I hate having my internet worked on seems I have more issues once spark light leaves than before they come. So happy with everything, walked me through everything and even helped me set my ring cameras up again since they never worked once I updated my modem with spark light. Great service highly recommend them!!!

Really nice guy but after having to get a new router our intranet is slower than it has ever been. I did not expect to pay $300.00 and have to troubleshoot things myself. I have since called them, left a message and have not recieved a call back yet

When I visit family in Idaho I bring my computer for Christian to check over and do any repairs needed. Christian checked off my list of tech issues including software install, security upgrade, diagnosing wifi dead spots, and many more tips to make digital tasks easier and safer. Their regular fee is reasonable and they also offer discounts for seniors, teachers, nurses and police officers. I am sure Ill be calling again when I need help.

My bios was failing to load into Windows as my solid state drive had failed. Geek on a Scooter made it fairly effortless, as they went ahead and installed a new solid state drive, reloaded windows for me, added a few extra measures like Avast antivirus, and all in all did a great job servicing my machine and helping with data recovery. I really appreciated Christian and the work he put into fixing my PC. I would recommend them as they did a great job going above and beyond by providing me with a lot of information in regard to apps and other programs that I was using for work during the Covid19 Pandemic. Christian also did a bit extra with some fan work, fixing my fans, re-placing them, and now my machine has never been so silent. It’s like a ninja, a very high powered computing, silent, gaming Ninja. Thanks guys!

The most friendly computer store I have ever contacted. I was just looking for a high end gaming mouse which they didnt have on hand, but they happily refered me to another business who would have one on hand. The lady on the phone was very courteous and kind the whole time. If I fit the demographics that this store caters to then I would be a very satisfied customer for sure. Since I typically work with high end gaming PCs that I build and troubleshoot myself though (and have for decades) I am not the best fit for the demographics of your average person. Keep up the great work, and give that lady who answered the phone a raise or a bonus :)

Horrible place to bring a phone.They charge $35 to plug your phone into a computer and not pull anything up. (I did that at home for free)Dont worry, they tell you they will get right on it when you drop it off.It only takes 5 hours for this to happen. (After you call them)Then you just have to wait until they open on Monday to pick it up because they dont give you time to pick it up on Friday...Only reason Im going back is to pick up my phone.

I have to admit I dont know much about computers, but thats why I hire people to fix mine when it has issues. Geek on a scooter told me my Lenovo needed a new hard drive. I opted for the more expensive of the two options. Well, not only did my Lenovo come home with the geek on a scooter logo and contact information tucked into every nook and folder I opened, and a remote access program still in the system (did he just forget to remove it?), but my brand new expensive hard drive has only 1/3 (one third!!!) the space that my original hard drive had on it! Oh, and this cost me $334.

I am totally satisfied with this place of business. They do a great job,,,and they go over and aboveboard to make sure that I understand everything . I would totally recommend them to anyone who might need some computer repairs or even just some advice.

I have been with Geek On A Scooter (GOAS) going on my 2nd year and have been very extremely happy with the results. My laptop picked up a virus and after a quick call to GOAS they told me to immediately turn off my computer and bring it into their shop. They did a thorough sweep and loaded me an Anti-Virus Software. I had one issue since then and it was me (user error). I clicked when I shouldnt have and new it the second I did it. Another quick call to GOAS and everything was good.I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues or just for preventative measures. The staff is friendly and effiecient.
