Friendly staff but both locations seem to be very disorganized. My appointment location got moved and I ended up missing my appointment because I didnt know, which cost me time and money, and I find unacceptable. The reason I sought treatment here wasnt even addressed and it seems like a waste of my time to continue seeking treatment here.

Despite multiple efforts by me and my general practitioner they won’t answer my calls or return my messages to schedule an appointment. It concerns me if they unable to even return a call that they would also drop the ball on my medical care and treatment. I would strongly recommend pursuing a more professional treatment option.

I was really nervous when I got there but dr Van de Graf and his staff were so easy to talk to listened patiently to all I had to say and ask! beautiful people!

Got charged $50 (and that is with insurance) for a 1 minute follow up visit where doctor looked up my nose for few seconds and said everything seemed ok. How about a quick courtesy one time follow up after customer spends few hundred dollars on a procedure. Rip off!

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and was referred to Dr. Rustad right away. He and his staff were great! He immediately took great care of my sudden situation and always felt in trusted hands. After a successful surgery and treatments, I continue to see him, which add to my peace of mind and validates his reputation around our Valley. I would highly recommend SW ID ENT, Dr. Rustad and his team!

Staff was friendly. I didnt have to wait long for my appointment. I was seen by PA, Thomas Douthit instead of an MD. I am not sure he made it clear he was not an MD when he introduced himself. He was polite, but spoke somewhat rapidly. I should have had him speak a little more slowly. The masks and my hearing situation makes it more difficult.

Did not include the check on hearing aids with my exam. Would have appreciated knowing that that service was another appointment!

What a great place to get care. Everyone in this busy office was friendly and accommodating from the minute I got there to the minute I left. Dr. Van De Graaff listened to my concerns and took all the proper steps to help me. His nurse was also very helpful in getting the paperwork I needed for my job sent out. Its nice to see that the human element is still alive. You will also be very happy with the service and care you receive.

This Drs office has consistently been late getting both myself and my son in for our appointments. The fastest I have ever been taken back to a room was 30 minutes sitting in the lobby and the longest wait to get in to see the Dr was 1 hour and 15 minutes.We have brought this to their attention and yet every time we have gone in at our scheduled time, we never get seen then. As our time is as important as theirs, we will be looking for another office as we should not have to plan 2 hours to see the Dr. for 15 minutes.

Thank you so much. At my first appointment, I was assured that I would not be leaving until I had a diagnosis. That is so nice - usually you have to have tests done, come back, etc. This appointment was for my throat. They sent me right down to CT to make sure sinuses were good, then scoped my throat, same day. We have a plan of action 1st appointment!

Wonderful staff! Super kind and caring. Have always managed to find a way to schedule me for any of my appointments. Dr. Killian is wonderful at explaining and making sure that you understand your options as a patient. Nurses are very caring and attentive and make a point for you to feel comfortable, especially if you voice out any concern, fear, or past experience to them.

I currently see Dr. Killian. Wonderful man. Warm, friendly, and caring. He performed surgery on me that took care of sinus issues Ive had for years that no other physician could seem to fix. He has always taken his time with me. He never rushes in and out. He explains everything in detail, and in terms that are easy to understand. He will not leave the room until all of my questions have been answered. He is really sincere about keeping me healthy. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Peter Killian and his nurse are the best. Thanks for being so kind, empathetic, patient and understanding. Every question, no matter how small, was answered thoroughly and never downplayed.

Dr. Schwarz is wonderful! Competent, easy to talk to and efficient. He caught my thyroid cancer, and the surgery went exactly as he said it would.He and his staff are quick to respond to questions, and didnt make me come in to unnecessary appointments. Highly reccomend!

Both the Doctor and the PA that my son saw were great. They came up with solutions for his ear problems with out surgery. They were gentle and very good with his 11 year old personality. Great experience.

Great Place!! Loved Dr. Gardiner. I had an ear wax buildup and tried (and failed) to clear it up at home. She is the first person to ever do more than just an ear lavage. She used some kind of tool to really get in my ear and get all the wax out. She also applied some powder because I had dish pan ear and recommended to come back every 4 months since this is a pretty constant problem for me. Again first provider to ever recommend that I come back. Never felt like I was dirty for having too much ear wax and never felt like I was wasting anyones time. Nice place if you feel at all self conscious about having someone look in your ears :) Appointment was right on time, waiting room is nice, very large parking lot and building.

Professional service and my wife made the comment, I couldnt believe how nice and friendly the Doctor was. You could tell they cared and were not simply out to make money. Adressed my issues with expert knowledge.

Everyone was so helpful and kind from the front desk through the fitting. Shalise Adams was so very patient with me during the whole process. I love that the office reminders are through email, text, and phone call, so there is no way of forgetting the appointments. When I had a problem I received immediate help and the issue was solved. I highly recommend this office.

I had a very thorough initial appointment with an outstanding staff. My health work up will take more time and dr Jones seems to be knowledgeable and informative. I feel well taken care of.

Dr. Page was helpful and a pleasure to work with. She fitted me for some electronic ear-protection for hunting. Front desk folks were timely and friendly. I went to the location on Liberty Street, BTW.

My 6 year old son had to have a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, the entire staff made sure we both knew every step of the process as well as making sure we had anything we needed. Great people, they really care and it shows.

Dr, Van De Graff listened to me. I appreciated the time he spent and I felt all questions were answered in the visit. Staff are friendly and caring. No waiting time - the visit ran on schedule. The practice is busy and there can be a wait time. I called just as a cancellation occurred and was seen the day after I called. Dr. Van De Graff requested I call back to let him know how I was doing. Great care.

Had a great evaluation for hearing aids. They were very focused on getting me the best product for my needs. The hearing aids we ordered are not in yet so Im waiting for the final results!

I recently had to have reconstructive surgery done, and I’m so grateful I ended up here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if a problem ever arose again.

Dr. Killian took out my nasal polyps. I had them out five times before by another doctor without good effect. A year later and they have not come back. Dr. Killian has followed up assiduously. His bed side manner is impeccable. A fine surgeon and a fine human being.

We absolutely love Dr. Affleck. He did both of our childrens procedures and we were very impressed with him. Tonight experience on the other hand with a Dr. Killian warrants this review. My sons tubes were done 4-5 months ago and we are experiencing some concerns the last week and my son is miserable. Called the office last week, and today 3 times with hours to spare before they closed. Nobody returned my call so I used the after hours line. I didnt receive a call back from the doctor, but from the answering service! This is what this Dr .Killian told him to tell me; Inform her that this is not the proper use for the after hours service. She can call tomorrow or call her pediatrician. Excuse me?! Isnt that exactly what this service is for, especially when I called several times and never received a phone call in return? In my eyes, calling the facility where a procedure was done when you have concerns after, is exactly what its for!

My little boy needed his tonsils out. This can be stressful for any parent, but the communication was great, scheduling was easy, and post-op instructions were spot on. Things went well surgically and follow-up was better than expected.

I saw Dr. Douthit and he did great. He was very personable and easy to talk to and the appointments never took long. The staff is all very pleasant to talk to and all very inviting. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr Jones is a hoot. But also very smart and professional. I recommend him to anyone with allergies or any ear or throat problems. Hes been around long enough to know almost every situation you might have. And knows how to take care of it the first time.I had sinus infections for over 3yrs every fall and he worked his magic and Im doing so much better.

My first appointment at Southwest ENT was a good experience, with the PA, Douthit, being very personable and attentive. I was also pleased at his willingness to kindly direct a new medical assistant as she did her best with her duties during my appointment.

45min waiting room wait, still had 2 others ahead of my appointment time, BUT they book 3 people per appointment time.... would NEVER recommend, ever. Horrible staff & definitely not worth that wait.

I enjoyed seeing the live footage of my ears and nose! Ive already seen improvement in my sinuses and ears. I was getting discouraged, but feel confident now that I have established care.

We were very disappointed with our experience at Southwest Idaho ENT.While waiting for my husbands scheduled tonscillectomy, the nurses were at the nurses station making marshmallow guns out of hospital supplies.Dr. Garner failed to come visit with us either before or after the surgery. After intense pain at home, my husband realized that his uvula had also been cut off. The nurses had failed to mention this to us after the surgery.At the post-op appointment, Dr. Garner looked in my husbands throat and proceeded to recommend that he schedule a tonscillectomy!! He did not even recognize that the procedure had been done 2 weeks prior!!! This entire experience was a disappointment and we would not recommend Southwest Idaho ENT.

Dr Schwarz and his surgery team, nursing and support staff all contributed to a miraculous Victory. If you are facing an ENT life adversity, my first call would be Dr Schwarz. Thank you for saving my life.

For years Ive suffered with various sinus issues. Dr. Killian (and his PA Tom Douthit) have taken excellent care of me. Dr. Killian listens to me and trusts that I know my body. He and his nurse have always been kind and responsive, getting me in quickly when I need to, and scheduling follow up appointments when needed. I trust his judgement and his expertise. Of all the ENTs Ive visited, Dr. Killian is the best.

Dr Rustad was excellent. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and the potential treatment options. With the population growth in Boise, it is challenging to get an appointment with any ENT doctor.

On December 21st of 2018, I had my tonsils and adenoids removed as well as a septal perforation repaired by Dr. Garner. My experience at Southwest ENT was great. The staff is very personable and caring. Dr. Garner is a true professional with a slight whimsical demeanor that set me at ease right away. At the pre-op consultation, he explained the procedures thoroughly in plain English and was open to any questions or concerns I may have had. By the end of the visit, I understood the entire process and was able to make a very informed decision regarding my surgeries. The follow-up visits went great as did the recovery process. I followed Dr. Garners advice to the letter and I breathe better than ever! I would recommend Dr. Eric Garner and Southwest ENT to anyone seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate surgeon with a caring staff; which I might add, are rare combinations these days!
