I had my unit for a year and never had one problem. The staff was always nice and very helpful. Would definitely use them again if I needed a unit again.

Used facility for over 10 years. Was always maintained and kept clean. Only issues were that was never able to get the size unit that would have worked best for me and the price kept going up every year, increased almost $100/month from when I first moved in. Didn’t see any Perks for these price increases.

Until this afternoon I would give a 5 star rating all day. I upgraded to a larger unit and despite being insured to the wazoo as a business, they forced me to pay an additional $9 a monthThe guy who was substitute for Troy and Lisa just said, its only $9 a month. Well, its not your money pal. Besides Im fully insured and dont need to waste $9 a month. If we can get this adjusted off they will be back to a 5 star rating in an instant. Just beware of the hidden fees.

Hello, Id like to say that I was having a crazy day with all the built up stress Ive been dealing with for the past 6 years or so.Im a very literal person by nature, I was asked to see my drivers license. So I held it up in front of the gentleman behind the counter, I dont believe he was expecting anyone like myself to ever show up. Well on 04/14/2021 I did, I didnt let him take it right away until he said. If you want a unit, I have to get a copy of your id, most people dont get my sense of humor with me being as literal as I am.However my overall experience at the Meridian, ID location that I rented was intact top notch. I would recommend this location to everyone based on the honesty, respect, and level of service provided to myself from the staff. The couple behind the counter, whos names I dont remember, made my afternoon. Cant thank them enough for that.As an old school raised man, I have to say I love the experience they provided me that day and I look forward to speaking with them again.Thank you for having such wonderful folks assisting others with their needs.Ken Hagen

Super friendly staff. Ive only used the location behind Fred Meyer on Fairview. It is very clean. RV outside storage lots are paved and our RV stays clean there.

The Stor-It location on Locust Grove in Meridian Idaho is THE place to store your items. The location is great, prices competitive, and the staff is fantastic. I was able to get my questions answered, look at the unit, and complete the paperwork/payment in a single visit. Highly recommended!

It was good, had it for about 3 yrs, built me a shed so I have all my stuff on site with me, if I need to rent I would certainly rent from them, easy acess in and out.

Ive been using Stor-It the past five years at several locations for both inside storage and outside RV storage. Ive always had great experiences at all locations. The staff at both Ten Mile locations in Meridian are very professional and helpful. I will always go to Stor-It!!

I couldn’t recommend this company less. After promising me a prorated refund at any point I returned the storage unit, now they are saying they will only give a credit for the next time I might need a storage. Totally unacceptable. I might not ever need a storage unit in the future. They could rent that storage unit to someone else tomorrow and now they get to charge twice for the same unit?Don’t ever rent a unit from this company.

Well-kept facility. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and let me look at units before deciding on the one I needed. She was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. When I asked if the facility was new (because it looked so good) she answered that she lives on site and has been there twenty years! I compared prices before I chose Stor-it and chose it for both price and location.

The Stor-It Self Storage locations have always helped me to find an available space at one of their locations. They have easy access, clean units and great pricing. Lisa was professional, efficient and very friendly. We were limited on time but Lisa made the process so smooth we were easily able to complete all our other business before closing. I also find it reassuring that they live there. My units in Alaska were burgled many times but now I feel more secure at Stor-it.

Managers, Lisa and Troy are wonderful to work with and go above and beyond expectations to meet customer needs. I feel comfortable with the code, camera and on-site manager security system operating at the site as well as the level of attention to cleanliness and condition of facility.

Troy and Lisa are community; they live here, work here, play here. They run their site as such. Great storage site; massively convenient and always clean.

Never had a problem while using them for the past 5 years. If you do sign a contract, and cancel early they will only give you credit, not cash. Other than this issue, they are great for storage.

Was able to contact the office directly without going through some marketing person and long delay to find out about availability and the folks were awesome to work with in securing the unit!!

This place sucks! I had a storage unit there for over 4 years. I was never late with rent nor caused any problems. Someone got ahold of my gate code and went in and stole a trolling motor off of a little fishing boat. I immediately contacted the police detectives and identified one of the perpetrators. I gave them the information of where this person lived, worked, and what vehicle he drove. I told them his girlfriends name and where she lived. I put feelers out there an found out where the motor went. I agreed to testify in court. The storage place gave me 3 days to move out and restricted my access. I was using a trailer provided by another storage facility. When Store-It-Self Storage saw the name of the other facility on the trailer, they called the facility and told them that I was the thief and advised they should evict me, before I was even moved in all the way. So I lost that place too! They cost me a lot of money and headache and aggravation even though I explained everything to them and they accepted it. They suck! So does Republic Storage.

Great clean and well organized storage facility! I used the Locust Grove facility in 1998 for a sort time, recently I needed a place for my RV and the same friendly managers are still welcoming customers!

Troy and Lisa are Great and fun to talk to! They have been working their for many years! This shows they must have a great boss and it must be a great company to stick around for that many years!

Beware: The unit was fine and the security was great. However, we cleaned our unit out the 5th of the month, turned keys in etc. We asked the front office about a prorated refund and we were told they would let billing know and they would refund us money if it was due. 3 months later, 3 phone calls later, we were told they dont do refunds, just credits toward a future rental. NEVER have we had that happen with other storage unit facilities. Thats double dipping!!

Stay away from these guys. They have a ridiculous policy where you have to be there in person to authorize other people to access your storage unit. Well, I happen to be 400 miles away, and the movers I hired need to be able to enter the unit. But Stor-It seems to think that its reasonable for me to drive 14 hours round trip just to authorize the movers to access it. Of course theyre happy to take payments remotely, but when it comes to actually offering any kind of assistance, theyre nowhere to be found. Not to mention the fact that theres absolutely no climate control, and all your stuff will be covered in an inch of dust and dirt within a few weeks. Save yourself the headache and store your stuff elsewhere.
