I like this place food is good staff is nice. The prices I think are a little bit too much sometimes but overall it’s a good place to pick up your bagels and sandwiches. But if you come here Saturday and Sunday mornings be ready for a long wait. It tends to be really busy and if you try calling ahead be ready to wait an hour for you food. I recommend this place

Delicious whole wheat bagel with vegetable cream cheese

This was my first time coming to this place. It was recommended to me by a friend. The customer service was great. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. The work super fast. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel 🥯😋it came out delicious 😋I definitely will come back again. 😋

Went in this morning to order a whole wheat everything bagel with turkey bacon tomato and cream cheese. Got a whole wheat plain bagel with sliced turkey breast cream cheese and tomatoes. I figured that out 2 miles down the road on the way to work with no time to turn around. Disappointing .

Great breakfast spot. The staff is friendly and polite. Plenty of in door seating available. It is wheelchair accessible and has its own parking lot.

Absolutely fabulous for catering. Joe who helped me..since i didnt know what to order except for number of guests..suggested what and how etc etc. Platters were outstandi ng . Rating 100 plus.

The food was great, but they forgot 2 things in ny order. They apologized and didnt charge for the missing items.

First time I came into this business I got the cinnamon walnut cream cheese on a bagel and it was $4 with tax I think. Barley any cream cheese on the bagel. I go back a second time and they put a lot on my bagel and I was happy, didnt even have to ask! But now my third time back and no cream cheese again ( this time I asked and was told he put a lot on lol ) and its not even a full size bagel, its one of those skinny bagels that I still paid $4 for with no cream cheese.... Thanks for my $4 bagel smh.Businesss want to know why they make no money, and its because you charge a lot and cant even make the product properly! Like seriously youre gonna be grimy with CREAM CHEESE?After me and my friends go to the gym or whatever we do, we expect a meal to fill us up and its very annoying when you drive all the way to a place just to not be able to eat the food. P.S. Aside from my bagel and cream cheese problems with them, all the other food I have ordered since is really very good and nicely made!!!

Great place fast service

Visited this shop for the first time today because our regular spot was closed for the holidays. These bagels are absolutely amazing!!! Excellent bagels!!!

I spent 20 minutes on the phone making a pickup order with Jaylin, keep in mind this was a small order of 2 Sandwitches. After repeating the order at least 6 times, he seemed to understand my order. Long story short... my order was completely messed up. The eggs were not cooked fully which is a health hazard. When I called back he hits me with “well, what do you want me to do?” I am an employee of a business close by and it hurts me to say I will never be getting anything here again.

It was my first time eating there today. I had cream cheese and sliced lox. I also purchased a half a pound of log spread. Both of them were great. I will definitely be back

I called in an order early this Fathers Day morning (5:21am) to have some bagels, Nova, Cream Cheese, Onions, & Tomato delivered to my Dad in Merrick. I live out of state and explained that this was his Fathers Day present. The man taking my order was very accommodating and offered to add a note/card and to make the delivery look festive. The order arrived on time (7:30 am) much to my Fathers delight. He stated that everything looked wonderful! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and professionalism!

This was my first visit at one of Bagel Chalets. Ive had food bought to me from Commack location. The bagel and chicken salad was amazing.The service was great.

I am a door dasher who frequently comes to this location especially during breakfast hours. Today my customer had a complicated order which does happen every so often where I end up arriving late for reasons beyond my control. At the bagel chalet, the employees worked as a team on my customers order, kept me posted on what was causing the delay and communicated with me in a professional manner every step of the way. After about 10 minutes, the gentleman offered me an egg bagel on the house that I couldnt be more grateful for. As a door dasher it can be a bit challenging when hunger kicks in and you get to smell the delicious aroma of all the food you are delivering while not having anything to eat yourself until the shift is over. Thank you Bagel Chalet for you continued professional service and for the delicious meal !

Just picked up an order for 4 sandwiches that we called in.One sandwich had bacon in it which was not ordered and the other had remnants of whatever was on the grill from the order before (looks like shredded potatoes).Called and spoke to the manager who told me theyre busy and only have one person working the grill.I was expecting an apology or an offer to make it right.Last time ordering from this place with so many options around.

They have the best long Island bagels you can get

Some of the best bagels youll find on Long island, which I guess means almost anywhere else in the world!

First of all the price of a bagel was $4 plus tax, I ordered a cinnamon raising bagel with cream cheese toasted. They gave me one of those skinny bagels and it was stale, I said toasted and it felt as if it was in a microwave and some parts did not get warmed up. Then on top of that there was little to no cream Cheese on the bagel it felt like they put as minimum cream cheese as possible. I then ordered a cookie that looked appetizing through the window. And let me tell you... that cookie was so hard and stale it scratching my gums I can’t believe this place total of my meal was $7 rounded up for a terrible cheap meal. I would never ever go here again. They make the food look good because of the price, but it’s actually terrible.
