So far I am not happy I called last Sunday to place an order for the back glass of the iPhone 11 he told me he sends out his orders Tuesdays and it would be here by Friday or Monday. today is Wednesday and I still haven’t heard anything so I called and somebody else answered but he was unsure of what was going on and then he proceeded to tell me that the order was placed yesterday and it should be here in another week so now I have to wait another week just for them to say the same thing. I’m considering going elsewhere because i need my phone fixed

What is the point of a warranty when company refuses to charge battery? This business misleads their customers when it comes to their WARRANTY POLICY. I spoke with 2 mechanics from other local shops, and both stated “Batteries Plus Bulbs” sold me a bad battery. I paid $145.51 for the battery, and this company refused to charge my battery after it went dead 2 weeks after purchase. They stated it was too low to charge. Afterwards I took it to AutoZone, and they charged it for FREE, and stated that I was sold a bad battery. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR QUALITY SERVICE WHERE THEY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Bought a battery from SEARS. Works great! So I’m 100% sure “Batteries Plus Bulbs” sold me a bad battery. You get what you pay for.

Bought a battery, had a warranty. The battery is a powerpack for a door. The battery won’t hold a charge. Wouldn’t give me a new battery said I had to come back in 24 hours because they want to recharge my old battery. What’s the point of a warranty. No concern for my time. I live 40 mins from the store. Now gotta make probably many more trips to deal with something that should have been right the first time.

I ordered and paid in full to find out they didnt have enough batteries in stock. Then I asked them to be delivered and they said we are not supposed to but will on Monday because the size of the order. It is now Thursday 3:45 pm and still no batteries. I even called on Tuesday morning at 9:43 am and they said they were in rout to the store. I still dont have my order.

I purchased a car battery with a 24 month warranty from the Merrillville store in May and in December tried to return the battery to the Valparaiso store due to a dead cell. They told me that they tested the battery and it was fine. Even though I told them that the battery wouldn’t charge, they insisted it was ok. I called the Merrillville store and talked to Alex, the store manager, and he said to bring the battery in and he would replace it with a new one. He since has tested the old battery only to find it to be bad. The actions of Alex not only saved me as a customer but inspired me to write my first review.

This location is unbelievable...apparently this location n schererville same owners.... my son bought a battery pack that was just the core( who sells that) n on top of it the light didn’t work, called the next day they said they’d refund him only to close n hour early on the days there supposed to be open n send him to Merrillville ( the website informed my son) to return to store where he picked it up only for them to just fix the light ( which still broken) n send him on his way without the refund... liars... liars ... purchase n receipt was given n well within the week of purchase ( they have a 2 week policy) ... liars... anyway Valparaiso batteries plus took care of us... n that’s where our business will be... no more Merrillville batteries plus....

Replaced screen on iPhone 7 Plus. 3 weeks later screen fails. Replaced screen permanently broke phone beyond their repair or knowledge. Now they are at odds with me to repair my phone they broke. Stay away. They don’t know what they are doing
