Knowledgeable! I am an average non-musical parent and I never feel anything but supported by the owners and staff. Someone in my situation could easily be taken advantage of, but I have never felt anything but good intentions. We just purchased our second new trombone, on a budget, and I am 100% certain that we got the most bang for our buck. Thank you!

They were friendly and helpful. I rented a piccolo from them and it was great quality for a low price compared to Dunkleys Music. I will definitely go to them for my next rental or if I need my horn repaired. They know how to fix and rent out a huge variety of horns. I was very impressed and will go back.
