It was good. The guy was very helpful and my son got 3 games for a great price and shipped to him.Sadly they can only have a limit of 10 so if it is cold out dress warm you could be waiting
Person behind the counter was extremely rude. My husband and I bought our daughter a Nintendo switch. We also purchased 2 games. One of the games our daughter had no interest in. We just wanted to exchange it for the game she wanted. We paid $59.99 for the game she wasnt interested in. The person behind the counter wouldnt exchange it. We ended up with $20 and no game. I feel like we should have gotten a full refund. They didnt honor their return policy and had horrible customer service.

My partner and I waited in line outside to get in because the store was operating a 5-customer maximum limit. That’s fine. We waited patiently outside for our turn.We walked in when cleared to do so, and a tall employee with a scruffy beard asked if we needed anything. I didn’t catch his name. We said we were looking for Zelda stuff. He pointed to a corners in both the front and back of the (very small store). My partner and I made our way down one side of the store and were partially up the other when this employee asked us again if we needed help finding anything. I politely said, “No thanks, just still browsing.” To my total surprise, this dude cops an attitude and replies, “Well, let me know because there IS a line of people waiting outside, sooooo YEAH.”I was caught off guard. An innocuous statement to tell someone, but it was the tone he took. Totally insincere, like this bratty drawl. The heck?Mind you. My partner and I had been in the store less than THREE MINUTES at that point. We weren’t dragging our feet, we were actively looking in the areas the employee told us to look. We were two of five customers in there, and remember, it’s a tiny store. Since he was actively monitoring everyone coming in and out of the store (to keep it under 5 people), there’s no way this employee forgot we were there or lost track of us in that short time.This employee did not seem stressed. Nobody was harassing him or being a nuisance. In fact, the other customers were all totally patient and respectful, including those waiting in the queue outside. Apart from just scowling by the register, he didn’t seem to be doing much work. Well, we overheard him dismiss a very nice mom and her kid looking for a popular game: “It’s almost always out of stock... (Types in system) ... Oh, yep, look at that. Out of stock at all the other Game Stops, too.” It’s not like this guy was overwhelmed. If anything, he seemed resentful that he had to be there at all.I repeat, three minutes my partner and I were on site. Three. We waited outside at least 4X as long to get in. We were not loitering. And anyway, other shoppers were in the store for way longer than we were. Why this guy felt the need to get passive aggressive to us in particular, I have no clue. Nobody else got called out, nor was it suggested to anyone else that they should hurry up and leave.Who even does that? I put down the merchandise I had been planning to buy, turned around, and promptly left.This rude employee needs a reality check. You’re a grown man selling clearance-rack Funkos to toddlers, dude— Get over yourself.
Horrible customer service. Is my second preowned Xbox one X with in a year that had gone bad in a year. The second one died in 60 days.Nobody will even look at my issue. All they say is if it’s outside 30 days or if I didn’t get the extended warranty they can’t do anything for me. I should have got the warranty it don’t remember it being offered. The guy that sold it to me said hang on to the recipes and if anything happens we will take care of it. Looks like that not the case. Don’t buy preowned here if you do make sure you get the warranty. I don’t think there items are quality checked well. Lost my business and a few buddies now that know about this. Wish your service was a little better.
As always this is hands down the best Gamestop in Idaho. Eric runs an amazing place and everyone makes my wife and I feel like family. Cant recommend this gamestop enough

Called to see if they had what I wanted, said they did and when I arrived I was turned away. Happened at 3 other locations as well, dont trust the phone calls, especially if you have to make a longer drive.

Always a great experience with the people at this location which is great because it is the closest one to us. Always upbeat and friendly and know about their games (I know what the name says on their shirts but that doesnt mean they know).

Nolan was extremely rude and was not helpful. Came in with a triune which is sad because the other person there was extremely helpful.
GameStop is a complete rip-off. Its no surprise they are going out of business at many locations because they take their new older games, remove the packaging and put them back on the shelf for $5 more. Everything in the store is 3 to $12 over eBay or Amazon pricing. On average, you could buy three get one free at this pricing, just by ordering online instead. Stop buying from this store and help them go out of business.

Went here to the midnight release of Smash Bros and the staff was super accommodating to everyone in line; they did their best to try and fit everyone inside since it was so cold out. Always have good experiences when i stop by. (^:

My only complaint is this locations current employee Eric, who maybe just always has a poor attitude or just takes his anger out on his customers. Either way I did not appreciate the lack of customer service from Eric. Nobody appreciates someone who acts like they are better then the rest of the world.

I walked into this game stop looking for collectibles. I treated both employees with respect as I went about my shopping. Erik, one of the employees was very disrespectful. Told me he would only sell me one item so he could save the other product for real guests. Im not sure who trained this 45 year old adult but he has picked up some bad habits that are not helping the store. I would recommend another game stop, even if its a farther drive away, its worth the drive. I love game stop, all I ask is to be treated with respect.
I just left this location and the staff were incredibly helpful and none of this review is their fault. I came in today to buy an Xbox one s and outer worlds an almost 300$ purchase. I was told that the only Xbox one s used that you guys have is in the Caldwell store and you guys have no copies of outer worlds for physical purchase. You just lost a 300$ sale and I will take my money elsewhere, thanks for the inconvenience.

Picked up an X-box one for $199 and Red Dead Redemption 2 which is by far the best video game I Have ever played! Had some issues with the purchase but the staff took care of it right away and were very helpful in the process.

Had called in to ask about a game I saw on discount, leaving it at 45 dollars (because of this I figured digital download may be same price), they answered, I asked and was told digital download could be gotten for 45 dollars, I told them I would come in to claim a code, and i did, I ended up being told it was 60 at counter, I played for the game anyways because I was getting it for a friend. 2 days later, while browsing Instagram, I see the same game from the developers for 45 dollars digital download... in other words, I was haggled...
They always have great service and their games are guaranteed to work! If they dont, its so easy to get your money back! Just dont try to return something you bought new...
They gave a decent trade-in price for some old consoles and games and applied it as store credit towards a new purchase that made the visit affordable. The staff was helpful.
Brought six games in that are in perfect condition and yall wanted to give me $2.50 for in-store credit.cant even get one game for that. 3 I bought from you for $30 just a couple weeks ago. Litterally 3days after the return deadline. Didnt want my money back. Just a new game to beat.yall are a joke.

Very Helpful. Was able to look up a game I wanted on their site and have a copy saved for me for cheaper than what Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart were listing. Although the ones near me didnt have said game I was glad to get it for my GF.
Traded in a PS4 system in perfect condition, only to turn around and be sold an Xbox One with a faulty disc tray. Do not trust this store they dont check consoles for issues.

My friend went into GameStop to buy a new Xbox headset that he saw online for $120 and could have held for in store for same day pick up.When he got their, the price was $150 for the same headset and was told that they don’t honor their online prices for in store pickup even though there are ZERO disclaimers.What company doesn’t honor their own online price?Other companies like BestBuy will honor GameStop’s online price but their own company won’t?It’s the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever heard of!

I recommend using the gamestop app to verify your Pro trade I values before trading as they will try to give you a lower trade value via thoer fancy computer system there. Almost got screwed out of a few dollars.
