I had a hearing test and I was treated in a caring way and they answered my questions. It was a good experience. I really like the Audiologist Brenda Mercer.

Santa and Mrs. Claus love all the staff at the Meridian Elks Hearing and Balance. They are always so helpful and sweet. It is almost like going to see old friends to have an appointment. Shannon Gower has serviced us for years and is just a gem. Everyone there is nice but she is special to us. We feel our hearing issues are in the best of hands with Shannon. She has made all the difference in the world for our work with children each Christmas.

Of course I love this office and especially Mr. and Mrs. Claus! Im lucky to get to work somewhere I really enjoy my co-workers and patients!

I absolutely love this medical center overall, with extremely helpful secretaries who are very friendly and accommodating, but my experience with their audiologist, Kate Savage, is what will bring me back to visit them all again. Kate was an astounding mix of professionalism and friendliness. I felt comforted with my fear of wearing hearing aides for the first time, and I also left Kates office with no questions! Kate took her time in making sure I understood all aspects of my hearing aides, what my hearing test meant, and also what it could mean for my hearing in the future. Even after I left the office, I received a phone call from Kate herself (not a secretary, but the doctor herself!) to see if I was wearing my hearing aides, and to check in on how my process was going. This truly made me feel taken care of. Go see Kate Savage and you will not be disappointed in the slightest!

I love the Meridian Elks Hearing & Balance Center! From the time you get there and check in until the time you leave, you are made to feel extremely welcome. The receptionists are so friendly and down to earth that you feel you could just sit down and have a cup of coffee with them. And the audiologist and the rest of the staff make you feel the same way! Kate Savage (Christiaens) went above and beyond her role as an Audiologist. She was patient, compassionate, understanding, informative, answered all our questions and LISTENED to us. Kate seemed to know exactly what I was experiencing during the demo and gave suggestions to improve the experience. Yesterday I was given a hearing test by Dr Kate Savage. The test was very comprehensive and she explained everything in good detail. Overall, it was a wonderful and helpful experience!

I have totally lost all hearing in my left ear. Shannon Gower fitted me with some loaner Bi-Cross hearing aid and let me try them for several weeks. These hearing aids transfer sounds from the left side to the right side hearing aid. I was greeted by a very courteous, gracious receptionist when I walked in, treated by a very friendly and courteous audiologist. Overall I was given outstanding service. Couldnt ask for anything better

The staff at Elks Hearing and Balance are Class A people. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the Audiologist go above and beyond to help you. From fitting you in for a last minute hearing test, to letting you drop by unannounced for a re-tubing of your hearing aid mold. They are always professional and kind. I would recommend them to everyone, especially Kate - she is awesome.

Just had my 6 month checkup. As always the staff was friendly and efficient. My audiologist took the time to ask about how I am using my aids and had some good suggestions for fine tuning. She even made an adjustment that should make it easier to hear my wife. Looking forward to that.

What I liked most was the fact that there was no high pressure sales pitch to buy hearing aids after my hearing test. I have only mild hearing loss, and the audiologist made sure I understood that I could get them if I wanted them, but I didnt NEED them yet.I recommend anyone who wants a hearing test come here.

Everything about the place from the lobby to the medical stations was first class. My treatment experience with Dr. Kate Savage was more than I was expecting. As a VA client, I have learned to expect substandard treatment and often being treated as an obligatory nuisance to be shuffled off as quickly as possible. That is not to say I have not been treated well, but there have been times. From the moment I was contacted by Kate, the experience was what medical care used to be in America when physicians ran our medical care instead of corporations and the damn government. Kate was professional, courteous, friendly, and extraordinarily caring and competent. She actually listened to me. I cannot recommend her personally or the Elks Hearing and Balance center more highly.

I was promptly notified of a Audio test to be performed by Kate Savage, through the VA Choice Program. Since my several visits I have been tested, diagnosed and treated for some unilateral caloric weakness. Kate has been superior in her professionalism and has put me at ease for a disability that has hindered my life style for many of years. I thank the whole staff and look forward to my P/T sessions in the very near future. I cant say enough about the treatment that I have received thus far!!!!

A few years ago I had some permanent inner ear trauma that resulted in severe vertigo. I just love the employees of the Meridian center.. Kate is an excellent audiologist, and spends as much time as you need to ensure you have received the upmost in service.. All of them are exceptionally knowledgable in their fields.. I can not recommend them any higher than a 5, but if I could, they would be 1000%

Dr. Kate Savage is an amazing audiologist. After experiencing sudden hearing loss and being diagnosed with an Acoustic Neuroma which is fairly rare, she has gone above and beyond to make sure to help me deal with my symptoms of hearing loss and balance loss. She has coordinated care with ENTs and my neuro-otologist. She is thorough in her testing and truly cares about her patients. Lydia in balance therapy has helped me tremendously in learning life balance skills. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Every time Ive visited this office, Ive been treated wonderfully by every person there. So helpful and kind!!

I was referred to discuss the tinnitus that Ive been experiencing. My hearing was tested. I was told to only purchase hearing aids from this doctor and the tinnitus was not addressed, until I brought it up and it was not treated in any way. They just wanted to sell me hearing aids.

Staff is very nice. Sometimes theres a wait. But they are very good at what they do.
