Color match was very good but after 4 years expect a TON of chips and edges peeling. Went to see I could use there lifetime warranty or at least give me a discount to have it all redone, they looked at me like I was insane.....poor prep work? Pictures do it too much justice, much more noticeable in person.

Just went to ask question about rust on my truck and which way to proceed. The man I talked to was very informative and very honest. Would recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Very pleased with them.

Did a wonderful job on my 2016 Lincoln earlier this year. Made it look and operate like new, maybe even better than new!Because of their previous work I just took my truck there for an estimate on rust repair and came in WAY less than what I was expecting to pay. Their communication is top notch, you know how things are going every step of the way and they are more than happy to answer any questions and address any concerns you have. I will definitely be back for any future work that needs done.

This place deserves 10 stars! I was heading down to IU to pick up my son from college a steal beam rolled off a truck on I65 S and went underneath my car. My car was towed to Good Guys Collision. They had to weld the radiator, fix the paneling, electrical work and some other stuff. They checked in with me throughout the entire process to let me know how everything is going and if I had any questions - very professional. When I picked up my car I met the most kindness people - Clay and Debbie. I actually stayed a little longer because of the great conversation we were having. If you are in this area and you need bodywork done this is the place. I live far from Good Guys and I would travel back for them to do work.

Clay is the most honest caring and legit business around. He found mistakes in 2016 that M and S screwed me and my insurance over. I’m so grateful for finding this business and I highly recommend it.

Wow! These people are amazing. How many businesses can you walk into and have them tell you that you shouldnt give them your money. They saw the age of my car, the condition it was in, and they told me to put my money toward a new car. Wow!They are fun, kind, and genuine.I now know why my friend recommended them. I know Ill be referring them to anyone who is in need of repairs. Go get an estimate at least. You wont regret it.

They were recommended to me by the Honda dealership, because they send everyone to them. They took care of all the insurance and I didnt have to do anything, even though they werent a preferred vendor. They bent over backwards to work with my schedule and the car looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend these guys--they are good guys!!

To start the repair looks good. However, the reason I rate one star is do to the experience I had.. they do not lock all the cars apparently which seems very unprofessional when they are left out in the lot overnight. I had numerous belongings (Sentimental and Personal) stolen from my car in the time that it was in their possession, i’m missing three skateboards my deceased father‘s cologne numerous electronic devices and more. They did compensate me to replace some electronics and one skateboard. However they can’t replace my father’s cologne they can’t replace the skateboard my friend and my father gave me. So if you’re looking for a nice repair sure they did good. But their security with customers belongings is not professional at all...

The Good Guys team is amazing!! I am so happy that I chose them to complete the work on my car when it had gotten sideswiped. They made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I took my car back. And while it was in the shop, they called me with an update to let me know how the progress was going! GREAT !!!!! Old school customer service. They were recommended by trusted friend. Finally had need for automotive services, so stopped by there. They did not do what I needed on site, alignment, but had ready to roll contracted properly equipped vendor that did that work for them. Told me about them, even semi set it up for me to get HIS labor rate for the alignment which they did HONOR when I went there (mentioned their name) and set appointment. Never had a car rebuilt from the ground up by them, but given my first interaction with them, can solidly say, Give them a Shot at your Business.

My wife had to get a mirror replaced on her honda odyssey, the new mirror ordered from honda had a side view Camara which had to be calibrated, honda want to charge a couple hundred dollars just for the calibration of the camera, not including the actual mirror and labor to install a new mirror. Good guys figured out how to do the calibration and did it in 10 minutes and included it in their price to replace the mirror. Awesome, honest guys. Highly recommend going their for your body work.
