We went here to do an exchange of our original purchase from mattress firm. We did not like the firmness of the original bed. We met Erica upon entering the store. She was fantastic. She asked us about the reason for our visit. We explained the firmness issues, and she walked is through several choices that would be softer then our current choice. We laid on several mattresses Erica said would be softer. After laying on the different choices for a long while, we made our choice. Erica walked us step by step through the exchange process. She was very professional and worked very well with us to take care of our needs. Would gladly work with Erica again.

The buying of the mattress was very easy, partially because I knew what I wanted, and partially because the sales man was excellent and made it a speedy experience. I got text messages on when they would be here, and a phone call telling me that they would be there within ten minutes. Irving Toledo managed the removal of my old mattress and the setup of the new one efficiently and really quickly. They cleaned up all of the packaging. He then explained the technology of the frame and remote. I couldn’t have asked for better service both at the store and in my home.

Well I should have went online like I started, the sales rep was talking to me like he was reading a script. Im guessing I was either taking too long or my purchase amount wasnt large enough for him to wait. As soon as a couple walks in he hands me off to the cashier and and helps them. Well I did have some more questions about the bed. By then I was ready to oder my bed and leave, I should of just left but the guy that did the ordering was nice and still gave me the online price. He is that only reason why I bought it and didnt leave. It doesnt matter how much I was spending, If I was spending $1 or $1,000 a customer is a customer. When someone comes in you acknowledge them and say Ill be with you soon. What he did was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back there or suggest anyone else I know to go there! I gave it 2 stars because of the cashier!

Mattress firm over rated problems upon problems. Mattress after eight month of use not good! Tried getting repaired or exchange customer service is terrible.. now mind you they are under warranty still waiting after 2 month to get a technician to look at the mattress no resolution yet from them. if I had to do it all over again they would not be on my list to shop!

I was able to walk in get help right away and actually test out the pillow before buying it. I bought the Purple pillow and slept on it last night absolutely love it!! The workers are very kind and do not push to make you purchase anything. They gave me time to test the product and see which I like the most.

My daughter took me 2 Mattress Firm I had never been there before but its got a lot of nice mattresses in there and I found what I was looking for but with the help of JJ! The sales associate showed me several different types, explained everything and showed me a cost comparison between all of them. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure. Greetings everyone, we went to the Mattress Firm in Merrillville Indiana today to look for a new mattress. We were just looking for a price and to see what was out there because we didnt know what we wanted. We had a memory foam mattress that lasted us about 12 years that we were happy with, but now my side is starting to get the dreaded pothole, and no Im not fat, Im portly...We met with a salesperson named JJ whos been in the business a ton of years, so he had knowledge and an expertise Ive never dealt with before. He gave us a brief rundown of everything they had, showed us, and then asked us what we needed, wanted and what we didnt want. We narrowed it down to three different beds, and then started talking price. He then came up with a price that I believe was very fair. Instead of just looking, JJ sold us a new California King bed set, he was never pushy, had a great sense of humor, and was very, very knowledgeable.Since Im not a rich person, I looked at different stores online when I came home to compare prices and found out that his prices were better than most.One of the best things about this is I will have the new bed in under 3 weeks. Weve been buying a few things and have found problems with the items being delivered or being in stock. Mattress Firm had everything in stock and we just had to figure out when we could be around to take delivery. We could have had the delivery sooner, but because of my job thats as soon as I would be home to take delivery.Im so satisfied that in the next couple weeks Ill be bringing my mom over here to get her a new bed set for her house. It was very clean in the show room and the sales process was very smooth going. Not only did I get the pillows I went in there for but the salesman catered to my needs and found out I needed a king size mattress, which lead to me getting everything I want at a good budget. Thank you to Rob Anderson of Mattress Firm in Merrillville. He was able and very willing to help me with a problem I had with an online order. After several weeks of being unsuccessful to communicate online/email about the problem of them delivering the wrong mattress to my house, I stopped at the store by Costco and talked to Rob, he listened to my problem. He said he would fix it for me!.. That was Friday and today (Wednesday) the correct mattress was delivered to my home. Again I thank Rob for going the extra mile, my next mattress will come from his store.

When in there looking for a good deal and ended up walking out with a great deal Robert is definitely your guy to go see when your ready for a new and awesome mattress.
