From start to finish, my experience was great! Front staff was friendly and efficient getting me checked in (it was my first time there). Star explained everything as we went through the different tests - very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Randall was thorough and made recommendations on what I needed. Period. My experience with Bethany in optical was fun! She was patient and I found a pair of frames I love. Everyone was extremely welcoming with a smile!I definitely recommend Paramount if your looking for a positive experience and an awesome staff and doctor.

Dr. Stevens was a pleasure to work with. Hes patient in his explanations and is fun to talk to as he work. His staff is also a pleasure to work with. They are extremely nice and are willing to listen to any concerns you have. All in all, I highly recommend this practice if youre looking for a new optometrist.

Dr. Randall is exceptional and really helped diagnose issues that I have had other doctors look at without anything other than a prescription update. There are other highly rated eye doctors offices in the area, but Paramount Eye care has proven to be more than just a highly rated facility. They care. Dr Randall is incredible.

Exam and environment is fine. The staff is frustrating to talk to, 5 weeks to receive glasses, minimal communication, and a random mid-day meeting preventing me from getting my glasses when I can finally do so. Probably bad luck, but just a negative experience overall with this place.

I didnt get good service at Paramount Eye Care in Meridian. Their front office never called me to tell me that my contacts were backordered for 3 weeks, and then they got argumentative when I called to find out where they were. Once they made the sale, they seemed to just not care. I feel Paramount Eye Care is invested in a belief system that the customer is always wrong. Not so, Paramount! In my opinion, your staff needs to be retrained in the tenets of good customer service.

I had a severe eye infection last Friday. My wife called Paramount Eye Center. The staff immediately got me in to see Dr. Randall for treatment. The quick response of the staff and Dr. Randall averted a major eye injury. He immediately put me on antibiotics and drops to reverse the pain and infection. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Randalls quick treatment saved my right eye. Awesome staff that really care as soon as you step in Paramount Eye Center you feel a sense of customer loyalty from the beginning. Dr. Randall called me on his day off willingly to meet me if my eye got worse. His treatment and quick decisions reversed my infection. He is the only one who I feel honestly cares and remembers his patients. Very easy to communicate with. As someone who enjoys building relationships with the various health care providers in my life, for some reason I have never felt the need to have a strong relationship with my eye doctor. Frankly, my choice of eye clinic hinged largely on its proximity to my work. However, after receiving a recommendation from a friend to give Paramount Eye Care a try, even though it was a significant distance from my office, I decided to give them a try. We had a great experience with my daughters exam and contact fitting. Another office we tried a year ago was very pushy with sales. We left them and tried Paramount Eye Care. It was a relief to not feel hustled and pushed like we were before. Great staff, the prescription was just right, and we were able to get an appointment time that worked for us. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the care Dr. Randall is providing us with. My husband thought he needed cataract surgery, but Dr. Randall changed the prescription our previous optometrist had given him and his vision is now terrific, He recommended some new drops for my dry eye and they have helped. He is very Knowledgeable and friendly. He really listens to what you are telling him.

Dr. Randall is the BEST! I will never go to anyone else. My four kids and I all wholeheartedly recommend him. My little kids like him even better than the Pediatric Ophthalmologist weve been to. He is so gentle and sweet with little children, that they just love him (plus you dont have to wait five months to get an appointment!) The staff is amazing too. I still cant get used to the fact that they all remember our names - even when we pop in at an unexpected times. Its not that were memorable, its that they actually care. Amazing!

The great reviews are 100% merited! I took my elderly mom to Paramount Eye Care, and I also went to there for myself. My mom has special vision needs, and Paramount improved her vision significantly. Ive had many exams over the years! I love the accommodating people here. I dont want drops and I get my glasses at another place but there never is any negative comments or facial expressions. My daughter and I both had appointments with Dr. Randall on February 12, 2018 and absolutely loved him. He is friendly, honest and didnt just try to sell us glasses. The office staff was great. Our appointments were schedule within the time frame we needed and when we arrived for our appointment they got us both right in. His technology is up to date and his location is even better. We didnt really have an actual eye doctor until now but we will definitely be writing Dr. Randall down from here on out.

I recently went to Paramount Eye-Care-Meridian for an examination and new prescription. My appointment with Dr Randall and his staff was truly superb. I was given a thorough examination, Dr. Randall explained all the results to me, then completed the testing for an updated prescription. I submitted this prescription to the VA and received my new glasses. I returned to Paramount for adjusting the frames. The techs that assisted me were very courteous, pleasant and adjusted my glasses to a much better fit. Thanks to Dr. Randall and his team for excellent service. I have gone to see Dr. Randall at Paramount Eye Care for myself, my wife, and my son, and we love this place. Luke is wonderful in explaining the tests, what exactly the results mean, and he gives his take on what he would do if he was in the same situation. Luke was great about making our 5 year old, at the time, comfortable and wanting to get the tests done.Not only is Luke amazing, but his staff is wonderful and willing to work with you to find the right glasses. I continue to go to Paramount and dont plan to ever change eye doctors or offices.

Dr Randall came highly recommended and now we know why. He and his staff were very kind and helpful. The care and attention we received were excellent. We recently moved to this area and needed to find new doctors. It is always difficult to start over, but Dr Randall has made this an easy transition.

Since I have already written a review for Paramount Eye Care and Dr. Randall, I will now focus on my most recent trip to pick up my first pair of glasses. The glasses were perfect in every way! They look really good, they fit perfectly and the prescription is absolutely perfect! The young lady I met with there was helpful, professional and well suited for her job! I will definitely give them all of my future eye care business!

I had no idea that when a customer goes in to order glasses you sometimes get to have the ones right off their display cases. These were the words of the lady in charge of ordering my sons glasses. I was rejecting this practice because the ones my child chose were crooked touched by all other customers. I felt like I had to argue a little to have her order new glasses. She tried to reassure me that they were going to straightened them out .It reminded me of when I ordered my glasses two years ago, the ones on display were too tight on the sides, and had to order one size bigger. when I received my new glasses they were still tight. They kept reassuring me they were new and tried to adjust the tightening I felt around my ears. With all honesty, I kept them because I felt like I was complaining. Within months the metal connected with the screw started to come off. Probably from the various adjustments. These were like about $600 dollar glasses some which Insurance paid. They were so uncomfortable I hardly wore them, instead I wore my contacts. They ordered new glasses for me and I had no issues at all. I paid zero because it was still under warranty. I still have them and wear them today Sept 30,2018. It makes me wonder if my glasses were in fact from the display case. I have reasonable suspicion but I dont know if it is a fact. Please dont assume my experience will be yours. Dr. Randall is an awesome eye doctor I completely and totally go to him still. I trust him with my entire family and will continue to do so.

Dr. Randall is a knowledgeable and thorough eye Dr. We are a family of five and my three boys have all been to him. He found two unusual eye conditions with two of my sons. One condition, from what I understand from others, is a difficult diagnosis. The treatment of this condition has greatly improved my sons eyesight, school work and confidence. Highly recommend Dr. Randall.

I think that Dr. Randall and his staff do an exceptional job with the quality that they provide. To have all levels of staff as well as the provider make a patient feel that they are the primary concern is difficult to achieve, but they do a great job. I have not had any complex medical issues handled by Dr. Randall so I can not speak to issues beyond normal eye care and preparing for Lasik surgery, but the quality of care that I and my wife have received there almost always starts with the provider seeking to be someone who is highly competent in their field. I would happily recommend them for peoples eye care needs.

Both my wife and I had an appointment. It was great because they were open late so I didnt have to miss work. Plus, they had plenty for our toddler to do (not that we didnt bring our own toys, but others toys are somehow better) to keep him busy. They were speedy with their services and friendly at all times. And they had complimentary snacks we could reward our toddler with if they were behaved, which worked fantastically.

Beautiful office, great staff, kid friendly, affordable, great care. I didnt think my 3 year old son should get an exam because I thought youd have to be able to read letters. While getting the rest of the family checked, I decided last minute to have him checked too. Boy, Im glad I did. He had a lazy eye that no one knew about because it wasnt crossing. Even though youre kids cant read letters, get their eyes checked. The longer you wait on something like that, the less able you are to correct the problem. So glad we went, we will definitely be back, and Ive already recommended it to my friends and family. Great place!

Dr Randall and his staff are professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. We had a great experience and will be using Paramount for all our eye care. My college aged daughter was complaining of eye-strain (two days before heading off to school, and Dr Randall was able to fit her in.....she needed glasses! No more eye strain either.

Paramount Eye Care was a GREAT experience!! I neglected to see an eye doctor for more than 10 years and I desperately needed a check up! Dr. Randall and his secretary were so wonderful and accommodating. I was able to bring my daughters with me to my appointment because of the wonderful playroom. It has a Wii, TV, puzzles, toys, etc. My girls keep asking to go back! Dr. Randall has some great technology that made the visit quick and pleasant. He described my vision problems in great detail and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Randall and his team to anyone in need of any eye car.
