Did a good job installing a new Windshield. First come, first served though. Can be in and out very efficiently if youre willing to get up early.

I read a review and wanted to know if it was accurate. Yes you do have to be early! Seriously you do! The big guy at the counter is NOT rude but directness hurts dont ask him if you not ready! The lady is Tiffany and she is a lady esp about the business. The guy who was my tech was just plain efficient friendly fast and skilled. He was cute personable and funny. I recommend these guys and this place just expect what youll get....the best times 3 from entry to exit.

Prices are always reasonable and good customer service is a plus. The actual work received depends on what/who does the work. But the company stands behind their work and will make things right if need be.

Got a few chips in my windshield while on a road trip, so I was hopeful to find a spot that could replace them in St. Louis while I rested for a day. They got me in the same day and had it done in less than an hour. Very grateful for their help and it was more affordable than I expected.

Not only did they take over 24 hours to replace my windshield when it was in stock but they also left glass all over my car. I was in the parking lot and called them to let them know and they said it would be awhile for them to clean it. They also told me one price then charged me another. I asked and the lady said it was the credit card machine that charges that price!! No it’s you being cheap and not wanting to pay the fees to own a credit card machine. I would of paid cash if I would have known since I used my debit card!

I go there to get a problem resolved and they charged me and then tell me that I have a secondary problem so it just seems like you could have told me up front if you could not get the job done so I could have found someone that would have fixed everything and total instead of spending hundreds of dollars. Poorly run establishment asking the right questions but not getting the right answers.

Great service, but pricey

Went to Broadway glass this morning early to be one of the first ones to have my rear window tint replaced because of bubbles and they have a lifetime warranty. And they do not take appointments so they say. Second person walking in this morning and they told us that they were full already. They told me I could leave my car at 7:30 this morning and I would be taken care of tomorrow that is an appointment by definition!!

My husband took our car in for replacement of peeling tint on drivers window. Went to pick it up and noticed that they had started messing with tint on passenger side. Left shoe prints and streaks inside car along the with hand prints outside the car. Would have been fine with the mistake had we been told but they never side a word. Tint on drivers window turned out great, communication regarding mistake was not there at all.

Very professional, matches competitors prices. The staff was very informative & helpful. They are also available to do the work same day unless they have to order a part but that only takes them one day to get the part & have u come back in to fix your windows, etc.

Have had all my cars tint and remote start installed here for the last 5 years. Excellent work and quick once you can get in. Only reason for 3 stars is their first come first serve policy should not apply to customers returning to get tint redone that had flaws on the initial installation. They should have priority or be able to schedule.

They did a great job (passenger and driver tint). Clean up somethingI’ to be desired. Streaks Inside both car doors from whatever liquid they used to apply the tint.Did not expect that...and it should have been cleaned up.

Worst place to go to... They are very rude and charge so much . They told me 2 to 3 hours and they literally took five hours. I could have had someone pick me up and bring me back when my car was ready.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... Then they left knife marks on my windshield

My recent experience with Broadway Glass has been far from acceptable to say the least. I was in over a week ago to have my windshield replaced. To no fault of mine their technician put my rearview mirror bracket on upside down. So they ordered me another new windshield at no experience and said I would be taken care of immediately upon arrival to install my new windshield without wait. Well it has taken them longer to install the second one then it took to install the first one. The first one was less then 1 hour I have been sitting here now for 2 1/2 hours and still waiting for my car. This kind of service is extremely unacceptable in every way.

I wouldnt give one star but thats the lowest you can go. Took my Hino in for a windshield, they put the wrong one in. We had ordered the one with blue tint at top. In the process of installing the windshield they were standing all over the motor and broke the fitting off the top of a $900 radiator. When we called they claimed it was already pouring out when we dropped it off. We couldnt go 2 miles without putting 6 gallons of antifreeze in it. When we had driven it all over prior to dropping it off. On top of that, we called the owner, he was supposed to call us back and that never happened. So we paid for a $450 wrong windshield and were out $900 for a new radiator. They will never have our business again

Well priced knew type of glass on first site, perfect cuts although the one I brought in was in 9 pieces, the new piece fit in perfectly. Do not pass this place up. It is SUPPER easy to see from Broadway.

Everyone at Broadway Glass is super friendly and helpful from the first point of contact to the final installation. I had to have glass replaced in two windows. One small window had a crack and the large picture window had moisture between panes. My windows are beautiful now and my experience was awesome! Thank you!! The very best in skill and service!!

Absolute worst place to get ANY work done. They wasted my entire day for nothing. Always been this way. Even thier glass is poor qualoty. I wasnt here for windshield this time but i have before. And it was wavy glass.all the way across.

I called Broadway Glass on a Wednesday with an extreme emergency - one of my flip-houses needed a glass shower door retrofitted by Friday (project completion). Not only did Jeff tell me that he could provide me with my desired finish (oil rubbed bronze/black), but he said they may even have material in stock to complete the project that Friday! Went there to get passenger door window fixed after someone broke into my car with a brick. Dropped the car off around 9am and work was done the same day around 1pm. Employees were very helpful and courteous. I did call in the day before to inquire about pricing and was told they would have to order the window but it would arrive the next day. I just showed up the next morning and they had it so that was really fast. Pricing was also the cheapest after calling around to several other auto glass repair shops.

Horrible... When you ask the big fella at the front desk when can he get you in and how long would the wait be and he responds all day yes. 1 star. Very rude. Maybe he was overwhelmed but thats no excuse. Good luck

I took my car here for window repairs for both passenger and driver windows because they had competitive prices but you definitely get what you pay for. They managed to make my speakers not work in both doors, the power locks cycle when the passenger door is opened and something metal sounding is rattling in the driving door. Both sides got new glass which arent even the same brand. The only good that came from broadway was them being 250 dollars cheaper but its clear you get what you pay for.

Had my vehicle tinted, this is not the first one that they had done for me. Continued to provide excellent service in a timely manner. I will continue to have all my window and tint needs completed by the them. Highly rated for anyone looking for professional service, good quality, and the best service for your dollar

If I could give zero I would. I called yesterday to place an order for auto glass. The man on the phone was nice enough but apparently he never place the order, even though he took my name and phone number. So when I went this morning to have my order installed and waited for a half an hour before they opened I was of course informed they didnt have it. The man who I spoke this morning said while I was waiting for him to check, if people dont start putting in their orders before the leave heads are gonna roll which makes me think this is something that happens frequently. I understand that mistakes happen but this is not good business. I will not be returning.

I was referred to this company by my insurance agent and I stop in today to get a quote on my windshield. All of the staff including the owner Joe was extremely personable and informative! Im grateful that I chose to stop here because not only was the quote less than anticipated for my windshield, Im also getting my windows tinted in a couple of days at very reasonable cost! They are definitely window tint pros; ive had 5 cars done there & have always been satisfied. Also i needed a front windshield replaced (car was undrivable due to windshield) and they came way out to Wheatfield to replace it! (thats 80 miles round trip!)

My wife took her Benz there to get the mirror replaced the mirror they put on caught fire cause it wasnt auto dim and they replaced an it took about a month to do so there attitudes were very unprofessional, now that they replaced the mirror on the driver side the auto dim is missing from the passenger side mirrior, an we were told no auto dim was on the passenger side... The day the car was bought it was now after it left there shop it some how never had auto dim!Be mindful when taking your car there I dont know if it was because we are a young couple not of European decent or if its there way of handling there customers. I will never support nor send anyone to there shop again...

Told a bunch of people to come as soon as they open and we would be 1st cars in line. When we walk in they say they have 8 people in line already ????? Unprofessional . And the fat white man opened the door 5 minutes late knowing it was cold and people was outside in line

Im providing this review after meeting with the owner and son. I stopped in after having a horrible experience with Kustom Tint in Crown Point. This business came highly recommended by an individual from Bosak motors that I work very closely with in servicing my vehicles. I stopped in with the idea of having UV tint placed on my front windshield, which I thought was a good idea for overall protection for my vehicle and upholstery. Im also very anal about caring for my vehicle, detailing often and regularly.The individuals I spoke with were nothing but friendly and honest. They informed me that honestly Im about the second person ever to request UV protection without the desire for tint, which I am aware is illegal, as did they remind me. They were very honest, stating that this day an age, the windows are made differently which provide overall good protection without additional shielding needed. They also talked me through how their tinting worked, their lifetime warranty, and how they strive to ensure all customers are as happy as possible.I work in customer service, just in the medical side of things, and I commend honesty because I feel like there isnt enough this day and age. These guys could have just taken my money and provided me a service that is not actually necessary, but they took their time to explain to me why its not really necessary, especially given my current car care regime.I honestly could not be happier with the customer service leaving today. They were honest genuine gentleman and I commend them for their services, despite nothing actually being done to my vehicle.I will surely be back with any services I may need and I will highly recommend this company to others! I have had a windshield replaced in my car here before. The price was great, no complaints there. Work seemed to be performed well, for some reason, the trim piece on the driver side of the windshield kept coming loose. I took it back to them and the manager said hed fix it for me and they attempted to. On both occasions I followed their instructions for replacement, such as not closing the doors with the windows rolled up, not washing it, etc. The car sat in a garage on both occasions. The strip came off again, and I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere and have not had any further issues with it. Not really sure what the problem was, but other than that, no complaints.

Got here at 7 :30 to tint a compact car. Everyone behind me I line gone. 5 hours later still f ing here...joke about this place!!!!

Seen these bad reviews and still went in to give this place my business. I was rudely spoken to by an unprofessional, heavyset man with red facial hair that said “He doesn’t care about getting customers business.” Clearly, they should not have this depressed man working here. They don’t value customers, don’t waste your money here.

First come, first serve. My car was next in and they pulled it in to start 20 mins after I arrived. They told me the job itself takes an hour and a half but they make you sign something in case any of what they do takes longer than what they tell you which is ridiculous in itself. Anyways I had to wait 4hrs after they pulled my car in. Absolutely terrible. The ONLY good thing about this place is the quality of their work with window tint, really cant get any better. I had it on previous cars and after 4-5 years really no fading and 0 bubbles, peeling, or cracking as they promise.

All these bad reviews are illegitimate! These guys run a family owned and operated business and theyre very good at what they do. People complain about others being done before them, yet they fail to understand that 2 different services take completely different amounts of time. And yet theyre 1 star rating is still damaging this business. Some of these people fail to realize the guys at Broadway are glass experts, not magicians. Do not let these ridiculous bad reviews steer you away from Broadway, and as always BUY LOCAL.

You get what you pay for i understand priced out my job same price as anyone else in the area.... But the wait and being skipped over.having to wait more then five hours while others came in after and done before me while my car is still in the parking lot waiting to be worked on... Had more vehicles to get tinted and graphics but getting treated like this for a windshield I will find someone else to do the other work. Work was done well....

This is my 2nd car that Ive had tinted here. Tint is the best & price is the best. There is a window tinting place right around the corner from where I live but obviously they dont compare to Broadway Glass because I drove 45 minutes to get here

Just had the windshield replaced on my Infiniti Q50, I’m very picky on who I let work on my vehicles that’s why I take them to Broadway. Aaron and Joey are the best in the business, top notch service and had me out in no time, I recommend Broadway glass to anyone, great job as usual 👍

Broadway Glass left the washer hose undone, broke two of six plastic rivets holding the cowling assembly and mounted the factory installed remote start antenna in a different location on the glass. The owner Joe Davis Sr. said they dont replace the fasteners that they break because the rivets are special order. Mr. Davis poor customer service skills and the poor workmanship of his installers lead me to write this review.

Broadway glass, I hope you read this. You just never know who youre dealing with when a customer comes in. Husband knows you guys and so does our work. We will never recommend you guys again. Dont think youre the only JOE around.Replaced front windshield on my fathers truck, six months later the rearview mirror broke off with nobody in it and it took a chunk of the window with it! They didnt believe my dad or back up their product! Needless to say he went elsewhere and had to pay again and was told it was a defective window! Thanks for nothing and making my 72 year old dad pay more out of pocket! Dont want your business but a refund would be nice 😠

I was told it was first come first serve.. I was 4th in line to get the 2 front windows tinted.. they couldve said that I would be waiting for 4 and 1/2 hours. The girl at the front desk has no concern about your time or day.. when asked about the time she didnt have a response but this is how long it takes... now I must take some responsibility because I was warned that they are not concerned about your time.. however I was told that it was a first come first serve basis but 4 people that came in after me got service before I did... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

They used to do great work 10 years ago. Paid 600 bucks for them to put HIDs and tints on brand new vehicle. Took them a week. The tints had bubbles, and the HIDs went out in a month. Not to mention they let moisture in my headlights. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to Broadway Glass.

Failure to deliver what was discussed in person over window tint and chip gaurd protection. They had the vehicle for 4 days till I call them to find out they did nothing because they feared they could not deliver a quilty and feared for taking resposablity in their work. Gave excuses as workers where sick and was another’s responsibility to contact me. In the end vehicle didn’t not receive any work done and sat there with not contact. It’s not hard to make a phone call to let the customer know what’s going on, instead of finding out in delivery day they can’t deliver. Very poor customer service. Very very disappointed in how they handled the whole situation.

Came here to get a tint job and an automatic start for my jeep. Joe was great. helped me out with all my questions and gave me different options to fit my budget. After waiting for over four hours it came out it looked like S*** i told them i was not happy at all IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE IN MY BRAND NEW CAR!!!! there were bubbles all over i could of done a better job myself! Got my windshield replaced on Thursday and its already cracked four days later... but instead of taking care of me they are charging me another $160 to give me another piece of glass even though Ive done nothing with my car since Ive gotten it fixed the first time. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I will never give them my business again and I will make sure my friends and family know.

Spent 2,300 on glass for a deck. Needed three more pieces to finish to get paid from my customer they gave me the run around for almost two months. Owner called saying he will handle it but never did. If you call they always make stuff up with lies and never call you back. Told me they had a huge job they were really busy. They must be to busy for small jobs so watch out.....
