We need a plaque for a service award on very short notice. The owner was incredibly responsive, turned it around immediately. Had the order done overnight, even with shipping from Merrillville to Indianapolis. Looked great, our team, and most of all the recipient were very pleased.

The owner, I presume, seems more interested in conversing with friends instead of helping customers. 3 minutes of waiting through this ignorance only for him to tell me he cant engrave stainless steel.
