Amazing tea. I missed this from when I was living in Vegas, it’s nice to have a good place to go to again. Cheap prices and good place to go for a conversation or a first date. Quick service. Nice friendly staff

I LOVE this place!!! I love popping Boba, and their teas are amazing! I love both the regular teas and the milk teas. My friend got a coffee the last time we went, a sugar free caramel, and while I dont ever drink sugar free it was surprisingly delicious!

Delicious! That explains this place. I drive 30 minutes just to come get a Thai iced tea with boba. I get mine half sweet, they are always willing to give suggestions of their favorites when Im feeling adventurous. Havent been disappointed with anything Ive had. Worth the drive.

Every single time I visit this place, they have been extremely consistent. I’ve never had a bad experience honestly. I love their milk teas with boba. I’m usually a fan of the Thai tea with boba, which is incredible; however, I recently tried both the Taro and the Almond and they are both so good. The Nutella croissant here is also quite exceptional. I will return in the near future.

As read in other reviews, same thing happened to me. They refuse to add vanilla or milk to your tea but will to your coffee…. It’s very strange policy. And the croissant was ice cold I bought. Not a fan of here… weird you can’t customize or add to your drink even if you pay extra… yikes

Great atmosphere in the evening, not too crowded. Folks working and or studying. Able to talk without feeling like I had to yell. The pastries are phenomenal! I had the one with ham and cheese. The Koign Amann that looks like a muffin was delicious also. My wife had to get another one! And the coffees were well done. Staff was very helpful and patient. They went and took the time to answer some questions I had. Definitely going to come back and try their chai’s and Boba drinks

Urban fox has amazing boba, I have had boba at other places and it always tastes a little on the fake side, with artificial flavors.. Theirs always tastes great and tons of flavor.

I like that they serve both coffee and iced Boba tea. Nice seating areas for conversation. May be quite a wait when they are busier.

They use non dairy creamer. Recommend Thai tea with boba, taro with boba, lavender milk tea with boba, and pineapple blended with mango popping balls.

The coffee is so good. The boba is fresh and perfectly cooked. And the milk tea is so yummy (and lactose free!)

Coffee is ok; customer service was pretty poor.Urban Fox is --intent-- on upholding their mask policy, no mask, no service.Of course, this is fully their choice as business owners to do that- except- when one of their own family members/friends was not also forced to follow this policy.I went in to grab a drink, and did not have a mask with me as I wasnt in my own car and didnt have one.They refused to take my order, even after I asked if they had a disposable one since I truly did not have one. They said no, they dont provide them. Meanwhile, a family member/friend of the owners was sitting on their sofa in the dining area, ordering, walking in the establishment -without a mask-, as Im refused service.As I point this out, the one lady pulls up her jacket over her face, gets her drink and leaves.Wow Urban Fox.

The place itself is great, modern yet cozy.They have dairy free options but no sugar free and I just wished they offered that as well. Also, replace the straws to compostable alternatives, theres a lot of plastic waste being generated with all these plastic tea cups and obnoxiously large straws.

Glad I found this cute place to get my boba craving fixed! Having come from the Mecca of bubble tea, I am extremely picky with my milk tea and would be upset if it is not done as I specify — less sugar and no ice. But they exceeded my expectation!

The Urban Foxs customer service is a joke! All I asked for was to add milk to jasmine tea for my sister, but they REFUSED to do it. In fact, they made it sound impossible. Its just milk people. In the military we used to say the key to military superiority is flexibility. Obviously, the employees here are stuck in a box mindset. Oh, and the tea I did get tasted horrible! Almost like artificial sweetener or something along those lines. Will not be returning.

Been here several times the past year or two, never had any issues. Ive only tried the milk tea with boba or poppers and each flavor is consistently great. Service is always super, staff are hard working and sweet. I think there could maybe be more variety in the flavors, but that aside I have absolutely no complaints!

Such a cute place! I love any coffee shop that offers boba tea. Ive tried the coconut boba (a little on the sweet side) and the earl grey with boba (AMAZING). The atmosphere is relaxing and the decor on point. The price is kinda steep for Meridian, ID, but overall a great place!

One of the great tasting boba tea I have had, comes pretty close to the best ones I have had in Singapore. Yummy! Try popping boba once although original is the best. Neat place to hang out with a nice decor.

If I’m in Meridian/Eagle I will definitely be stopping at Urban Fox, even if it means I have to go out of my way. My favorite drinks are the Short and Sweet and the Honeydew Milk Tea with boba.

Horrible Customer service! I am a reasonable person and understand that at times I have to pay more because of my food allergies. THREE TIMES I HAD TO CHANGE MY ORDER. Usually I don’t mind, it’s no problem. This time I asked for reasonable things. I asked to pay extra for a milk alternative, they said NO.I asked to buy the Boba separately, they said NO. Each time I offered to pay more for what I was requesting they refused to accommodate. DO NOT Go here they won’t accommodate any of your dietary restrictions or allergies even if you are willing to spend more. I even emailed the manager to let them know about their staff. They never emailed me back. It’s clear they don’t care about their customer satisfaction.

I like this place But my last visit here with a friend, they messed up my order. I said I wanted some taro with regular boba and lychee jelly and all I got was just lychee jelly. Pretty disappointed. But I just took my drink and didn’t say anything because they were so slammed and didn’t want to wait for another 10-15 mins.

Location is easy to find, plenty of parking available and enough space inside cafe for visitors.The charging ports are somewhat limited on the back benches and center table sitting, but are provided along the wall.The staff is very friendly and provides suggestions of the most popular items. I enjoyed their lavender milk boba (vegan item). Order was prepared promptly and staff called my name in a clear and direct manner. I stayed for a little over an hour, the business had a balance of very busy and slow times, in which the staff came around to clean sitting area.

It was clean, followed covid guidelines, and everyone was super helpful and friendly

The original milk tea with 75% sugar is very close to what I used to get from the street of China.

I absolutely love Urban Fox. The beverages and other treats they offer are so refreshing and wonderful. The staff is very professional and sweet. I am a very clumsy person and dropped my boba in the parking lot. I came back in to order another and they made it for free. They are very sweet and provide awesome products! 10/10 recommend!!

I cannot say how much I love this place! Its my favorite cafe of all in the world! Everything here is outstanding: employees are so friendly, drinks/pastries are amazingly delicious, and facility is clean. I love how the cafe is decorated with cute plants, lights, and furniture. I come here at least once a week, and I am always welcomed from the workers. I really do recommend coming here, Urban Fox is great for studying, meeting up with a friend, or just coming alone. I wish I could come everyday! The best cafe Ive ever been to! Thank you Urban Fox!

This thing you call Boba Tea has really grown on me. Naturally here in Idaho, we hear about things for years before we often see, let alone taste them. Lone behold, we have Urban Fox! At first I resisted, it was really something my teenage daughter was into. Then... this mom busted, giving in to those mysterious little tapioca orbs! They are dangerously addictive, and come in several flavors and you can even get popping boba (pops like a grape when you bite it) which is a little curious.

Loved their Boba and the staff was incredibly awesome and friendly! Will be back for more!

I didn’t know this place existed till a few days ago and honestly I’m already in love it’s just a short walk away from work and the baristas are super nice even when i seem like an idiot. The atmosphere is so nice and the first time i walked in there were students all in different group spread throughout the place studying and conversing and i thought wow this is such a nice environment i can see why they study here. Definitely going to come back again and again. There drinks are super great and they have a good selection too. 10/10 will be visiting more.

I come here a lot and I absolutely love this place. It has to be my favorite place in the world. I never even thought that I would even like boba because of the texture but after I tried this I had a meltdown in my mouth m, telling me to give it more. This is a great spot for some fresh baked goods and boba! Very well decorated. I like this spot because it is great to relax, or get some homework done. Drinks are 10/10. Home run touchdown goal score. Favorite spot in town.

Excellent. First the drinks... well made with noticeably, flavorful espresso-mild with no burnt tastes, and perfect creamy foam. They make very good lattes, just right. Second... Nice location. Easy to get to, no drive thru, but open 3/4 windows surround the shop. Great outlet hookups for lap tops as well. Workers are very friendly and welcoming. Cool little coffee single serve packets for on the go. Nicely done!

I really recommend Urban Fox Idaho because it has great drinks and foods there; I had the strawberry milk and it was amazing! I also had the sweet toast and it was delicious. Loved this place for their delicious Boba tea! We tried Mango and Coconut flavored milk tea with Boba (my favorite). We also loved the fresh feel and ambience of this place. Definitely going back again to hangout with friends!

Pretty good boba and an awesome cafe but it was way too sweet, the tapioca pearls werent that fresh and they used premade sugary mixes for the tea instead of brewing tea. The matcha was a low grade. I did appreciate that they used a lactose free creamer. Five stars would have looked like freshly brewed tea, Pearls made multiple times per day, sugar and coconut/almond milk versus creamer.
