Valerie in the Print Center was amazing! I really appreciated her knowledge and helpfulness. Shes a Gem...she definitely went above and beyond for me & I will always remember her awesome customer service!
I am always disappointed when I am sold a warranty that is not what was explained. The UP TO 4 year warranty that is suppose to be ONLY $30 is in fact 2 years for $39.99. I would think the 4 year would hover around $80. WHY they just dont tell you the truth is beyond me. I need to listen to my instinct that it is a SCAM, and will always be a scam. Be smart. Chose other than I did. Thanks Jon. If you think you will need Tech help to install the printer, you wont. Its so easy a baby could do it.

I was happy to receive help from a nice young man ( who I discovered was the assistant manager) Chris Evans today who helped me find a very insignificant item. And was happy to see a large sign over the entrance thanking first responders and health care and essential workers. Idaho is great we love our community and care about our people even in the aisle in our Staples store.
They are very informative and helpful, nice and friendly. I go there for all of my office needs and have never been disappointed with their service.
So I went in, wanted to see how the store employees were doing their jobs and there were rumors as to how they would operate at this location. They were absolutely wonderful. The tall guy in chairs knew his way around, i unfortunately don’t remember his name but it related to a horror movie, and then I went to ask about printers and computers. The tech helped me with printers, very knowledgeable about printers especially hp and brother printers and when I asked which computer would work best when I get a new computer because thanks windows for no longer supporting 7. He offered to look at my computer to determine the best models to work with when I decide to switch. I appreciate their willingness to help me.
Overpriced compared to others. In store prices dont match online prices- dont fall for this. Also, employee extremely rude when speaking to wife and I about mask mandate. Appeared fear based. He needs to stop watching CNN and believing the news. Went to best buy and saved a few bucks. Plus, they offered curbside pickup. Win!
I have used the print service twice this week. Zane is the associate who helped me today. He really saved my bacon on a last minute job that I needed. The high standard of customer service he offered Is rare these days. Thank you, Staples! Thank you, Zane!

Good selection of office chairs, they are currently on special with some 50% off. Staff is friendly and willing to assist, so kudos for that.Getting to the store is a little difficult, by that I mean that the entrance is not as easy or accessible as in other places but not impossible to drive to as it was quite busy.Check out was fast and efficient.
Wow, great customer service! Google showed they are open until 10, but its 9. We were browsing for 40 minutes after 9 and the manager rang up our stuff, then we realized they had been closed. He was incredibly polite and didnt rush us or ask us to leave or anything the entire time. Was calm and cool. I feel bad for keeping him there but he in no way made us feel bad, he was happy to be there and help. Im just so impressed. Thank you!
I went into the store at 815 PM (45 minutes before close) to find a completely dead store. The employees outside of the print center were all in a circle talking about life stuff and the print guy was literally gazing at a computer screen about 5 feet from him... ( not using the computer just gazing...)I went in to have them bind some forms for me and the print guy tells me they can do that. I ask can I get it tonight? Sorry we can have it to you by tomorrow before close. .....Binding takes like 5-10 minutes max. There is no one else in the store and they are obviously not working on anything so I am not sure why they could not help me. So I say Okay I will go somewhere else. He responded with okay! If one of my employees let money walk out the door because they didnt want to work I would fire them..I wont be back...
I am surprised at the reviews. I live near this Staple and I have always felt help was easy to find, the printing section is very helpful, the employees are kind, helpful and what I need is in stock. My only complaint is for the people who designed the roads so poorly and it takes effort to go certain directions to get in and out of the parking lot. The roads are not a Staples problem.....
It was very good. The salesman took extra time to help me with my printer problems and I will return and get the printer he suggested. Thank you very much. We like this store better than the one on Millwalkie.
Vincent earned the 5 stars with how he addressed an issue I had with the copy center. There was an issue, we discussed how to make it better and agreed on a resolution. If this was handled differently then I would not be coming back.
I had ordered a 2018-2019 day planner on-line and received a 2017-2018. I called the manager (Doug) explained my dilemma. He suggested I come to the store and it would be resolved. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
I was up here on a visit to see family but needed a few supplies and their customer service was amazing overall. The cashier I was with alright but she got me through in a speedy, but very polite manner.

Staples has great variety and sale prices that are very competitive. Corner location with good access. Newer store with great layout. Technology savvy staff
The service was quick but sales persons were a little odd and seemed robotic. Like it didnt matter what you said they had a script and were sticking to it. But at least it didnt last all that long

Tried to have something printed there. The woman working the print desk said she didnt know how to print from a disc. When you dont know how to do something there is still a way to be polite. She didnt know how to do her job and didnt care either.

This is been the worst experience Ive ever dealt with as far as a return policy goes. I paid for an extended warranty through Staples on a paper Shredder. The shredder Went Out 3 weeks after buying it and they did not want to return me my money. I recommend nobody going to Staples
Customer Service leaves much to be desired. I was making copies and asked about certifying a package and got only a no we dont answer. Even with management standing right there no more information was given. Then I walked over to look at high end all in one printers but no one came to offer assistance. I perused two more aisles and still no one offered to help. Only when I was leaving the store did someone greet me. It wasnt busy. So there was no logical reason I could see for the disinterest. What they dont know is, i am shopping to supply a new clinic...they could have made a very large sale today but I will go elsewhere.
I went in to get copies made at 735 pm on Saturday night and was told by the gentleman behind the counter that he was too busy and couldnt help me because he didnt have time and sent me to the self serve area. He didnt even bother to ask how many copies I needed or even look at what I needed printed. I left the store and took my money elsewhere.

When I came in it seemed like compared to the previous reviews that there was a reorganization going on there are a lot of young blood working in the store so perception of knowledge might vary among the customers. These guys and gals were on their game. They were a huge help.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a print before 4 (website said it would ready by 8); however, when I arrived they had not even started printing my order. Then they informed that it would cost $77 to rush a $12 print for tonight or ~$50 for tomorrow. I ordered this print TODAY with plenty of time for them to print it. Cant believe the completely unprofessional staff who work at this location. Horrible customer service.
Staples is losing touch. I was asked at checkout, Did you find everything you needed today? I said No and like a robot the lady ignored my answer and proceeded to ask her next question about a Staples membership.Also, they apparently dont print on demand anymore at their copy center. For 50 quick copies they wanted to charge me extra for a rush job and it still wouldnt be ready for an hour. I used to get this type of job done on the spot all the time. And no, there werent any jobs ahead of mine. The printers werent printing and the employees werent busy.
The store is very organized, so it was really easy to find what I wanted. My USB C to USB 2.0 works great for Android Auto
One copy machine for public use and it didnt work right. Very poor service and lack of customer concern. I wont RETURN ever again. Will go to Office Depot or some other place that cares for their customers.
Please tell me how “one hour guaranteed” even means anything when your staff “doesn’t know how to do it”. I just wanted a damn business card sized item printed. Maybe train your staff or don’t tell people you can accommodate things when you can’t. And don’t let your staff say you call and leave messages to “notify” when you DIDNT! That’s happened on multiple occasions that you claim to have called and never did.

I only needed to print 2 documents and after 30 min In this facility I still have not even mangaged to do so !!Instead they felt it more of a necessity to throw all their merchandise at me!!So here I had with a 30 dollar USB with no documents still what a waste of space please avoid this sess pool of failure

Rude staff, terrible printing.We go to staples every once in a while to have some things printed off in cardstock. The last few times weve been in, they say they are backed up, but nothing is printing. Then they lectured us about cardstock and this and that. They really didnt treat us like customers at all. We will not be revisiting this location again.
