Are usually have good experiences here, but not today. It took three attempts to get my coffee correct the first one was made wrong the second one was made with coffee that hadn’t been heated in the last half hour, the third one was finally hot. Then the blueberry scone was completely stale by the time I realized that I was already gone not worth my time going back or ever again

Ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich and a cold brew from my mobile app. Was expected to be complete at approx 6:52am at approx 6:55 i arrived and after over 10 minutes of waiting I had to leave and go to work. There were 5 employees, 1 customer at the register and 1 customer sitting. I tried to get the attention of the nearest employee making drinks who either had an ear bud in or theyve really changed their headset game. She completely ignored me. And the others basically anytime I tried to make eye contact and say something would turn and walk away. This is not the 1st time theyve missed my sandwich but this is 1st time they were this dismissive and the worst part is the tag for the sandwich was there on a bag. Just no sandwich and no customer service.

I order a tea through the drive thru. The line was long, but they moved people along quickly. The barista was friendly, and my tea was delicious!

This Starbucks is usually good but lately the staff hasnt been the greatest. I understand it gets very busy, especially in the morning but some of the employees ignore you if you have a mobile order. I usually put an order in about 30 minutes before I get there and I go inside to pick it up. Once inside, the to-go orders are blocked by the protective Plexiglas so there is no way to grab your order, they have to give it to you. So when the employees can see your waiting and ignore you, it takes away the point of even ordering ahead. Wish they cared a bit more :/

I love Starbucks. The staff was super friendly here, but the bathroom was disgusting and the wait was long. My husbands shaken espresso didnt taste like the multiple weve had before. This location definitely has room for improvement!

I work near this starbucks and always have large complicated orders for my staff. This team is always working hard and always trying to get orders out as quickly and effectively as possible. Lisa is such an AMAZING worker and she shows so much kindness even on days where I see customers being rude to the whole staff. Its awful. Yet, there she is, always smiling and pushing on. I cannot stress how much they aid in a positive morning for me and my whole team, regardless of how many people treat them poorly. GIVE LISA A RAISE!

Not one of my favorite starbucks but its okay they are quick in service and have a friendly staff. I gave them a whole star for how fast they are!

Syrup with a dash of coffee for $5. Iced? Well I hope you like ice cause youre gonna get 7/3 of the cup filled with ice. The people are sweet though. :D

The staff was very friendly even though they had a very long line of cars. At least 20 was lined up. We still managed to get through that long line in under 30 minutes (which to us wasnt bad at all). I wish Starbucks corporate would do something for the drive thru staff. They put up with so much!

Everything was very good service and coffee.

Overall the drinks were good quality but they gave us the wrong size and refused to adjust the cost. I didnt argue or make a big deal but I did let then know that they misheard me. We paid for the larger size and went about our business. Next time it would be nice to get what we ordered.

Starbucks was a nice little place to stop for a coffee, latte, or a cup of cocoa. The store was small, but cozy. They were handicapped accessible both entrance and restrooms. They have 2 large genderless restrooms. There is plenty of free on site parking which is off the main boulevard. The location is visible from traffic and easy to access. I wouldnt mind going again. The only reason I rated it three stars is because my cappuccino was only half full which was ordered as a medium, and mostly foam topping. They did remake it however, after I decided to bring it to their attention. I just felt that a customer should not have to request a medium drink and receive a small drink and still be charged for the medium drink. Other than that, it was a nice place, the workers were courteous and prompt.

Asked for decaffeinated coffee at 6:00 p.m.. They refused to make it. Really???!! Called corporate.

No dark roast at 6pm. Ok. But really... you take BOTH restrooms out of service to clean at the same time? So... got my medium roast instead and drove up to the gas station to take a whiz.

While I was in a carpool we stopped here. I thought it was unnecessary that my friends mocha latte had to be made 3 times before the order was correct. Asked for no whip cream...whip was given two times.

Really love the holiday drinks around this time. Had an awesome experience here though. My order wasnt correct and when I spoke to the Manager on duty. No questions asked was willing to correct any issues right away. Great people work here and deserve some recognition or a raise.

The number one reason this is my favorite location is the staff! They are great wonderful people. I have never had a bad experience here. Coffee and food is always spot on. The store is organized and clean.

This is the best location in the area. I always drive to this one and bypass others because the crew is AWESOME and make my day with the wonderful attitudes! But their menu is not updated when they out of product.

The worst Starbucks location Ive ever been to. Baristas are to slow, they could never take 100 cash unless a manager is available to break. On top of that everyone I have encountered so far just be so serious, like they dont like their job. I wont be visiting this location anymore, my drinks ALWAYS taste disgusting. I spend to much at Starbucks to get plain customer appreciation. This must be a franchise, Just T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E-!!! Please RETRAIN, this Starbucks is closer to me.

Waiting 15 minutes for someone to give basic brew coffee

Very busy place on an early Sunday afternoon. A little bit noisy because of the noise from the grinders and the mixers. I had to wait a little longer before someone took my order because workers were busy making drinks but they were overall courteous. It was hard to talk on the phone even with my earbuds on.

Realized after I left that my coffee was only 60% full. If I pay $5+ for a coffee then I should at least get the whole coffee! When I went to the Starbucks yesterday it was great. However on my visit earlier today I had an unpleasant experience. When I went through the drive-through, it was incredibly slow. There were one or two cars in front of us. We thought maybe it was because they had ordered a lot and thought nothing of it. Then when we got to the window the people making our drinks were taking their time. One lady adjusted her bra strap, and then started filing her nails. It took a while and when we finally got our drinks they tasted terrible.

Our barista was amazing! She was patient as my 9 year old try to decide what she wanted to try today. Unfortunately they were out of stock for the sandwiches we initially went for but the barista found one similar to it and gave it to us free. I would definitely recommend this location as well as visit again.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, with 4 cars behind me. I get up to the window and they kindly apologize and told me they were only serving black coffee and tea at the moment.

Just left here. Giving 2 stars because the drink wasnt bad but it definitely doesnt taste the same as when I make it. I order a MDR with GU no water and when I got my drink the lid had brown stuff on it. Will insert pictures. Also upon entering I noticed that the urn lights were blinking, which would mean they were expired...both the like and the Dark roast. It was either that reason or they dont change out the urns and brew fresh coffee into old coffee.

The young man who took my order in the drive through was polite today but my two previous visits were unpleasant. My first visit while visiting from AZ, they ignored me and I was the only one in line. And while going through the drive-thru the young lady was a bit argumentative. I am a loyal customer because the Starbucks in Maricopa, Arizona are so nice!
