I felt this was a good location. The staff members were nice. I found what I needed. The layout was different than what Im used to, but very clean and very organized. Even the carpet was so clean. Pleasant customers. I had a delightful shopping experience here. I would definitely visit here again.

Unfortunately I was on phone for pharmacy for over an hour no answer decided to just go there and waited in line for another hour just to be told they need another few hours for prescription. Never had this horrible service for a prescription that was needed hours ago. Pretty dangerous for some people who are in need more than me

Korencia was working the night shift when we came in, extremely helpful and AMAZING service. This is defintely the best service i’ve ever had at any CVS. So helpful and understanding with us.

I gotta be honest here. Always a long phone wait. They are not proactive on medications at all for customers. This rating is for the management (maybe local but probably up the chain) and not the friendly staff that assist as they do fine.

For the most part, this CVS runs great. Clean store, well stocked, good pharmacy. The employees are usually okay. Shannon seems a bit moody- not very friendly or genuine. Daniel is exceptionally kind. Its better than most locations.

Drive thru lines can be long. Hold time on phone is very long.

I come here multiple nights a week. Debbie is always friendly and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service!

Website says they have products In Stock, like Lysol spray, but when you get there, NONE. And the woman at the front register, whom I waited quite a while to talk to, couldnt have been less concerned much less helpful. I called the Crown Point store and that lady, without me even standing there, went and checked the shelves for me. THATs service. Merrillville cashiers could learn a thing or two from Crown Point. How about maybe even just a smile? Too hard? But about that in stock Lysol spray...where is it going when you take it off the truck, Merrillville associates?

Im upset & disappointed! This just happened right now. I dont mean to sound dramatic but this isnt my first rodeo. I have been to this pharmacy & other pharmacies where I had to wait in line to get my meds. I dont mind waiting my turn but dont tell your customer to go pay her gift card at the front register. Especially when I was already picking up & paying for my moms medicine. In other words, I was at the register paying. It makes NO sense to leave that line & get into another line. There was a lady before me & I had to wait my turn. My point is I had to wait for my turn, whether theres 2 or more customers. I know it gets busy but that shouldnt happen. I was a manager & no matter how busy we were we paid attention & took care of each customer. We gave each of our customers equal time. We believed in being accurate & prompt but we would never treat our customers that way. My time is just as important as others. If I had to wait 10 minutes the person behind me can wait that long too. Not cool!!

I always have a great experience at this CVS, they are always very pleasant and helpful! Great customer service overall!

Best pharmacy I think ive ever dealt with! Always quick persecution turnaround times, Pharmacy ALWAYS answers phone in a timely manner (unlike Cedar Lake, which will take 10-15min before answering)- ALL PHARMACY STAFF IS AWESOME AND UPBEAT!

If you dont want any help and you want to wander around for 30 minutes after asking for help and they just say its in that aisle and dont show you go there because thats what you get the pharmacist is completely useless

Ryan, Pharmacy Tech was so helpful. Patiently contacted my mail order pharmacy who wrongly informed me CVS could fill my prescription. Transfer the RX to the other pharmacy. Then he found my husband nose drops when he didnt think they were made any longer. Service over and above!!!

LOVE THIS PHARMACY! THE PEOPLE ARE SO HELPFUL, AND TAKE THAT EXTA STEP TO SAVE ME MONEY. :) SO GLAD TO SEE TOM THE PHARMACIST FROM THE FORMER KMART PHARMACY.
