Quick place to pull off the highway and get gas and snacks/drinks. Restrooms were reasonably clean and the convenience store was well stocked.

No problems here. I was able to fuel up and get some food in under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and the place clean in area I was in. The outside had descent lighting but definitely could be better. The fuel prices were definitely the cheapest in the area this time.

Dont waste your time at this location. Spent 50 minutes fueling because pump was only pumping 1 gallon per 40 seconds and then shut off completely before I finished so still had to change pumps and pay fuel card fees twice.When I reported it I was told they already knew about it but apparently could not be bothered to block the lane to let drivers know.While there they disconnected the hose to the pump beside me,once again, not blocking off the pump so drivers knew not to use that lane. Made for a dangerous situation as drivers backed out to find another pump.

Will never stop here again. Last night I was going to pay for parking. Called and was told there was reserve parking, only to show up and reserve parking was full. Parked in front of a pump last night that was blocked off and was told by the night shift that the pump was down and it was ok to park there since people parked in reserve didnt pay and they didnt feel like moving them. This was at 2am in the morning. Was woken up by a driver at 8am this morning because by some miracle the pumps were opened back up in the morning. I called inside and got a rude lady on the phone saying she didnt know why the pump was blocked off and that it was working. I had only gotten 5 hours of sleep so I am not extremely happy and this is not a normal place for me to park. The bathrooms were disgusting and had not been cleaned. This place needs better staff. As a driver, I need sleep and lack of sleep is not good in my line of work. Just another truck stop on my do not go list.

Stopped on our way to smoky mountain. Neat and clean. Staff very courteous. They also have a subway meal station inside as part of the store. Overall great!

Came in about midnight to get fuel and drinks, probably 8 or more people in line with one person at counter I ask if she had help and she shrugged her shoulders so I ask if their was a manager on duty she pointed at a gentleman and I ask him can we get any help up here to speed up the transaction as the young lady was struggling with the register to the point she let one customer go without paying do to her frustration, the manager informed me they couldnt do anything until 1215am unfortunately sounds typical of the pilots very poor service. That makes zero sense to me that a company as to stop transactions until a certain time ....

Pilot/Flying J employee should be trained NOT to use their foot to step on towels to clean the bathroom floors, using the same towels someone will use next time to dry themselves after taking a shower. I notice this trend at multiple locations!

Well, I tried to buy gas twice. The pump was probably malfunctioning, but the clerk didnt seem to understand or care. And the fountain drink machine was out of order. The only positives were the clean restrooms and expanded selection of hot foods.

Clean restrooms nice people, grabbed a breakfast burrito and it was missing half the ingredients and was falling apart. I grabbed two of them and both where missing ingredients.

Shout out to JaMarcus! He was a major help I appreciated every minute of his time. Give that man a raise!!

All showers are dirty. 4 people waiting. Asked employees and every one of them acted offended. Nobody cleaning showers. Standing here waiting and wasting time. EXACTLY WHAT YOU CAN ALWAYS EXPECT HERE

Really nasty and dirty coffee machines, 3 coffee machines there and none of them are clean. So disgusting

I love stopping here to pick up some food and drinks. They have a Subway inside which is also another option. Restroom and showers are always clean. To put diesel sometimes there is a line but over all great truckstop!

My husband and I were there about an hour ago. This pilot is unacceptable for the standards the company holds. Most of the pumps didnt work or had issues. Trash overflowing outside, and dirty. The coffee is horrible, the employees are rude and only one register open. I asked for help and the one employee told me he didnt have a drawer. We also bought some bacon and eggs, bacon was great, the eggs had so much pepper in them that it was unbearable to eat.

Please educate and train your cahiers. Basic customerv service. Same goes to subway.

Last few times there I have constantly ended up on pumps that don’t work outside and waste to much time having to go in wait in line to prepay which also explains the extra long wait time behind someone at the pump. I’ve seen several drivers just leave as I have because of this problem

Ive seen my fair share of subpar Pilots over the years but this one is in the running for worst. 2 Diesel pumps broken. The one I used was leaking. Inside Both cashiers at subway ignored me and another customer and cashier at counter was playing on her phone. Ill be bypassing this one in the future

Horrible all around! Employees are flat out mean to guests & talking across the store to one another about how fun last night was. One cashier had a loud arguement with a customer & explained that she was hungover. The fuel pumps dont work! Dirty facility, dirty attitudes!

I drove from Alaska to Florida, from Boston to San Diego, i know every corner of North America. So I know what I am talking about. Came here for shower and coffee. All staff workers greeting you at the door, all of them was so kind and welcoming everyone. They work so hard to treat you as a King and Queen, WOW!!! I wish I have this professionals at my company. So, showers was super clean and ready to use, water temperature great, towels fresh and clean, wait time was less than a minute, and that was Friday noon. Coffee taste delicious, they also serve fresh baked cinnamon rolls, they have Subway in the store. Great Truck Stop, and fuel oasis for your needs. Recomend it to you!

I couldn’t get out of my spot truck had me block in asked the cashier help me and she said that she was the only one here no police and no help to move truck I won’t come back here. Ps. U guys need to hired some help that r nice

Nice Pilot after repair. They have 3 bays repair shop where I replaced steering tires on my truck.Friendly people work here. Also they have lowest fuel price in area.

This is a very nice Pilot Travel Center. Clean bathrooms, very polite staff, and hot fresh dinner platters to go if your hungry.

This place will cheat you on the Mtn Dew buy one get one, the register gives you 2 for 3.50. I refused it and no good customer service.

Great staff clean restrooms. The bad thing is that I went to get a hot dog but the condiments are in bottles. There was mustard on the katchup and vice versa. With covid and dealing with it myself all pilots should switch to packets at least for now. I threw away the dog and told the clerk and she just shrugged and tried to charged me $5 for a $2 water. Will not be getting anything other than fuel from here again.

I stopped at the shop to get some trailer lights and tires replaced. The manager Jesse and the technician Kenny were prompt, professional, and got me on my way expeditiously.

The worst truck stop ever, pumps are always broken, I wish the place would burn down so I wouldnt have to stop there, just the tire shop, I had a flat tire, The guy before he jacked up the truck is telling the tire has to replaced with a new one, it had bolt in it 1/4 inch in diameter, all it needed was plugged, company told him to patch it, that was 6 weeks ago tire is doing good, he gets a kick on all he sells

Reserved a parking space early in the day, knew I was going to arrive late. I arrived at 2am all reserved spots were full, I parked at diesel island, went in and told the clerk I had reserved a parking spot and all were full and she said there was nobody to go out and move whoever did not pay, said if I wanted a refund I said I want to go to sleep thats why I reserved parking spot ahead of time to guarantee me I had somewhere to park. She said sorry and that was it, had no choice but to park on the side of the interstate, so unsafe but I had no choice was out of hours and clerk didnt help...horrible place will never stop here again.

Horrible service. The 2 young ladies that my wife and I dealt with were rude and acted like they didnt care nor would they ever care. Simply worst service I ever had hands down!!!!! We always stop there in Meridian on the way to Corinth, but not any more!!

Friendly staff, and the roast beef was VERY good and tender, I smelled it as soon as I walked in. The truck lot was nice and clean too. I just wish they would add a fountain drink to the meal. Advertisement said save when you buy any drink ($10 meals w/ 2 sides dont come with a drink, but the portions are good). I got no kind of discount. But, i was still happy with the quality and experience. Keep up the good work!

All the employees are worthless and dont care for the person to person interactions, the prices are too high and are meant for better paid visitors (professional drivers) and it pushes the traveling and local visitors to buy from the Subway restaurant because its an affordable option. The Subway and DELI area are always a mess. There are actual roaches coming out of the walls and crawl on the coffee, soft drink, and slushie machines. The restrooms are never maintained and have graffiti and feces on the walls. Finally, the management is dismissive and give out corporate phone numbers to customer service hotlines that never resolve the issue, just to finish their interaction with any upset visitors.

Pretty Hard To Get Someone To Answer The Phone

As usual, everything was clean, stocked and, well merchandised. The ladies restroom was also clean and stocked. I was able to find everything I wanted and while I was making my selections, I overheard several exchanges between the staff and customers. In each case, the staff member was courteous and helpful. In one case, the staff member exhibited a huge amount if patience with a customer who was clearly antagonistic. I was impressed with her customer service skills. Check out was fast, accurate and, efficient all the while being friendly and courteous.

I dont know how all these great reviews are on here. This place is always nasty every time we stop here. The cashier tried to double charge us at check out and tried to mumble the price where we might not notice, but we did notice and she had to fix it. The handles to the coolers were sticky and so were the floors. The trash cans at the pumps were full and also no paper towels in the dispensers at any of the pumps. The Ladys restroom was nasty and so was the Mens. There were bugs floating in the water at the fountain. This was all at 1930 at night on Sunday March 1st, 2020. I will never stop here ever again.

We ate at subway inside the pilot. The food was prepared correctly and my family enjoyed the quick meal as we traveled. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because the employees consistently blamed all issues on the opposite shift workers. I honestly dont need to hear a bunch of workplace disputes and issues when trying to order a sandwich.

I stop at this Pilot often when traveling to Louisiana or Miss.. this particular location is in Meridoan Miss. I love this store. It has everything from snacks to showers and washer and dryers. Gas up your ride, take a break and get a meal or snack. I hate they tore down the pecan tree grove to build a truck repair shop next door!! It also had a daog walker area.. all of those things are no longer avail..

Decent on the inside. Remodeled inside the store. Filthy outside. Trash cans overflowing. Stray plastic bags caught on tree branches. Solicitor hanging out outside the store. Trash in the parking lot. Fuel pump didnt work.Inside is well kept and well staffed but the outside really makes me ask, How could anyone let it get this bad out here? It would take me a full day or two to clean the parking lot and landscape the way it needs to be.

Clean restroom, and good fuel. Had an issue with gasoline pump #16. It would not accept my cards for payment. I had to go inside to leave a deposit then pump, and then return inside to retrieve a receipt for purchase. I had had the same issue a week ago, so that showed no one fixed the problem.

Our usual stop going to Georgia 3 or 4 times a year. Great prices for gas, cigarettes, and food. Staff is always friendly. Store bathrooms, parking lot is always clean.

Super busy when I stopped here. I got an ice coffee. Which was very good. They made sure to greet every customer as they came in. And had plenty of people at the cash register. Good job!!

I personally only use pilot or Flying J and Ive been driving big wheels for over 20 years and I have never been to a Pilot as good as the Pilot in Meridian MS. Nice atmosphere, attentive and pleasant staff, you can get in and out in a timely manner and even get into a clean shower in reasonable time. By far in my opinion this is the best Pilot in the US.

Pilot is one of the great road stops while traveling. They offer so much more than gas. I love them

My experience at this pilot was superior. I found the staff was very friendly and professional. The facility clean and tidy. They have a cafe inside with pizza and other comfort foods, nothing fancy but better than a lot of truck stops. They also have Subway as usual. No complaints.

I love to stop at Pilot stores on my MANY road trips. They are always courteous and this is a well run store. Weve been here before and will continue to stop here on our travels. The efforts made to make weary travelers feel welcome does not go unnoticed at this store.

Been driving for nearly 4 years now. Have to stop here somewhat often due to companies fuel solution. Not one single time has there been anything warm/hot to eat after at night. Other than that the place is now remodeled and decent. Just dont expect to get anything to eat if its late.

The employees is so, so helpful and nice. If there is anything they can help you with (whatever problem may be) they will try and fix it. They go out of their way to make U feel less stress. They are just awesome.

There was this guy worked there name Thomas, he was awesome!! He was always busy, and when the lines got too long, he would stop instantly what he was doing and open another cash register. Nice job guy!!! I love black men who represent our race in a positive manner.

I stopped here on my way out of town to use the restroom. This Pilot has recently been renovated and it definitely shows! The restrooms were very clean. There are several options for food, as well. This truck stop is a great location for both locals and travelers just passing through.

Husband & I stopped here for showers & food. We can do both in about 50 minutes on average but not here. When we walked in there was one person waiting on a shower & 3 open doors. They guy cleaned one & disappeared. After 25 minutes, I finally asked management if someone was going to clean them, by now there were 5 people waiting. The guy cleaned one disappeared again. We asked for a second towel, never got one. Two people, one towel, no bath mat, it was horrible!! It took us an hour & 20 minutes to just get a shower. We didnt eat, we just left. They had plenty of people working as well so they were not understaffed just people who didnt care. There were 6 people waiting for showers when we left. Im never stopping here again.

Great prices on everything from their tobacco to drinks. Fuel prices are reasonable and the stop is quick and convenient. They have an extensive line of products to chose from. The showers and bathrooms are clean and parking lots are too. Staff is kind and work hard here. I like the pilot, I only wish they gave points as generously as the loves. That would make me a regular customer.

Gas was avertised for $1.89.9. I got 2.779 for 6$ I do believe the pilot travel center beat me out of some gas on Christmas day.

Great truck stop fairly new come to the Subway sandwich shop as well. Pleanty of parking for cars and trucks. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff and easy to get to from I 20. Fuel prices are competitive for the area. Will definitely have to remember this one next time through.

Always a great place to stop when traveling. Very friendly staff that welcomes you as you walk thru the door. The hot dogs and tornados are the bomb. You have to try them to see what I mean

The whole place have changed since I was here three months ago...I saw smiling & helpful faces willing to help anyway they can. And the bathroom is AMAZING..it was clean and smell fresh. The cashier and the guy serving at the counter was very helpful and always smiling...thank you for hiring employees that make your company look good and work to please your customers.. They all deserve a Bonus.

Traveling for 12 hours.. stopped for a drink and found some delicious fresh homemade roast beef with mashed potatoes and mac n chz. Yo!!!! It was Awesome!! Safe travels!!

Cleaner than most, Friendly staf, buffet was decent, but your meatloaf tasted more like pork and beef mix. Cinnabons were left uncovered most of the day for or flies to enjoy. Also it is not a good practice to not wash what appears to be unused, untouched towels because bacteria sticks to moist surfaces. Also train your staff to sleep in the corners where grime collects. I hope this establishment pays its staff at least $15.00 Hr. They all worked hard and never stood around. I do recommend stopping in.

Once again PILOT stepped up when I needed to answer the call the bathrooms were CLEAN well. NO WATER TO SLIP AND FALL INthe staff was ULTRA FRIENDLY I mean FRIENDLY one suggestion the new cappuccino flavor they just got in and it was ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR it had COCONUT in it and if I wasnt older than dirt I could probably remember what it was calledbut it was wonderful anyhowyall gives PILOTS A TRY they also have some pretty good food lots of souvenirs INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS they have SHOWERSSTOP in the next time GAS PRICES are great and enjoy PILOT TRAVEL CENTER

Stopped for fuel during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and personable, and made their customers feel welcome. The store was clean and well-maintained. We ate lunch at the Subway inside the store.

So disappointed!! My family travels quite a bit across this country and we stop at many Pilot/Flying J stations. At this particular station I accidentally left my favorite sunglasses in the restroom. After we left and I realized what I had done, I called the store. The gal that answered found my glasses but could not send them to me. Apparently that is not a policy of the store. I asked if she could mail it to me on her own and she said no. I called two additional times hoping someone would be kind enough to mail them to me. I offered to PayPal money to cover the expense of mailing them AND their time and kindness. Two times a manager was supposed to return my calls and I have heard NOTHING from this store. I am so disappointed at the lack of kindness and compassion toward their customers. I am so disappointed I could get no one to return a call or help me get my sunglasses back. I have encouraged my family and everyone I know to instead stop at a place where people actually care.

Clean and EfficientIm from the UK and not used to such a clean Truck Stop. Staff were polite and very helpfull. There is a large range of Transport goods and food on offer.Well worth a stop.

WOW! The remodel Really amped up the the number of employees, service, cleanliness and most of all fresh CINNABON selection! Several kinds of hot coffee 24/7. Awesome Fresh cooked breakfast and lunch items as you watch! Lots of parking now and all updated equipment. Subway also on sight. Really excited to have this up to date change in or small town. DONT DRIVE PAST IT! ONE THE ONLY PLACES IN OUR CITY THAT IS EXCELLENT FOR BUS LOADS OF PEOPLE!!

I love their chicken pot pie soup! The restrooms were clean. It was well lit. They offer a wide variety of amenities. The souvenir section was adorable.

Easy in easy out . The fuel Island was playing although out of paper towels as usual per pilot planning I think LOL just kidding but after I did pull up to go in and use the clean restroom. The maintenance man was out ensuring that the trash cans were empty and the paper towels refill and they window washer fluid refill also all in all not a bad stop thank you for hiring the maintenance people to keep up the place

This location is a terrific travel center. There is multiple food options including Pizza, Subway, and more. The facilities are clean and well lit and the staff warm and friendly. This pilot is now a permanent stop when I drive through Mississippi.

Clean location. Clean restrooms. (Thank you!) Lots of people here even late (not desolate). Well lit. Good price for location given others are closed late/night early morning. They have frequent user rewards.

Great full service gas station. The personnel were nice and pleasent. Very accommodating considering the crowd of people that showed up from the Essence Trip on their way home. Staff need to be commended on their actions.
