I did get what I needed, but I was not exactly thrilled with the Customer Service. Over the phone, the store associate treated me like I was hogging up his time. Like, Do you have any other questions, I can be doing other things. In person, the same associate pulled off the shelf what HE knew would make the better sale. I eased past him and reached for what I came for. The other associate was on the line with another customer, but didnt even throw his hand up to acknowledge me walking in. Call me old fashioned, but Im just a strong believer in great customer service being top priority. And both of these gentlemen surpassed me in age. I was glad to get what I needed for my daughter, but was also glad to leave the facility.

It was a great experience. Staff is great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately a bit pricey, not sure if it was worth it. Found a Yamaha keyboard for $200, it was the display and have a two year manufacturer warranty. I do like the staff

Went in for a small piece for a guitar. They couldnt find it. But they were very helpful!!! I looked around as it was my first visit. Found some picks and a harmonica very reasonably priced so I jumped on it. When I paid for the merchandise instead of breaking another bill the salesman dug up some change and paint the tax..good deal friendly people great experience.....

Mississippi Music has been very helpful to me through the years. I do want to give a shout out to Danny Rushing. I recently went in to the store to buy a quarter inch mono plug for a tattoo machine.Danny helped me find the exact plug. He asked questions about my musical interests and showed me some gorgeous guitars! He was genuinely happy to help me find what I was looking for even though I wasnt buying a high dollar item and it didnt involve music. Thank you Danny for your help, you rock! I will be back!

Awesome place to buy music, instruments, or lessons.

In the past, I have been pretty much satisfied with their service, but this last time that I took my daughters instrument in, I was not. We spent $110 for it to be serviced, only to be picked up doing the same thing that we took it in for. When I took it back in to be looked at, the lady technician that works on the instruments just told me that the instrument wasnt a very good one and that the only thing she could do, if we kept bringing it back in, was replace some part that would be really expensive (which looked like she told me that just to get me to leave). Then handed it back. She was then extremely rude, ugly and a word that I wont use here. That was $110 that we just threw away (that we had to scrounge for because we dont have a lot of money, and now dont have the money to go somewhere else. Hence daughter still does not have an instrument that plays properly). So, my advice, if you have an older instrument, I would go to another city to get it serviced, because they have a monopoly on instrument repair in Meridian.
