I give them one star because I cant give them a 0.They no longer accept walk in so if youre not a business whos got an account with them dont even bother going to them and wasting your time. I used to shop there at least twice a month or more. Obviously Fastenal as a company no longer wants The small mans business. I guess our money is not as good as The big business.I will gladly take my business to Tacoma screw far better company with far better prices. I just have to drive a little bit Farther but itll be well worth it in the end.

Great service. Helped us out even a little passed their closing time. Definitely would recommend!

This store has employees who seem to act bothered if you ask for assistance and although they have some items in stock, you usually have to wait for many items to be ordered (if Im going to wait 2 days, Im buying it on Amazon for less than half the price). Also, I fought my way through traffic to make it there by 5 oclock, only to find their door locked at 4:54 (10-09-2019), and they wouldnt come to the door. Very disappointed and will never be back!

Waited for over 10 minutes for the desk attendeant to look away from her computer put down her phone to acknowledge I was alive. Time for some Custer service training Fastenal.
