very large hammer and got my rim off and then replaced it with a new tire faster than anyone Ive ever seen. When I was able to safely drive my car to the Les Schwab store, Eric was very helpful and informative about what needed to happen with my car. While they were working on my car I communicated with Brandon often about the ins and outs of what was happening with my car. Brandon was very helpful in finding the best deal on the car parts that I needed and worked very quickly which I appreciate very much. Huge thanks to the team at Les Schwab!

They are great. Except for when given a challenge. Normal every day jobs they can do. I just needed to help out my daughter and get her back on the road. Long story short. I just needed to fix some leaks and replace the different lug nuts to standard lug nuts . They werent up for it. Their competitors were without hesitation. -30+ year customer
Poor service, they tell lies about how many times theyve actually contacted a person for instance I was contacted one time and they told me that they have tried to contact me several times about a part that I ordered which I had to order four different times for them to finally get it to me and one of the reasons I had to order the part is because they broke it when they installed my tires and the secretary is always always in a foul mood. On top of the bad attitudes they treat you like youre an inconvenience
Great service and great group of people. Stopped by another location earlier today for an air pressure check. I know its not the highest priority, but I was surprised when no one would ask me what I needed and instead just watched me in my vehicle. Went to my usual store and the guys came right outside and got me taken care of in a couple minutes. I know everyone is busy and I am not upset with the location at all, but just wanted to take a second and the crew at the Ustick store know how awesome they are.

I was raised in my fathers tire shop in the early 80s. Boise Tire and Wheel. This place is like home. I was pleased when they took an extra hour on my vehicle, and explained why. I knew then that they took quality at a higher priority than time. Like a bee hive the place is full of busy workers. The place truly offers what I feel is the best service in the area. Prices are a little high, but it is worth it. Im willing to pay it for the higher quality and professionalism. The whole first come first serve thing? Not a problem! Totally welcomed! And fully understood. If you know you have an issue (low tire pressure or a flat)... One should step it up and go in early, and not expect king like treatment over those who took the time to be prepared and went in before you. Im not paying them to stop work on my rig to check the air pressure of some unprepared person who pops in with an issue and an attitude that they deserve immediate entitlement to service. Wait your turn. What they actually are telling you is that they value a job done straight through without interruptions from someone who wants to Cut-in-line. They may word it differently though. Im grateful they have this policy. They care. Get in line.
My wife brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get a torsion bar replaced and I brought my Windstar Ramp Van in to get the tires rotated and make sure I didnt destroy my rims or alignment after driving over decorative curbing around shrubbery when blinded by the sun... No problems and all covered with warranty. Great customer service.

I came here when I got a screw in my tire and they removed it for free. I was really impressed that they took care of my tires even though I hadnt purchased them from Les Schwab. When it came time to purchase new tires, I went straight to my nearest Les Schwab here in Oregon and and bought my tires there. Cant beat the service, and its great at each location.
I really like Les Schwab Tires. They are friendly, and very service oriented. Sure, they are going to charge you more than if you go buy tires at Walmart or Costco. The difference is that Les Schwab is there after the sale to service and support you. Get a flat tire? Go see them and they will fix it for free. They can also help you match tires to wheels. They will explain what is going on and let you ask questions. This is where I buy my tires!!

I needed to replace my shocks on my 2000 Dakota. Les Shwab in Meridian replaced them in 2011 and I could not find my paperwork. Not the new stores fault I hat I lost my paperwork but the young lady working up front went way above and beyond to find the warranty papers which brought my price from $375 installed for 4 new shocks to just $4.95..thays not a typo. From nearly $400 to just $4.95. now my mechanic Chad had to deal with 18 year old bolts and after 2 hours of trying soak, heat shock cool one of them still sheared off. At the end of the day, Chad had to work on that vehicle and only that one. My bill was still only $4.95. INTEGRITY AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their policy wont let you too them but I hope this testimonial will persuade you to let the team at Les Shwab by Culvers in Meridian earn your business they certainly earned mine!! This was the first shop I passed when I noticed my tire pressure light came on. Sure enough I had a nail in my tire which needed patching. Service was fast and friendly. If I ever need a tire shop when I’m in this part of town again I’d definitely come here again.

My tire exploded minutes from my job. I had to wait until they opened, but they sent their mobile unit to me and waived the service fee because I bought a new tire from them. They are courteous and extremely helpful.
I came into to town, because my father passed away. I had a wheel bearing go out. So I went in to them, because I didnt have my tools with me. I provided the part numbers that was needed for the job. The labor quoted to me was fair, when they called me to quote the parts, which I had just finished looking up on NAPA ONLINE, I just was looking for parts availability. The gentleman that called me back was having a bit of hard time finding a couple of them. So I helped him get part numbers, just a transposed number. I told him I had just looked up the parts on NAPA. He says yeah thats where I am. He proceeded to quote the parts at $230. Not to bad right. Wrong they had a mark up of just shy of 300%. Remember I said I didnt have my tools with me. I have been in the repair business for over 15 years. I have never seen a mark up that high. I would have been happy to pay even a 150%, however I aint gone pay that much. So I took my truck to another shop that marked my parts up 75%. So in short I wont be back to Les Schwab.

I have never had a bad Les Schwab experience until I went to the Ustick and Eagle store. They did not even have time to check my tire pressure. They said it would be a three hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment, they said it was first come first serve. So really what they were saying was... We dont have time for you and we dont care.Fortunately, the Meridian Main street store was much more courteous and gave me the type of service I have come to expect at Les Schwab.
Dropped Off car for a screw in the tire. I called to check 6 hours later and was told it was the next car in. I called back one hour later and they said it was done. I picked it up and paid...walked out to car and screw was still visibly where is was at drop off. Go to another schwab location other than the eagle/ustick location.
Amazing service until it wasnt. They misdiagnosed a car I was going to buy or thinking of buying. Turned out the car needed thousands of dollars of work underneath from front to back. Ruben, the guy that inspected it said it just might need some struts and shocks because they were original and 3 new tires, but it turns out that it needed absolutely everything plus a fouth Tire. This was found by the tech that pulled it in to fix the struts and shocks. I would have never bought this car if he had not misdiagnosed vehicle. Im still waiting for them to take off struts and shocks and tires off my bill. They come to me for a lot of things and a lot of work, but they need to comp me the rest of the way because this is 100% not my fault. I have been a customer for well over 20 years and my family as well, and I feel like they should stand by their motto Doing the right thing since 1952. Im still waiting to hear back from corporate headquarters about the rest of a refund. Hopefully this will be resolved without me having to take them to court.
