Excellent service 2nd flat tire in 6 months on a different wheel. I called them in the morning and Joe said come right in no appointment for tire repair. In an hour or so the tire was fixed. Very professional and efficient. I recommend Belle tire to anyone with a automobile.

Great place for quick work. I needed some work done to remove wheel spacers I needed it done quick so I could get back on the road for my trip. Belle Tire did so and on top of it all they didn’t even charge me! Other places just blew me off! Belle Tire is a keeper!

They did a great job on my truck

Ordered online, very simple by the way. When I got to the shop, was greeted immediately. Let them know I had an appointment. Took my vehicle in immediately and explained what was happening. Got the call when all was done and was informed that I needed an alignment. Which they took care of. I am very happy with my new tires. I was also informed that they offer free tire rotations every 5K miles. That is customers service that can appreciate. Will definitely return.

Yall these are some of the most disrespectful, lazy, rude people I have ever met. They showed absolutely NO interest in trying to change our tires when its THIER JOB. And then we try to get some more answers as to why they couldnt help us and the lady in charge just starts typing and talking to other people! This is seriously the worst experience Ive had. I sincerely hope they rethink theyre management.

Rude and unprofessional, a dozen people were just standing around in the bays while I was waiting to be assisted. 2 employees looked at me and shrugged before finally someone came to help.

These guys are on point everytime. I usually deal with one specific guy Mike.. but everyone there is super friendly even the manager I love her as well. First time using Belle TireHad a slow leak on rear tire and they were able to patch it and have it ready in under 45 minutes.There were a few customers ahead of me but the waiting room was very clean and air conditioned.Also Belle Tire has Free wifi and a snack machine ready to serve. Excellent service received from Belle Tire in Merrillville this past Saturday. Took my 1997 MB E420 to get 4 new tires, Adam, Mike and Shannon team-up to give me great experience. They let me know that tires were mounted and balanced and that I needed a ball joint and tie rod they didnt have at the moment to get the alignment done, I said no worries I will come back in another time.I asked if they can use one of my old tires to be used as a full size spare but they told me cannot be done because the wheels were different of size so I was thinking im going to be with out spare but since the car is mainly in the garage and budget was tight I said I will come back later...but oh surprise when I get home I opened the trunk to discovered a full spare tire and wheel perfectly set-up in the spare cavity of my trunk. I appreciate your care and concern for the safety of your customers and I realize that not everyday miracles happen but this day you created one for me. Thank you very much guys!!! So much appreciated!!!

Came to get my wheels balanced and one of my tires had a slow leak. Service was fast. At no charge for the repaired leaking tire. Employees where very helpful and the service was great.

I could see my tires starting to wear. I had been total before to get new tires, when the time was right. I went to a couple different places, and wasnt happy with the response and pricing. I called a friend in the car business, and they recommended Belle. I was happy they did. Staff was great, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. I definitely plan on using Belle in the future.

I had an 8:30 appointment on Monday, around 9:40 I finally let the guy know I was still sitting in waiting so they got my car in as quick as possible. after they perform the servers which was replacing one bad wheel on the rear passenger side I get out to my car to find out they replaced the wrong wheel. It was bad enough being left out of the equation and I did have an appointment,now I am left wondering if they did replace the correct wheel or not. A very bad experience

This place is my new go to. I was skeptical after getting bad service from a local place in crown point. These guys are the only regional place that Ive found that is fairly priced for quality and stands by its work.

This was my 4th great experience at this store over the last year. It was once again a very accommodating experience. The team here focuses on the customer and makes it easy to do business with them.

This place has the facility expertise and a group of young workers hustling to get the job done. I thought my motor home needed a tire balanced but a quick look found a faulty tire (averting a potential disaster on the road) their garage bay was big enough to fit and lift the motor home... then a team of workers completed a series of tasks in addition to just mounting two new tires like brushing and sanding some rusty areas. I was able to watch and talk with them. While waiting, and nothing to do with my tires, another young man showed me a modern cars tire pressure sensor and how it works.

I called about my tire pressure being low and spoke to Michael the store manager. I had know idea that he was the store manager until I got there. Michael was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining different functions of the tires. Also, I had a lot of corrosion around my tire pressure line and Glen and Jacob cleaned it for me. This was on two of my tires and these guys cleaned it for me. They didnt charge me anything extra and they made sure my tires were good. As a woman I appreciate knowing that these guys are knowledgeable and theyll help me make the right decisions when it comes to my tire purchases and needs.

The tire rebate ended ~ when I brought this issue to to attention of the store manager.He followed up by immediately stating “he would make sure my rebate was sent to me from Bell Tire corporate” within a week I received my money.I’m super impressed with the level of customer service I received.I highly recommend buying from Bell Tire in Merrillville Indiana

Great prices and friendly employees and new tires bought and installed in little over hour. But drove off and noticed rubbing noise coming from vehicle, brought it right back and a test drive and back on rack to inspect, employee was pointed out that could use brake change as to in even wear on rotor could be making noise. He also Bent back the inside shield and for test drive myself. Still noise, at this point run out of time and left the shop. Next day changed pads and rotors myself. Manual spin tire still noise, so when you stack weights 3 to 4 rows high, it’s going to hit something and make noise, wish I caught it before $200 brake job, without this issue 5 stars

Mike and his team were exceptional. They were able to get my car in for diagnosis very quickly, and provided a fair estimate on the work that needed to be done. Another service center wanted to do 2x the work, but Mike said that it was not needed. I have been a Belle Tire customer for 10+ years, and no matter what location I use, the service and quality is second to none! Thank you very much!

I have had 4 tires put on 2 different vehicles, and 1 on my tractor... none of the 5 would hold air for more than a week at a time... they fixed the issues on all 5 tires, twice...only to have them lose air again... took it elsewhere to find valve stems faulty.... which Belle stated was the issue on all the tires, again twice... i have gone 2 months no problem when someone else fixed it

My boyfriend and I ran into some unforeseen car trouble on Monday October 26, 2020 and fortunately enough we were able to make it to the exit where we took my vehicle to the Belle Tire in Merriville, IN. Adam Villagomez assisted us quickly with our request for a diagnostics test. After about an hour, he came back with news that my car needed about 2 hours worth of work done. We had an Airbnb reservation that we were already late for. After tears of frustration, I told him to go ahead and do the work on my car. Adam managed to pull some strings and had my car done in about 45 minutes after being told it would be a 2 hour wait. Couldn’t have been more grateful for his time and effort in making our already interrupted trip to Michigan a little bit smoother. 10 out of 10 recommend going to see him and the staff members at that location for your car needs.

Cool deal great service but had my calipers painted professionally putting new tires on they scratched em up pretty bad should have warned them to watch em.but they should have been more careful.

The manager ordered me a pair of tires, on Saturday. He said that they would be delivered on Monday and the shop would call me. I waited most of Monday morning for their call, but didnt receive one. Just before 11am, I called the shop. They told me that business was fairly slow that morning. When I spoke to the manager, he checked with employees on my tires. I could hear, in the background, his employee said that they checked my tires in that morning. He then asked, if the customer had been called and they said No. I had an appointment elsewhere to get an alignment, later. This shop is VERY INCOMPETENT & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Let me tell you that Adan Villagomez and his team are top notch. I had a bad experience with a tire shop near my house. Found out that they put the wrong tires on, and Adam made it right.
