INCREDIBLE Customer service!!! Alex was precise, explained everything to me and I found out that I dont need a new seal or a new garage door! He even installed my new garage door control! He did not charge me anything!Dont bother calling anyone else??? Another garage door company told me I needed a new seal, $475.00 OR replace the whole door for $3800.00????

Garage door team came to my house within the hour to fix my torsion spring on my garage. Normally, I take care of these things myself, but it was my birthday and I headed out on a date. GDT was fast, quick, and high value. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Our garage door was having trouble opening.Quickly diagnosed the problem was with the spring. Quickly replaced that spring and tuned it as well as our other garage door, all at a reasonable price.

Same day service. I contacted Alex at 330 and he was here by 430 and done by 545. Replaced the main spring mechanism lubricated the track and did the same lubrication to the other door. Excellent workmanship.

Spring on garage door busted late in the evening (scared me to death, so loud). Called Alex the next morning and he was able to make it over in the morning to provide a free quote. A spring broke this Thursday morning, I called a couple other garage door companies for repair and they couldnt make it until the middle of next week, since Labor Day is on Monday. So, I contacted Alex at Garage Door Team and he was at our residence within 2 hours. Springs replaced and garage door working perfectly again. They were able to come quote my broken garage door within 15 minutes of my calling them, gave me my options and weren’t pushy about up selling me at all. When I told Alex that I just needed a functioning door for the next three years (as we plan on selling soon) he told me he could make that happen today for $85.
